The experience I had today is no different than other experiences that I have had at the 7847 Normandy Blvd location. Advance Auto Parts always offers first rate service. Professional, experienced and polite. All of the employees. Today, Roberta helped me select some windshield wipers and install them. She was awesome. She knew what she was talking about and demonstrated her skill set expertly. I want to thank Advance Auto Parts for their great service and I want to thank Roberta for her awesome effort. Thanks again.

This is the shopping center that holds places like the Nike store and several shoe stores and hair stores and Pizza Hut right across the parking lot from Walmart its neither good nor bad kind of hard to give a review on an area.

This place sold one of the items at an extremely high price only to turn around and not have the adjoining item.If you are selling one part you should sale the other. This is the way stores baiting people now and it awful.

Since I moved to this side of town this is the store that is taking care of me the most. The customer service from everyone that Ive spoken to has been amazing. Theyve not just help me find the parts that I needed but offered alternative solutions to my problems and offered other advice as well.

I go here for all of my car needs. I havent needed anything since I got my 2018 ford focus, but when I had my elantra I was able to get new parts for cheap and friendly staff who genuinely care about your service and safety! I had an employee carry out my purchase because I had a broken foot! Definitely recommend this store!

My check engine light kept going on. So I went there to see if they could help me with it before going to a repair shop. They were! so very helpful and kind! Turns out my gas cap wasnt on correctly! I took it off and put it back right, problem solved...and he did it for $0!! So very ☺

I placed a fairly large order online and inadvertently added an item to my order that I didnt really need. Took the part back to my local store where the return was as painless as ever.

Went auto zone on beaver 3 times was given wrong parts, twice, third trip they had to refund my money and I came to advance. At advance, they didnt care how long it took, they helped me find the right parts for my elderly grandparents vehicle. Where the other place didnt even try.

This is a clean store with knowledgable staff. They greeted me as soon as I came in and came to assist as soon as there were finished with their customer. The didnt have my rear wiper, but thats ok. They had everything else I needed.

I was half way through my 7 hour road trip when my check engine light came on. Knowing it was probably nothing, I still wanted the peace of mind from having it checked. It was pouring rain, and the nice guy helped me with the diagnostic regardless. Thanks, Advance!

If your in a hurry its alright, some prices are decent but Id rather shop online for parts its much cheaper

The staff was watching a football game while I was waiting in line to be helped (waited over 5 minutes). Very rude welcoming (by that I mean no welcoming). Staff was clearly snickering and talking about my family member who was with me while we were waiting for them to get a part. No smiles or friendliness, they just acted like we were imposing on their game time. One lady had no uniform on and no name tag on, she told me their check engine scanner was broken, and a few minutes later a guy said it wasnt. The environment at this location is horrible. The only positive thing that happened was they let me use my coupon that was expired by 1 day. Would not recommend going to this one. I definitely wont be back.

Left me outside with a out headlight. Had no idea if it was securely in or not. It was a lady and when I pulled my headlight out she saw it was working and walked away saying shes not supposed to replace headlights thats a lie because Ive had my headlight replaced at advanced auto parts PLENTY of times
