We had a wonderful experience. The lady who helped my daughter and I was extremely professional and took care of us. I had also looked on the Visionworks website prior to going and saw that they had some really good deals through my insurance...buy 1 get one half off, $100 rebate form that is currently pending. I left with two pairs and plus a pair for my daughter. Our prescription glasses came within a week. Id definitely recommend them.

Very pleasant experience. Once you get there just call the number on the door to let them know youre there. Someone will promptly take your temperature and walk you in. The two employees at the front desk are really nice and they explain everything upfront. I received a call prior to my visit and they took my insurance info and verified it so I didnt have to worry about that once I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes before seeing the doctor who was also very nice and informative. He gave me my prescription and I went next door to pick out my frames where I also had my temperature taken again before being allowed in to browse. Once I found the frames I liked the employee explained what discounts I was getting and the time frame to receive my glasses. The entire process was efficient and pleasant.

This location does not care, I was NEVER notified that my appointment was at 12:15 pm. I WOULD HAVE CAME EARLIER. I FOUND OUT WHEN I GAVE THEM A CALL THAT I WAS RUNNING LATE. No compensation or anything. I just received a text letting me know my appointment was at 12:30 pm

I went in a few weeks ago and has Rebekah help me with some adjustments.She was very knowledgeable and patient.I appreciate them wearing masks and taking temps.Thanks Rebekah;)

Went to the Dr next door and he was great, now this place has employees that dont care for their jobs and treat people as such. Would not recommend.

Location was easy to find and the staff were courteous. The its appointment only and they take your temp at the door and provide hand sanitizer. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and my entire eye exam took about 15-20 minutes. My fiance will be going next week.

Very professional, the tech at the front desk, Dr Nguyen, and the employees in the glasses shop. All were helpful, informed, and explained the process. They were also patient with me when I asked questions about the different tests, and when I took a long time going thru the glasses.Their COVID precautions are good too. They were all wearing masks. You cannot just go into the store and look around. They check each persons temperature. All are wearing masks, over their nose and mouth, and they are not afraid, yet friendly, to tell each customer to do likewise. And after you try on glasses, instead of putting them back on the display, you put them in a basket and they sanitize them and then put them back on the display.

There are a few things i wanted to write a review about this location store.1. Needs customer approach skill training, most of the representatives are agitated and angry when they respond to customers, even when there is a fault from the store representative.2. The lab they placed order with messed up missing on the tint for my glasses (per order) now a very long delay for delivering a prescription glass. already 18 days past.We all know how pandemic has affected us, but here for any e commerce or shop, pandemic supposedly used as an excuse now even for missing to tint the glasses.

Don’t waste your money here, I bought name brand glasses beginning of the year, glasses didn’t even last till the end of the year. And when I go back they tell me oh you didn’t buy extended protection. What about the 1 year warranty ? If I am paying 400 to 500 dollars for glasses I would expect it to last at least till insurance renews.

Ms. Erika Z, Franklin, and Crystal are amazing. They are really knowledgeable about what they offer. Very friendly loved the atmosphere they provided. Mrs. Erika Z was the one who helped me with my glasses. She understood I needed a pair of glasses fast since I was borrowing my sons and was on my way home 4 hours away. She was able to expedite one of my lenses that were out of stock. Went in on Wednesday morning and two of my three pairs were ready by Friday. Cant wait my sunglasses to arrive. Thank you guys and God bless yall. I didnt get to meet Mrs. Ally but Im sure she is wonderful per other reviews maybe next time we get to meet. Dont waist your time at other locations I was headed to the MacArthur location and decided on this one. Best decision ever. 😎😊🤩🥰🙏

The Visionworks here at the Irving Mall is by far the best location! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and since then it was the best experience ever. All of the associates were extremely helpful and thoroughly explained everything to me. They are very knowledgeable and are very honest about their opinions. I’ve purchased my glasses here for years because the ladies that work here are so professional and very caring to your needs. Ms Tatiana and Erika always work with me and anytime I need my glasses adjusted they do a fantastic job. I get my nose pads changed out every few months. This is by far the best vision place I’ve gone to.

Visited on 12/10 and 12/12 and both times Erika helped us and she was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. She was very courteous and went above and beyond for us! She answered all of our questions when it came to what our insurance covered and any questions we had in regards to the frames as well.. she really is a gem in the store! I hope that Visioworks can recognize that Erika is such a great asset to their company! My experience at vision work has been the best the whole staff is super friendly and helpful. I was having trouble choosing a frame for my face and all of the young ladies helped me out and made sure I was doing good at all times. They worked with in my budget which saved me money and they have amazing deals that fit right with my needs The whole staff there are awesome will definitely keep coming back to them for more glasses ❤️

I have always had the best customer service at this location, the others not so much, but I am not going to get into that. So this is my go to place to get my glasses. Ive came to this Visionworks over the course of 2-3 years. I always get the best help of the manager Tatiana, from picking the right frames to the sizing and making sure theyre a good fit, its always a great experience. What a pleasant experience!! First I was amazed by how much clearer I could see (i.e. through the optometry machine that determines the prescription that I will need) at the end of the very very thorough eye exam and I have great ones before. Second, just as important to me was the AMAZING customer service that I received from Ally of Visionworks!! Despite only having been at this for a short while (since her previous employer of over 10 years closed down) Ally was incredibly knowledgeable of both how my insurance works and her products too. I wish I could convey this better!! The bottom line here is that my significantly clearer vision cost me a whopping $45 today!! I wish Ally all the best in her new career.

This is the second time I go to this Visionworks and I like it. This time around I got Perla who helped my father and I. She was very nice and she took her time to explain to us what our insurance will cover and whatnot. She also showed us the difference between the non glare and glare (my dad was a first timer at Visionworks). I liked that she took the time and explained to us, especially to my dad. I walked in late with my son at 625 before closing time at 7.They had 2 customers ahead of me so I asked where was the kids side so my kid could start choosing a pair of glasses I had the insurance paper work on me that the girl Erika had given me to bring when I was ready to purchase my glasses that’s why I went straight to choose glasses and this girl asks me do you need help? I said no thank you because we were choosing and she asks me again 3minutes after she had already asked me the same question do we need help? And tells me rudely standing at the register and I’m standing by the kids side 🤦🏻‍♀️ are you using insurance because if you are we need to gather the information I understand she was trying to leave on time and if you have to leave 5 minutes late I don’t see a problem my time out is at 7 and I don’t ever get off on time and that’s anywhere lady if you didn’t know that. “ERIKA” helped us which I’m glad keep up the good work with good customer service that’s how people move up. I gave erika the papers she had given us 2weeks ago,and we walked out of there at 7:48 and that other girl was so worried about the time instead of walking up to me to ask me in a polite way mam can I help you with anything would you be using insurance,or Paying out of pocket so I can help you while your looking? .

The sales section is very friendly and very patient with you. The Dr side on the other hand is absolutely horrible will put you on hold for long periods of time, and then hangup on you. The girls will be extremely rude with no care for customer service. They have no care for how they treat patients. I would definitely not recommend this location.
