We saw Doobie Brothers at the Toyota Music Factory, and had a great time. Live Nation arranged the event, and sent out an email about the requirements for entry. We had our tickets on our iPhones, and had to bring a photocopy of our vaccine cards. Women could not bring a a purse bigger than 4.5β x 6.5β (π³), but could bring a larger clear plastic bag. People could bring lawn chairs, but we just sat on the lawn. It was fine. They had a booth area where people could buy a COVID test for 39.99$ if they didnβt have a vaccine card. We went through a metal detector at the entry point. We sat in the lawn area, and had a fantastic time. The Doobie Brothers played for 2.5 hours!!Excellent evening was had by allβ€οΈ
An awesome venue really liked it. Great seating plenty of bathrooms you have to prove you have been vaccinated, have had a negative covid test or pay 40 bucks to be rapid tested before you can go in. Felt very safe and secure and there are a lot of places to eat near by. Great location would go again.
This was my first venue βpostβ COVID, and we went to see comedian Andrew Schulz at the Toyota Music Factory. It was overall a great venue! You have to get there early to find good parking but that comes with any great venue. Itβs convenient that there are many restaurants around to grab a bite to eat before or after a show!
Had a great time at tonights concert with Babyface and Kem they put on an awesome show. The one complaint was leaving the parking garage it took us almost an hour to get out. Thats ridiculous hopefully they will have a better way of clearing the parking lot in the future. Overall, I had an amazing time.
Its a decently big mid-size venue but their system keeps everything orderly and works. I had a great time seeing Porter Robinson. Awesome!
Not a good experience last night. Had to get a $40 covid screening without a vac card we knew nothing about. We would of brought our cards if we were informed. Doobie Brothers were by far the worst concert we have ever seen. Concessions closed at 9:30 while the concert was going strong. Many people walked out of the venue early which I rarely see happen. One star is probably too high for our experience.
Went to the Doobie Brothers Concert. It was fantastic. Will definitely be back for more concerts. Great parking, friendly people, the only downside was the drinks were pretty expensive but other than that fun place.
The Pavillion is an awesome venue. The venue was ventilated eventhough it was a sold out show. The venue was clean and the staff was friendly. I did have one issue where I ordered a double Makers and the bartender didnt fill the jigger up with the right amount of alcohol. I mean the drink is $22!! I complained and he corrected the error. The sound was great and I could hear the artist from any location. Unfortunately no covid rules in place so enter at your own risk.
Love seeing live music here! Itβs clean, safe, has great sound. Relatively easy to get in & out. My outdoor venue of choice in the DFW area
We had VIP tickets (which we paid $300 for each) to see the Doobie Brothers. The concert was originally scheduled for 2020 but due to COVID the concert was rescheduled for 2021. At no time did we receive notification that we would have to have a COVID vaccine card or a negative COVID test to be admitted. The concert itself was great as was our VIP server. The food and drinks were unbelievably overpriced to the point of ridiculousness. The managing of the event was awful. I would never recommend.
The inside was cold in appearance. I expected a lot more glitz from the looks of the outside. Although the outside courtyard was inviting
Great place for a show! Large amount of vendors kept lines to a minimum, with the exception of the one at the door. Keep walking and there are plenty of places to get food and drinks but everyone stops at the first one near the door and lines up. Restrooms were kept clean and security addressed a few potential situations quickly. The acoustics were great and overall just a fun environment for any show. Definitely recommend and I will be returning. Also, current bag policy allowed for 8x5 which is larger than the 4x6 elsewhere.
Require vaccine or recent test to enter. Great venue and setup. Enjoyed the Maverick City concert.
Excellent job handling Covid protocol for Doobie Brothers 50th anniversary concert.
Awesome venue, always a great time. By far the best acoustics and set up Ive experienced even for an amphitheater.
I love this venue, itβs great for spacing out and not being too close to people. Not great during inclement weather, unless you have a coveted seat. They allow chairs and blankets for lawn seating and the view is A+
Went to see Jason Mraz August 1st and loved this venue! Quick entry through security, and because it was raining they had umbrella covers right inside. Drink stations and a t-shirt booth were a few steps inside, and the bartender we had was super nice. He made sure we got the most for the money. Floor seating was good with enough room for people to pass down the aisles when they had to go out, and large screens helped you see everything easily. Our son dropped us off, so we didnt experience parking, but we did Uber home, and the signage for the Uber area is not easy to find. We asked a worker, though, and found it easily from there. We will definitely come back for future performances!
This is by far one of my favorite places to see a show in a large venue...Can be kept cool in the pit and seats even when the lawn seating is opened up. Accoustics are amazing and all seats are great to see and hear. Refreshment lines are good - hardly any waiting at all...
This is now my favorite concert venue! I love the views from the lawn. Everything was easily accessible. I love all the restaurants/bars around the venue that are all within walking distance. Plus the parking garage makes getting in and out very easy.
They get you in really quick. Restrooms clean but its a hike to get to any of them. Could be bigger. Waiting is never fun. I pay for parking through ParkWhiz so its close to venue. They need to figure out a better way to move the air around in the pavilion area.
I tried speaking to someone about the show I had bought tickets for and a woman was very rude to me. The first time I went years ago was amazing but, who ever is running HR there is a terrible person. She would not give me any info. The only reason why I know shes HR is because she hung up on me. So after I called the next day it went to her machine. I recognized her voice. I dont know why the automated phone keeps transferring me to her but, they seriously need better customer service. I put three stars because the people actually working around the venue are very pleasant.
This place was very clean. The seating was quite comfortable to me. I didnt feel claustrophobic. Although I set towards the front near the stage it looks to me like sitting all the way in the back row, like on the second level, it would still be an acceptable distance from the stage to watch a live performance.
Great place!!! Easy to find your seats, you can see the artist perfect, incredible sound..!!! Great Great place
The place is good..concerts and food in the same place .. the toyota music factory area needs more security and people to help locate the sites we found people using our chairs .. and there was no person to help me solve the problem .. at the end and after being rude they got up and left as if nothing .. to the lawn area .. I mean anyone can occupy the chair for which I pay? !! this is not funny .. also the sound failed few times
This was our first time at TMF. The venue itself was great. Getting in and out of the parking garage was awful. The lack of order with the lines to enter was equally terrible. The large fans in the seated areas provided ample air circulation for a warm August night to keep us comfortable and able to enjoy the concert we came to see.
Went to see 3 Doors Down last night. The venue is great with unbelievable sound. The venue needs to work on keeping people in their seats. There was no security and people just rushed the stage. People that paid for great seats up front had people just move in front of them. Another complaint is they dont take cash at vendors. Last time I checked, American cash was legal tender in the United States.
I enjoy the live outdoor concert experience at this venue. I prefer lawn seats. If youre on the lawn, you can rent lawn chairs there for a small fee. If you bring your own, be sure they are approved sizes. Pack a tarp to protect you from any soggy, wet grass. Texas weather can be unpredictable. You never know if itll rain close to your event.
Nice venue and Plaza for parents to hang out while kids at concert. My 17yr old is vaccinated and possesses a drivers license. Her 17yr old friend isnt and doesnt. She took a rapid test before tye concert, took the completed test with her and the receipt that shows when she purchased it. She paid $30 at CVS. The Barbie nurse at the venue tried to make her pay $40 for another test when she had $20 dollars in her account. She had to plead with different people to accept her test. They more or less yelled at her after they accepted the test saying they could get in trouble and yelled at her again when she went to throw the test in a garbage can saying not here, well get in trouble. So, a security guard had witnessed and helped them dispose of the test. My daughter also had to vouch for who her friend is and her age since she doesnt have a license. They humiliated her over the test and more or less made fun of the fact she didnt have a license.
This place is a fantastic venue! The acoustics are pretty damn good and the place was kept clean even during a rock show. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cool place. Nice layout. Beers are $19 per. So have a few before you go in. Unless youre independently wealthy.
Great place to hang around with friends. Good selection of restaurants n bars with yumm food.Summer evenings are on a weekend make fir a lovely outing here.It is a family n kids friendly area.Well maintained n secure.
3 Doors Down and Seether, VIP tickets. This venue deserves 5 stars, but when security allows people from the back to fill in the space between stage and the front row and block the view and access to the people that paid to be in that area, this is ridiculous. When asked why this was allowed and why these people were not sent back to their seats, we were ignored and not allowed to the stage. The venue and show deserves 5 stars, venue staff 1 star. One star, because some of the staff members were great.
Everything was great but the acoustics. You would think a venue that has a lot of concerts would have been designed with acoustics in mind, but it wasnt.
Wonderful place, decent size green area for play games for all ages, great variety of restaurants for eat and relax, free parking and nice walking trail
This place is usually pretty good. sometimes the service is slow. but good food
One of the best shows I have seen this year. The facility and staff were also awesome
This venue gives the best of an indoor/outdoor theater. The setup is perfect. The staff is more than helpful if you have questions or need help.
This is an amazing development. Lots of restaurants. Keep in mind all those eateries are likely serving thousands of people going to the same event you are. Event venue itself was fine, but crowded and hot.
Great venue. Good food. Staff very courteous. Great sound system.
The actual venue is nice. The traffic plan is horrible. Leaving and coming. Sat in a parking garage to leave for over 30 min with no movement. Finally, once we started did get out quickly. In America it really sucks when you cant even use USA currency at places. Everyone dont use credit cards and prefer to use CASH!!!!!
Very good pizza! Service good and price, reasonable. No kids menu
Seats are aweful, also I tried to inquire about handicap seating and there is no way of contacting them, the phone number listed does not work, tried via email and when you go to the message field no letters show this is ridiculous, no way to communicate with them at all
Loved the layout of the venue. Everything is so convenient and easy to get to. I look forward to further outings there.
Great venue! Love the variety of restaurants and open space to enjoy time with friends. Cant wait to be back and enjoy some music too.
There is always something to do in the area. There are community events like car shows, and races. Live performances from bands, and even dancers during certain events. There are plenty of options for dining. Looking for a spot to sit outside on a breezy Texas day, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Want something healthy, delicious, and affordable, head down to Freshii. Music Factory is definitely a nice place for an evening out with friends, or even a date night.
Generic, empty, lacking vibe and energy, literally nothing about it makes me want to go here. I have refused to buy tickets to shows now multiple times when I find out they are performing here. Not sure how / why this got built like this.To the artists I love, please avoid this place and go somewhere with some character.
What a cool venue to catch a show! Easy to navigate, easy to get in and out with parking, and a really intimate feeling setting, this was a great place to see my favorite musician! As with any other venue, the drinks are ridiculously pricey, so we hit up happy hour at the restaurants next door before the show. I would definitely recommend seeing a concert here!
The venue its self is OK. The concert we went to was not sold out so they closed the lawn and gave everyone seats in the 100s. We bought sets in the 200s and l asked if we could be moved was told no...um why not? We paid more for our seats than the lawn did.
Saw Trivium! Such a great show! Beer was 15 bucks a pint π₯² ugh. But the venue is small and comfortable
Great show. Killer sound. People have forgotten how to rock. Awkward now like freshmen at their first school dance. We gotta start somewhere I guess.
Went here for a logic concert. Really nice venue. all employees took good care of us. The process of scanning tickets security and getting through the door was quick and efficient. Once inside everything went smooth made it to our seats and had a really great time. I will I will be going here to see concerts again. this is a great place
Nice place. Excellent to enjoy the concerts. Good security.
Really cool place to chill and hang out with friends, family and for couples. Music and other events for free and good places to eat and have some drinks.
This venue is overall fair. The temperature during the concert I attended was not pleasantβit almost felt like they had the heater on, on purpose! The height of the venue doesnt benefit the acoustics and neither do the $19+ drinks. I would go back but it would depend on the band and whether I want to put up with the humid and stuffy experience. The customer service was excellent, specially in the box seats, but it came at a cost.
Sister flew into town, to see MGKWe planned/bought months ago. Didnt even get thru box office bc SeatGeek didnt send the tickets to a lot of users. Wish the box office was able to do more in transferring the sale. They were very nice but couldnt do much, which was frustrating.
Great place. Drinks are extremely overpriced. No way 4 beers and a bottled water should cost around $70! But the layout and the theater is great.
Pros- good sound quality, friendly helpful staffCons- small seats close together, $15 cans of beerCards only no cash
Easy place to get through with plenty of vendors and extra in lawn seating so we didnt have to go far too get stuff. Great view and sounded amazing. Looking forward to going to another event here
Attended the black bear concert, experience was high. Limited options for food but get drunk while enjoying the music is very good. Cleanliness could be improved. Overall the stadium has lot to offer and no wonder itβs the major spot for all the concerts. Located in prime location in downtown makes it very accessible.
Great place to see a show. Would be great if the restaurants would let you take drinks out to see the music at the outdoor stage like they did previously
Juanes was fantastic. Lots more restrictions with COVID but it was still a great concert.
We had kawsn seats it rained and the did absolutely nothing to accommodate anyone seated in that area. They ran out of Rental chairs as well. We brought our own blanket but its was soaked and muddy as well as our clothes and shoes. That reason alone turned me off of ever going to that venue again.
My first visit . The place is easy to get to and is very spacious I just didnβt like how hot it gets in there once the crowds start forming. I didnβt like the open area in the back
I build stages the stages here and get to see the musicians come in and out.. my job is awesome. and this music factory is pretty amazing..
UPDATE TO MY POST BELOW!After the staff discovering our problem with not getting our food after about 2 hours and complaining to several members of the staff....they made it right! They upgraded our tickets to box seats and brought not only the food that we ordered but extra food to us and then made sure to check on us throughout the concert. They definatly went out of our way to make up for their mistake, and that made our experience so much better. With that being said, I will come back and give them another try. Thanks Toyora Music Factory for stepping up and making things right!Do not waste your time for the VIP lounge! I have been waiting 45 minutes will still no food! Do not spend the extra money! Not worth it! Trust me. So disappointed I paid 75.00 extra a person to be here !!! I repeat do not waste your money on the VIP lounge !!!!
First time being here. The zoè concert was soooo AMAZING !!!! Had the best time and the place was beyond my expectations . Will definitely be coming here again
The website says nothing about having a vaccine card or anything regarding COVID. When we got to the concert from out of town, we were denied entry unless we paid $40 each for a COIVD test. How legal is that?
Absolutely love this place! Very clean, excellent sound quality and extremely nice staff!! I will always check out this place for shows over any other major venue. π
The Pavilion sucks! We went to go see Glass Animals just a couple of days ago and TMF is by far one of the worst/managed venues Ive ever been to.First and biggest complaint was that the audio output was wretched. It sounded like both the opener and performing artists were having to talk through cotton, so the sound engineers sucked hardcore. Second complaint was that the lawn was completely oversold with people essentially sitting in each others feet space because there was so little room. The options of food and drink were abysmal, I was very surprised to see nothing remotely appetizing on the food or drink menus. My designated driver also did not receive free fountain drinks even though the venue site claims they are given out.I will most definitely not be back and we ended up leaving the show early because the sound quality was so incredibly horrible.
Went to see the Emerald Band group. It was nice and I had a good time.
Great view and sound, even from the very back of the lawn . Great venue overall. LOVE this place so much!
