The receptionist (Michelle) and the manager Kristen provided exemplary customer service. I gave the shop 4 stars, I would have given them 5 but I had to get off work after they had my vehicle for a month, take my car back as they hadnt completed the repairs. They did however rectify the issue and so now I am satisfied. My car looks very good!

I gave my car to Coggins to have them replace my front bumper TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AGO and I have yet to get my car back. Instead of listening to me and having to say that my adjuster needs a supplement for my claim, ONE MONTH LATER I called the body shop again asking if they got the supplement. They said yes, however they were sending my car to be serviced. The car had already been serviced. Hence the supplement for the body damage. The center said that they ordered new tires, alignment, etc. I told them that services had already been done and that I went to the body shop to get the body done. Not once did I ask for services. I left a message with the manager the first time trying to get an estimated time as to when this will be done as I only get 1 month for my insurance to pay for the rental. The manager NEVER returned my phone call. I called every week asking what the status of my car was and was CONTINUOUSLY told that I would have it either that week or the following. NOT ONCE WAS I COMMUNICATED WITH, NOT ONCE DID SOMEONE INFORM ME THAT THERE WERE PARTS THAT THEY WERE WAITING ON, NO ONE REACHED OUT AND SAID “YOUR CAR IS ALMOST READY WE JUST NEED TO PAINT IT.” ZERO communication on their part. If the manager reads this, I left you a voicemail as of 3:15 TODAY as I write this review. I’m expecting to hear back from you hopefully THIS time and you can explain to me as to why your shop has had my car in your possession for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS.

I will only use this body shop from now on. Customer service was top notch. We had a long trip planned and wanted to make sure the bumper on our Honda Odyssey was safe. They got us in and out in no time. Not sure of the ladies name but we brought it in on 8/10 @ 10:00 AM. My wife said she was beyond helpful. Thank you!!!!

Took me two months to get my car back. Car sat for a month untouched. I called multiple times week to see what was going on, and kept being sent to voicemail, and never got a return call. Wasn’t until i went into the building and made a fuss that my car was actually started on.

From the moment I walked into the building I was greeted by Raquel, a very knowledgeable sale rep. She listened attentively to my needs and she didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. The Finance Manager Mike, was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.Eventually I drove off the lot with the vehicle I wanted, hassle free. My only peeve is it took two months before I finally received my new tag.

Service is fast, I brought my 2016 Honda Accord Touring to get minor bumper repair on rear bumper and tail light. They had car for 7 Days, the only draw back was when they returned my vehicle my Parking SENSORS was not working and looked like someone dried my car with a dirty rag and my entire paint on vehicle had swirls when direct sunlight shine on the paint... I had to get it buffer else where. And later took the car back to get my Parking Sensor fixed, which they left unplugged.

Darren is the most genuine and helpful rep Ive had in years. Even though I didnt purchase a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder due to not feeling comfortable about the purchase, he went above and beyond by consulting with the managers and located an Infinti QX60 which gave me goosebumps. I would have never thought I would be able to afford or even own one but Darren was with me the whole way and officially purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership out of 21 cars Ive bought in my life. Salesmen and staff were great at time of purchase. However after the vehicle was purchased the salesmen who assisted my wife when we returned the extra key for our traded vehicle and seat we promised returned was extremely rude (she didnt get his name unfortunately). And multiple phone calls to ask about missing or damaged equipment was never answered or returned. I will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an appt for 8:40 for routine maintenance - oil change, etc. Kept checking my app to see if the work was in progress. It was not. After 2 1/2 hours when my patience had been exhausted was told that you were very sorry, short-handed, blah, blah, blah. Five minutes after my wife came to pick me up you called to say the vehicle was ready. This does not leave me feeling you did a thorough job, although I have no way to substantiate that one way or another. You returned my vehicle and didnt charge me, but that does not bring back the work hours lost due to this snafu. Very disappointed

Had an 8:40am appointment with Paul, got there by 8:20am. Got checked in by Casey, not a very friendly Person. Was told that based on my issue, it would be about an hour to an hour and a half for the car to be ready. I mentioned that if it would take longer I may need a loaner car. Two hours later of sitting on the waiting room no news so I went to the desk, Paul was busy with a customer so I asked Casey for an update, with an attitude he said I don’t know ask Paul. Few minutes later Paul was done with the customer and said that my car wasn’t even looked at yet. Five hours after I got there the car was done. This could have been handled so much better if there was clear and honest communication when they knew that it was going to be more than two hours for the car to be ready. They could have come to me and said, hey the car is going to take longer than expected, we set you up with a loaner, we will call you with next steps. Even if a loaner wasn’t available at that time, they could have still come to me to explain the situation without me having to go and figure out what was going on. I would probably have said no problem if they were upfront with the time it would take to get the car fixed and be writing a very different review. At the end Paul did give me a free oil change for spending half of my day sitting there which I guess is an attempt to recover a poor first time customer experience. Honestly I will not take advantage of the free oil change because I’m not sure if I’m going to have to wait hours to get it done. My time is more valuable than free oil change. I would also recommend that if customers are going to have to wait hours for repairs, to improve the waiting area, provide complimentary water, coffee and a snack and make sure there are plenty of power outlets, I didn’t see any.

I came in just to test drive and try to get a feel for what I was looking to potentially buy. I had been in talks with Charlie about the Kicks for a couple of days leading into my visit. I get there and see the car. I immediately fell in love with the Kicks. This was the first car I was buying on my own. So it was a very big deal to me. I wanted to make sure this is what I wanted. Charlie didnt pressure me at all to make my decision! He was very patient with me. And I loved that! I ended up deciding to get the Kicks. It had everything I was looking for in a vehicle. It was too good of a deal to pass up. Charlie was amazing when it came to showing me the features that the Kicks offered and how to use them. I am very happy with my decision to buy!

A Very Disappointing Experience and Cautionary Tale.February 22, 2021 and started my car repair journey.After three weeks I had no communication from Coggin and by March 15th the covered rental period had expired and I started being charged for rental fees out of pocket.Being concerned about how long the repairs were taking, I called my insurance company for details and found the estimated completion date given by Coggin was March 15th, this was why the insurance company stopped paying for my rental fees.Confused about the delay, I called Coggin and according to the service representative I spoke with USAA didn’t pull the proper documentation which is leading to a delay.I had no choice but to call USAA back to confirm the information with them but when I called I was assured that they had all the documents and proofs and have had them since March 4.So, I went back to the body shop one again to try to clarify the situation. This time, however, I received a different story and according to Coggin there was a delay with USAA confirmation but they had finally received communication from USAA on the 8th. With the slight delay, the shop estimated that the car would be done by the 19th.Since then we have called and went to the shop multiple times but each time we receive a new delay about the car being not completely finished.We finally got our car back today after almost a month and a half in the shop for a rear bumper replacement. The delays in the repairs led to excess rental costs of over $750 out of pocket. I think its important to point out that the insurance covered a rental period based on the estimated completion date given to them by Coggin and when Coggin could not complete the job by the estimated date they were directly responsible for the excess rental fees.Delays happen in any profession and many are completely understandable. However, with my experience with Coggin, the poor communication and multitude of delays were beyond what would normally be considered acceptable and I cannot describe how frustrating it has been trying to work with this shop.If you choose to work with Coggin, please be sure to document your interactions and keep them accountable for their estimates. Find another shop if you can.

The sales process itself is what it is. Rarely an enjoyable experience. The signing of the final docs was a disaster. The guy didnt have a record of the down payment which was paid the day before. He gave the feeling during the few minutes we were with him, that we were doing him a favor by being there. We will not consider this dealership for future car purchases and we will be letting our friends and family know the same.

The service desk got me in quick, had a first pass diagnosis shortly after. They got the parts in as quickly as possible, even checking local after market availability. They checked for coverage of the repairs through my warranty and extended warranty and made financing available. The car came back washed, repaired and even had all of the recall items addressed. Other issues outside of the repair work were identified and quoted with no pressure to address them with this visit. The shuttle service to and from work was prompt and friendly. These guys are the real deal!

Toyota Collision Center at the Avenues made business hassle-free. The parts for my repair were ordered before I even gave them my car, making the process faster. Toyota communicated directly with my insurance company, but called me to give me progress updates every step of the way. The repairs look as if the car was never hit in the first place!! After hearing horror stories of body work and paint jobs that only lasted 6 months, I only trusted Toyota with my car and Im so thankful I did.

We had a collision September 28th and brought it to the dealership who referred us to Coggin Collision. We damaged the bumper, had some damage under the vehicle, light wheel damage, then two tires went which were under our extended warranty. It took 5 days for our insurance to get back to them (which fine it’s out of their hands) but fast forward to now (October 29th). We keep getting told “by the end of this week the bumper will be painted and put on” then it’s “the beginning of next week”. We were told this past Monday it should be done after last week we were told by the end of the week. Then Monday comes and we were told by the end of this week... now our insurance called and we’re told end of next week November 6th. It’s been a month for bumping into something on the side of the road at a slow pace. It’s insane! Everyone I’ve talked to has said how outrageous it is that we’re waiting this long. On top of that we’ve already exhausted the rental vehicle and my husband will most likely lose his job because we have no vehicle since it’s been at Coggin Collision at the Avenues for over the past month. The woman we work with is nice but I never get calls we’re told we will get and every time I’ve been in contact with someone from Coggin it’s because I called them. Oh! And the first week my car was there I had them tell me they didn’t have my car there and that there was no vehicle matching ours’ description... so they lost the car? Thankfully they found it... or so I think but I haven’t seen it in a month so maybe it really is gone. Extremely unprofessional. We’re from Michigan - would like to return home sometime soon rather than living here for the past month waiting for a car.

My vehicle had a fuel leak & was there for a week. I was not offered a free rental car, price I was quoted did not include tax & state fees which increased the amount by $100 to an already very expensive repair job & I had to keep calling for updates. I asked for any discounts & did receive one which helped me out financially. I felt disappointed with the customer service I received for the first time since buying my car in 2006 due to not proving me with an accurate cost, car there longer than expected, no communication unless I called to find out what was going on. Stopped by to get a quote to repair a couple scratches on front/rear bumpers.After speaking with Christine, the decision was made to attempt to hide them with touch up paint first, then if not satisfied, go for a total removal, sand and repaint.She did such a great job with touch up paint I see no need to go with the 2nd option.A great example of how to develop loyal customers and future business.Thank You Christine!

I was told that I was getting a new bumper and it was in the paint shop, when I picked my car up the so called newly painted bumper had a long scuff mark in it. What ever they washed my car with left lint all over inside and out, my vehicle actually looked worse than it did when I took it in!

Coggin Nissan is a GREAT place to buy a Used car also!!! My husband and I traveled 2 hours from Valdosta, Georgia to Jacksonville to test drive a vehicle they had online. Our salesman, RAPHAEL ELVIRA, provided EXCEPTIONAL service for our used BMW purchase!!!! After hearing Raphaels wealth of knowledge on the vehicle it quickly became apparent that he really did his research BEFORE we showed up... he knew the ends and outs very well and took his time explaining every detail with my husband and I.... at the end of the day thats what sold the car! WE LOVE IT! Raphael gets a 15 out of 10 stars!Aside from Raphael’s exceptional service Id say the overall appearance and feel of the dealership was pleasant and comfortable! We chatted for a moment and he took me to meet Charlie. Charlie was very pleasant, greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. Charlie took me out for a test drive and SOLD me my Murano with his detailed description of all the features on the car. When we arrived back at the dealership, Charlie walked me though the entire building showing me the lounge, service department and introducing me to a gentleman in that department. After repeated back and forth, and having to come in when it was convenient for them, Ive given up and have just choose to leave a bad review. They did not complete the work done on my SUV. The paint repair on my front passenger door does not match the rest of the door. The back passenger door has gains of sand, and clear coat drip spots in places. Niether of the same door had the clear edging that is supposed the protect the door placed back on, as well as in the handle well. I guess that is what youd call it. And they took the AWD emblem off, and never replaced it.I wouldnt recommend coming here since they are short coming on their work. Pretty disappointing when it was literally not even 30 days old when they took it to repair it after a kid in his moms car hit me the day after I bought it, not even 24hrs later.Now I have to come out of pocket else where to have it completed.

I was rear ended in a multi-car accident. Took two months for the insurance companies of the cars that hit me to finally agree on 50% liability each. Dealing with Christine at Coggin was the exact opposite. Clear, communicative, and worked out the extras with the insurance companies for me. Mike deserves 5 stars but Raymond helped us the day before and was completely off base. He told my husband the reason the car didnt start was the fob battery and replaced the batteries in the fobs. That made no sense and since we were able to jump the car. This was the worst car repair experience Ive ever had. My repair was being handled through the insurance company, and the repair shop sat on my car and the repairs for over a month for a bumper fix. How does it take one month to order parts and send back the correct information to the insurance company? It doesnt. It was estimated to take no more than 10 days, not 30 plus. Meanwhile I still havent received my car back and Im out over $300 for the rental car for an accident that was 0% my fault. Needless to say this is how repair shops make a bad name for themselves, when they treat customers with such little respect. I recommend choosing another repair shop other than coggin collision if you dont want to end up paying more than you should have for repair work that should have been taken care of in a timely manner.
