Very professional and courteous. I made an appointment and was done in an hour. The team there provided excellent service and value. If you need brakes, I highly recommend going to them for the inspection and service.

We went to get our car’s rotors and break pads changed for both the front and back. On the phone the guy said it was going to be $200. Once we got there he looked us up and down and tried to switch up, saying it would now be $400. Knowing he was trying to scam us, we left. I would however recommend Tires R Us at the intersection of Merrill Rd and Red Oak, they did it for $100 and the results are great. Don’t waste your time here.

Unlike most auto joints in Jax Beach, these guys did a quality, honest job.Today was my second job with them and I will say that if you want real brakes and an honest crew for an excellent price, this is it.

The manager Chris and the mechanic Josh are very professional yet make your visit feel like your visiting family. Your not overcharged, just charged for what you need and thats it, with reasonable pricing Josh does a superb job, and both are very friendly, they have a customer for life, will highly recommend if your want a good, safe job done on your brakes. They both get a 10 star in my book.

Josh and Chris are great. I went in thinking that I needed new brakes, because a dealer told me that I would need new brakes to pass inspection and after reading the reviews, I decided to take it to them. They told me that I did not need new brakes and that they would last me a long time. Thanks guys for being so honest and upfront. I hope you had a good lunch as they would not charge me for the inspection of the brakes. I decided to give them some money for lunch. I really appreciate what they told me and also gave me a print out of what they told me so I can give it to the people that were telling me I needed new brakes to pass inspection. He explained clearly what was wrong, didnt take advantage and even advised on economical choices. They finished it quickly, too! Amazing! Truthful! Customer Service is phenomenal. I learned so much this morning from them and will never go to a dealership to get my brakes done. The dealership said it will cost me $1,000 to get it done. Here it’s not even close to that. I mean I do not even need new brake pads or rotors. They are brand new apparently... they showed it to me here at Brakes 4 Less and wow I’m shocked that the dealership was trying to con me. Go here for your brakes honestly they are the best in town. Never again will I go anywhere else. Such nice people here also I mean I can go on and on about how great these guys are. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to get them done. The basic spending here is like $179 starting out for your brakes. That is soooooo much cheaper than a dealership.

Great service for just two brake pads being replaced. Josh was superior with the brake replacement and gave me a good lesson on brake pads as well.

All i needed was a compression test on a particular cylinder.Other places wouldnt look at it without me dishing out $100 bucks or more. Then i called Brakes for Less and a kind fella named John said bring on down and ill plug it up for $20 bucks. Not only was he professional but he didnt try to up sell me or throw BS at me.In the end they discovered and repaired my issue for little cost and no hassle.Highly Recommend as its hard to find true people. Took my car in a few weeks ago and was very pleased with the price, professionalism and experience because was concerned about getting ripped off. Felt comfortable enough to have my daughter drop her car there, expecting a high bill, was pleasantly surprised with a call with the lowest price because she just needed brake pads. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

We took our daughters Jeep in to Brakes-4-Less on Beach Blvd quite certain the calipers were bad and fully expecting to pay several hundred to have them repaired. Called around quite a bit to figure out the best price to get brakes looked at. These guys were the cheapest by a long shot. Was a little worried that because they were so inexpensive that they might be cheap in quality too, but I was pleasantly surprised. They did it at a fraction of the cost and the quality was just as great. Ill def be back.

I wanted to take a minute to express to you the great customer service from Chris at the Jacksonville Beach location. I came in with a 2012 VW Jetta to have a 4-wheel brake replacement because I have 57,000 miles and thought I heard the brakes beginning to grind. Upon inspection, Chris told me I had probably 70% left on all pads, and would not need replacement for possibly another 12 months.Chris honesty just made sure I would return to Brakes-4-Less when the time time comes and the brakes are truly ready to be replaced.With gratitude,Rick Consolo

Went to Midas and got at price of 576.00 before taxes. Went to get estimate from Brakes for Less and the total with taxes came to 397. Midas to me I had to get rosters replaced I did not and now have lifetime warranty will only got to brakes for less because the are honest!!!!!!

Absolutely a rip off. Came in for brakes and was told $119.00 on a Wednesday. Two hours later they said I had a leak in a wheel cylinder and said it would be $348.00 out the door. I said put it back together and Ill be back another time, I had NO intention of EVER returning. I went Immediately to Sun Tire. I had my two front brakes replaced and there was NO LEAK in my wheel cylinder by the way and I bought 3 tires and a oil change and ALL this cost me $381.00 out the door. I wouldnt take a Bicycle to Brakes for More. Rip Off Place!!!!!

Robert was Amazing and Customer Service Off the charts. Explaining everything so I understand it and broke down everything perfectly. He also saved me money by not replacing things that didnt need it. Unlike 2 other companies that told me different who also quoted me almost 2.5X more. I will definatly recommend this place to everyone. The Wednesday 15% off saved me $120+. The only thing I didnt like was the fact they took 15% off the labor. I will gladly pay the 100% labor and just take the discount off product especially with the great service I recieved at this location. Thank you ROBERT .. youre a rockstar!!

THE WORST BRAKE JOB I HAVE HAD IN 50 YEARS OF DRIVING! STAY AWAY! MY ABS LIGHT IS STILL ON AFTER A $500 BRAKE JOB! THEY DIDNT FIX IT.

Took quite awhile to change my brakes. Its not that timely of a process. The price however was really low but I regret not going somewhere with more quality parts. Many months down the road and my brakes still squeal EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN TIME I USE THEM!

They usually are fair but really want to do your whole brakes.
