They made my truck’s trunk look like a new truck. Also, I went to another before this shop and got dishonest response, so I came to this shop and got honest response and the price is fair.

This is the best place to go if you need anything done to your car. All of the employees there are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. John will take great care of your car for good prices. 10/10!

Buck is friendly and searingly honest in every way, and expects the customer to simply not pay that close of attention to what he says or the work they do. His employees and support staff are honest and want to get the job done well - to the point they’ll even do quick fixes for free. Buck is the one you ought to keep your eyes and ears open for. If he can price gouge you, he will. I used Accurate Collision to get both of my headlights replaced, which was done well by two mechanics who were eager to get the job done properly and quickly. However, scruples lack at the management level of this business. If I were in a desperate situation with a wrecked vehicle and dependent on Buck to manage and fix my car, I’d be in poor hands.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Accurate Collision Rebuilders. First, the owner said he could do the repairs for the amount of money the insurance company was offering to cover damages. Then the owner made deadlines he did not keep because he does not have employees to do the work. I was told my car would be ready in two weeks. At the two weeks I tried calling the business and the phones were off the hook. I had to drive to the shop. When I got there, my car had not even been worked on, the front bumper was removed and that was it. I inquired about how much longer it would take, and the owner was rude and told me 2 more weeks. I had to request an extension on the rental car from the insurance company. Later that afternoon, the owner calls me to say the insurance company told him to quit working on my car, they were totaling it. I called the insurance company to find out what happened and I was informed that the owner called them requesting more money to fix my car because he was not going to make anymoney from the work he needed to put in to it, and he needed to order another part which would take another week. If the owner would have explained this to me, I would have paid the extra expenses needed to fix my car. Instead, the insurance company was fed up and totaled a perfectly well running car. Instead of paying$700 for the additional repairs, I had to finance $13000 for a new car.

Buck (the owner) is the man! I am a student at the University of North Florida and got into a wreck Tuesday November 14th. I was going home to Sarasota Fl the following week for thanksgiving break and have an uncle that has a shop back home. I brought my car to Accurate to see if it was safe to drive home because i would get a better deal from my uncle. When I asked Buck if it was he said without hesitation i could get it home. Not only did he say i could get it home but gave me advice on precautions i should take on my way home just in case something internally goes wrong. The Automotive Industry as a whole has a bad reputation for not being honest but this 100% does not apply to Accurate and Buck. Thanks again guys you have gained a customer for life.
