Lori is incredible. My niece goes to college at JSU and we used Storage Max to house her items during the Summer. From our first encounter Lori has always gone over and above to make sure that we were taken care of. She would call to let us know when space was getting limited so that we would be sure to get a unit before they were full. Each time I drop off and pick up we talk like old girlfriends. She is so pleasant and such a joy to talk to. I wish that I could give her 10 stars. The facility is always clean and highly recommend this location. Lori at StorageMax Northtown is absolutely amazing! Having a child in their first year of college, 14 hours away from home is challenging enough, but then move out day is a whole different animal. I called StorageMax Northtown and was pleasantly surprised to speak with Lori, she was kind, diligent and made me feel at ease about the entire process. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email, which made the process seamless (remember 14 hours away). Once I got to Mississippi I didnt have to do anything but move my son out of his dorm and his stuff into StorageMax. The location is clean, climate controlled, and the dollies were a huge help. For the next 3 years StorageMax Northtown will be our storage facility!

So much more than just a building to store stuff. Lori is welcoming, caring, and observant. She called to let me know our lock wasnt on correctly because she was worried about someone getting something. She always greets with a warm smile and wave. The whole StorageMax family is wonderful.

Ruth was exceptionally professional and informed. She politely answered all of our questions accurately. Ruth explained our contract in detail and politely asked for our signature. Should could not have been nicer and gave us exactly what we requested.

This location is wonderful!! Lori, the manager, is very helpful and very friendly. It is a very safe location. We accidentally left our storage unit door unlocked and wide open one night and all was fine. There is a moving truck you can use for free... just fill it up with gas when you bring it back. We rented storage while we were trying to sell our house. My husband works at home and one day he had to leave because of a couple of showings. Lori was great and he was able to use the conference room at Storage Max to work from for the afternoon. I highly recommend this location!

StorageMax Northtown is an excellent facility in an ideal location in northeast Jackson. I’m comfortable going there at any time. I am impressed with their commitment to the community by having a designated unit for charitable donations and their drive for donations of dog and cat food for shelters.The storage units themselves are clean and well lit and there are various options from ‘walk in closet’ size to ‘garage’ size. The manager Lori goes above and beyond when working with her clients. She is like a trusted friend with her on spot and solid advice on storage and insurance options. If you have a question or problem she’s the go to solver. And most of all her smile and all around positive attitude makes you want to hang around and visit with her whenever you are at the facility. Definitely a 5 star option for your storage needs.

This location has the best customer service. I had an emergency and needed to rent a space almost immediately. The office manager Lori was extremely helpful and I was able to rent a space that day, She understood what I needed and explained everything to me and I am really pleased with the appearance of the location, It was clean cool and convenient. She helped me choose a space that was the right size and didnt try to sell me on something I didnt need. Good job
