Ive had an issue with a check engine light on and the engine not starting periodically on a 2007 Camry. This issue had stumped another garage twice. I took it on to RPM, Duane immediately diagnosed the problem, took the vehicle in and confirmed his diagnosis. Im back on the road with no issues. These guys know what theyre doing. Highly recommended.

Duane called me first thing after my vehicle was towed there Sunday night. They had the problem diagnosed by mid-day but the wrong part was delivered - not their fault - so they werent able to fix it by close of business Monday. But because they knew I was hoping to leave town Tuesday morning, it was fixed and ready by 8:30 am. The price was very reasonable and fair. Recommend highly and without hesitation.

These guys are all of the above and then some. Ive taken my car there for rotors, oil change and took my wifes car in for full brakes and new rotors too. All done same day. Will not use anyone else. It can be extremely difficult, especially as a female, to find honest, dependable, and talented mechanics until I came to RPM Automotive in Jacksonville Beach. I had been dealing with a parasitic draw on my battery with no luck at resolving the issue. The professionals at RPM not only diagnosed the issue but got another one of their mechanics from another RPM location to come assist. They didnt try and sell me parts I didnt need and I was shocked at how reasonable the cost was after all of their hard work searching for the issue. I recently had mysterious car trouble that Brumos Lexus charged me a lot of money to only partially diagnose. They then suggested a repair worth roughly a third the price of the car, but said that might not fix things either. I put out an email plea to friends for a good mechanic who could give me a second opinion. Four different people recommended Beaches RPM and they were so right. These guys really know their business. I have always had excellent service at RPM. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I have always felt like I am in good hands and getting a fair price for the excellent work performed. I have been given a recommendation(/warning) for work that would be needed in the future, but was not yet necessary. At times they are busy, as most successful businesses are. If they are unable to do a job or unable to complete it within the time available, they have reliable, local recommendations. I will continue to be a loyal costumer and recommend RPM Automotive to anyone with a vehicle.

They need better help knowing what they are doing! Same car but a different color 100 dollars higher than you pick it up at the Airport. Had to go to Hospital because someone hit us in the backend doing 60 mph No extra day why couldnt leave until the next day! Thats not good!

I brought my car in for a repair. I was expecting it to cost at least $125 for parts and labor.The mechanic reattached a cable which I thought had snapped and needed to be replaced. Total charge was a few $ in labor & no need for parts.I was pleasantly surprised with the bill and, more importantly, RPMs integrity. They could have easily taken me.I have recently moved from CT and have found a good, honest mechanic to go to.

Ive been going to the RPM for over 5 years and I ask about if I need tires or do I need to do this and they will advise me if i do or not. They care about you and your budget. I had a few noises tracked down and repaired here last week. They did a good job and I love riding around now with no pings and rapping sounds. Fair price IMO.

RPM is the bomb! It is actually a pleasure to have to service my vehicle for repairs big or small. Duane in the front office is friendly and manages expectations really well in terms of timing and costs. I am always pleasantly surprised by the little things that RPM does to make sure that my vehicle is safe and the experience painless. One time I was preparing to leave town with 7 passengers, 4 of whom were young children, and I noticed my tire pressure light was on. I went to two gas stations to check and fill my tires but the air filing stations were broken or nonexistent. As a last resort, I pulled into RPM at close of business and explained the situation to an employee who most kindly checked and filled up my tires and then refused to accept any payment that I offered. I was very grateful to have that peace of mind while driving a carful to a destination hours away from home. Thank you, RPM.

My wife and I went down to Jacksonville beach area for vacation. As soon as we got there our ford explorer broke down. They were great! Great staff and mechanics. They did everything they could to help us. I would definitely recommend RPM to anyone who is looking for great service.

I came in for a slow air leak in my tire and an oil change. I didnt have an appt and there were several customers ahead of me, but they were able to get everything completed in less than two hours. I sat in the waiting room; which had free coffee, water, and wifi. The waiting area was so clean, it must have been recently renovated and the leather chairs were very comfortable. As I sat in the waiting room, I witnessed the interactions between the staff and the customers... they were all so helpful and professional. The guys at RPM made it a point to educate their patrons and they encouraged questions. On more than one occasion, a customer would ask for a recommendation and the staff would recommend other automotive shops in town that offered specialized car care. At the end of the day, I paid 20% less than my original quoted price and these guys were incredibly honest. I would highly recommend RPM and I will continue to use their services for all of my vehicles ☺️☺️
