Amazing customer service. I came in to get a quote on damage to my door panel explained I was looking to get it fixed before trade in.I met Steve at the door he explained their timeframe upfront which helped immensely in my decision. He gave me the information I needed price wise and gave me a really good deal on touch up paint that matched my car color to help with some of the minor scratches.He then unprompted took that extra time to come out and show me proper technique for applying the touch up paint to make it the look the best it can.If I ever need any other car damage repair I will definitely be returning. They are super friendly and incredibly honest.

Needed to leave a review for the awesome people that helped me today. Came here to see about a rubber lining/piece that came off after I went through a car wash. They took the time to look at my car and the rubber piece as well as to call around to verify that it was more of an aesthetic piece. Very satisfied with their friendliness, attentiveness and great customer service they provided.Will definitely recommend.

We went to find a budget to see if we could repair in this place, we were attended by a grumpy lady who said that she would not carry out the appraisal or the estimate and that added to the fact that she did not want to make the budget she said that the repairs were for the end of February, we called before to go to the place and we asked him if they made budgets and he said that if then we arrive and they treat us in that way, as you pretend that one to repair a collision with you blindly, your duty is to give the budget, we decided to go to the place because we trust the rating it has on google maps but this place in my particular offer a terrible customer service.

I had to bring my car there for a little vender bender and they worked with me and the other person involved to take care of it. Due to work and holidays I had to bring the car a little early and leave it there for an extra couple of days and they were very accommodating. My car is an older car but it came out good and they did their best to make the color look uniform.

These guys did a great job getting my car fixed at a fair price after a fender-bender in 2019, and always kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair. There was a minor delay due to a part not arriving on time, no fault on VABs end, but even with that they kept me in the loop about why the delay was happening, and it never felt like you had to hound them for an update like with some other places.The repair itself was perfect and made it look like the accident never happened.

The people that work here are just the friendliest people. I had to have part of my bumper replaced, and they were so timely and efficient, they were able to fix everything within a week! Plus, the cost wasnt too bad either. I would certainly recommend them for anyone in need of the services they provide.

These guys are great. They gave me the best quote to replace a busted driver side mirror and fixed it promptly. I then took our other car there to fix a minor issue and they took care of that and it was done on the spot at a reasonable price as well. My new go to body shop.

Only reason I came to this location was because it was recommended by my dealership. I took in my moms Volvo that I had damaged and needed work on. To begin, I had to bring in the car twice because the paint job was not done well, you could still see the scratches so we had to come back a second time. The second time they worked on it, it was free of charge but they left the car dirty inside. The lady that works the desk started giving my mom attitude when my mom complaint about the customer service and the quality of work. She tried to argue that she did us a favor by giving us the free work but they didnt do it correctly the first time. Had they done so, there would not be a second time. They also did not do us any favors because we had to spend money (gas to drop off the car and pick up in our other car) and time just to get the job done right. In addition, the lady rudely tried to investigate my moms profession. Was that really necessary? That is very unprofessional. Volvo and them claim that they have no prior complaints and if its true, it is the first time. Hopefully I never have to get work done in any of my vehicles but if I do, I will not come back to this facility.

They have done a couple jobs for me and they do excellent work, very friendly, very knowledgeable and always done on time.

Really enjoy this group of people. They give you various options based on your needs, but each option includes their top quality staff!

Did a fantastic job repainting my back bumper where someone backed into my SUV with a tow-hitch (we assume) and then left the scene. Pricing was very fair, work was completed promptly and on-time. Would not hesitate to use them again if future work is needed.

VAB did a great job of repairing the rear end of my vehicle.The estimate was quick and efficient, and the repair was done in 2.5 days. The owner, Steve, even repaired a minor problem that I had with my hood at no charge. My wife and I came to pick up the car, and Stevepulled it up personally. He noted that the tire warning light was on and even insisted on checking the air pressure in the tires. Great service!

This place is amazing! We were on a road trip when the rear sliding door on our sienna wouldnt close. We went to Toyota and took two hours and charged us 77 dollars only to not have fixed anything and just to say we need to go to a Toyota body shop. We called up vab body shop and even though he was booked for the rest of the month he took us in right away and fixed our issue for a great price. We appreciate this body shop so much for the help they provided!

Honda brought my car to VAB to replace parts damaged by road debris.They replaced the radiator, front bumper and several other parts. It looked like new! The only time I had met Steve was when I picked the car up from him.A couple weeks after my car started overheating. I live in Mandarin and was on the other side of the river when it started acting up. I pulled over and called VAB to see if they might know what the problem was. Steve got on the phone and asked me a bunch of questions about how the car was acting. There was no making sense of it over the phone so to my surprise he said, Where are you again? OK it may take me a minute but I will be right there.He came all the way across the Buckman and met me. He took a look at everything to see if he could find the problem. After testing and inspecting a lot of things he said everything looked ok so it must be a mechanical problem. He poured a bunch of water in my radiator to cool the engine. Then after he thought it would be safe to drive at least back to my house he surprised md again and offered to follow behind me. He was behind me all the way over the bridge ( on the phone with me the whole way to see how the car was acting)! He followed me all the way back to my neighborhood to make sure I got home safely! When I offered to give him money for the help he refused and said he just wanted to see if their (VAB) repairs were causing the problem, and make sure that I wasnt stranded. Steve I cannot thank you enough! You have a life long customer now. If you want an honest, respectful repair shop go to VAB!
