I always look forward to my annual eye exam visit with Dr. Tauriac. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and have always been prompt with my appointments. Identity Eyecare always carries the most up to date, hip and beautiful frames so you can find your favorite new glasses or sunglasses. Dr. Tauriac is pleasant and professional. The front of the house leaves a lot to be desired, however. Arrived on time for my appointment (a little early, in fact) Waited in my car for 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time waiting for them to let me in (per Covid procedure). Finally left and was 5 minutes down the road efore receiving a call from the front desk letting me know they were finally prepared to see me. A text or call earlier to let me know they were running behind would have been helpful. Wont be going back.

I have been a patient of Dr Tauriac for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with the service and the staff is always pleasant. My glasses are fantastic and I always receive compliments. Win Win All Around :) You wont be disappointed.

Dr. Tauriac provided an eye exam and prescription, I purchased Tom Ford Eye Glasses, but was not able to read my computer screen based on the prescription. The office did change the lens, but the new set was even worse. My calls and emails were avoided, and I had to be persistent, and was finally told that no correction would be made. This is terrible service, a company should stand behind the product they sell. I spent $900 on eyewear that is useless. I asked for my insurance claim to be removed so I could go to another Optometrist, and was denied. I highly recommend using another Optometrist, the service is extremely poor at Identity Eye Care. Following up, another Dr. provided Eye glasses with excellent service. In addition, Identity overcharged me for the glasses, and I am having to send a grievance to my insurance company for the refund.

I hold eyes care practices at a very high standard and they definitely exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end everyone was polite, courteous, kind and professional. Cleanliness surpasses was up to par. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ashly was excellent. Answered every question and took the time to make sure we had all the information to make the right selection. Very knowledgeable and focused on the client. Highly recommended place.

They are the most personable eye care business Ive ever been to. The staff is super helpful and walk you through all your insurance options and really make you feel comfortable. The selection is great, there are options for any budget and the quality is top notch. The thing I like the most is they practically know you by name even though your only really there once or twice a year.

Switched to Dr. Tauric after trying another well known care provider in the area and have LOVED her. She is the most thorough optometrist I’ve ever had and she isn’t interested in just selling you stuff. She actually tries to make the best decisions with and for your eye health.

This independent “mom and pop” delivers outstanding concierge like care. Very personal service and very thorough with the latest technology. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Tauriac for over 15 years. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. I wear both contacts and glasses and Dr. Tauriac and Ashley take the time to make sure I’m satisfied with the frames that I’ve picked and that the contacts are comfortable. Many times they have brought out dozens of frames for me to pick through until I found the perfect one for me. They are also my go to place for shades.Dr. Tauriac has all of the latest technology to do a detailed examinations. My vision is important to me and I always feel that I’ve received the best care after leaving her office.I highly recommend her!

STAY AWAY!!!! They offered the high tech eye exam and they mentioned how awesome the details on the images are. I asked them if I select that exam... can I have copies of the images? They responded yes.... it’s been a year later after supposedly over 20 attempts to email them.. I still have no images!!!!I literally decided to select that exam just for the images of my eye and they have yet to give them to me! They are liars and theiveis!! Stay away!!! They only care to get money from you and don’t care about customer service.

Take your eyes on a 7 day cruise. And if you want to get glasses, the staff wont steer you wrong on a pair of frames. Ive walked out twice with hottest styles, seeing and looking good.

They care so much about each patient. I absolutely love them! I didnt select the most expensive images at all. They were not forced in me either. I did the bare minimum and was still treated like I was royalty. Dr. Tauriac is so thoroughin her work. She really should be the preferred eye doctor forthree presidents. Thank you all for such wonderful care!

Visited on 3-21-15. Dr. Melissa was very nice and knowledgeable, and her assistant wearing glasses, scrubs and longer dark hair was very nice as well. The lady in the front desk with the short, lighter hair and was wearing jeans today was rude since the first word she said to me. The other assistant with the glasses asked her a question and she was screaming the information across the room to me. I, myself, had to get up and go to her instead of her coming to me with the information instead of screaming it so that everyone in the office could hear(it was busy with a lot of people). She also charged me for an exam that was done that I declined to have done when I first got there and was filling out all of my information and pre-paperwork. I asked for the regular eye exam that was covered by my insurance and she charged me for an additional exam that I declined in the first place. I will be following up on this when they are open since they close at 2 on Saturdays. I would have given this a higher rating because I really liked the doctor and one of her assistants, but the front office lady that checked me out ruined my experience. She also seemed to be talking down to me and said we have Vera Wang glasses, and I dont think you want to wear those (how do you know I dont want to wear them?), plus all she was doing was standing around barely helping the other customers that were there.

The staff is awesome. On my first visit doctor Tauriac was actually helping me choose frames. I had no idea wekk she was until i went back for the actual appt. that was So personable to me and she remembered me. From there Ashley took over and was a great help in the final frame selection My exam was on point. When I received my new glasses my new prescription was on point and no problems. Good job! This is the 2d time Ive used them, and despite giving them several chances to make good Ill never use them again: they seem to care only about profit vs the eye health or vision quality of the patient/customer. The misinformation I was given could only be explained by gross incompetence or active deception, ranging from telling me the frame model style was new (after purchase I discovered it was 3 years old -- from the 2014 season), to saying the doctor on site was ophthalmologist (she was merely an optometrist). Worst of all was the poor quality end result despite the vastly excessive price; this outlet unlike others charges separate high prices for everything conceivable, lenses, coatings, finishing, etc. Comparable prices from high-end optical retailers were only 50% to 70% of what I ended up paying, and the final lens were not as represented, had flaws, and not one but two watermarks right in the field of vision (which the optometrist saw but inexplicably denied). I was told I would just have to live with it. Terribly disappointing and I certainly wont ever return.

Horrible service and the doctor is just a quack, went here for the first time and what a disappointment, Ive called for a contacts appointment and when I got there, they have me listed as a glasses exam, the doctor got mad when I asked if this was for contacts or glasses, and immediately abandoned me and went to the next customer. Got contacts that couldnt even see with them on, have to wear my old ones for a week. Got charged $150 bucks for exam and fitting, a$150 bucks just because I was too lazy to drive to my doctor, and on top of that, they had the audacity of charging the insurance another $140 bucks for a service that Im still not satisfied with it. In total that lousy trip cost me$290 dollars, when before I have only pay $100 bucks for everything. Went back a week later and spoke to the doctor about the contacts and argued with me, that before I had the wrong prescription and went on giving me different ones, I asked for the prescription and was told that I have to wait 45 days for them to released it, since they have to make sure I am comfortable with the contacts I got. No, I am not satisfied at all with the service or the damn contacts, all o want is my prescription or my money back, but I know the quack wont give me either of them. Thank you for making my experience at your business a horrible one.

Dr. Melissa Tauriac and her staff have been taking care of my eyes for over five years. The office is very cool, only uses state-of-the-art equipment and a seriously stylish selection of frames and lenses featuring Prada, Gucci, D&G and Michael Kors. Dont worry she takes many forms of insurance so you dont have to pay out too much.
