They have a number that your suppose to call but we assumed you could also text it. The lady inside saw us in the car and still dint bother to come say anything and we cant go inside. So wasted time parked outside thinking that they were getting our order ready. Awful customer service. Y’all should specify that it’s call ONLY and if y’all see people outside looking in maybe help them ???

Store is never open at 8:30 a.m. as it is advertised online. Call multiple times to the phone numbers listed to order while waiting inside my car, calls are never answered.

Extremely ANNOYED. The store hours are incorrect! I arrived 2.5 hours BEFORE closing time and they were closed.

Very delicious ice cream and food, I loved it, But they must improve customer service, I mean when orderingI waited 20 min just for the order to be taken over the phone, and 15 more minutes for the order to be delivered.Apart from the Covid-19 situation, you can only see the menu by QR Code, And from the vehicle, there are only 4 parking spaces,But very rich products !!!Excellent !!
