I went into this store with $3500.00 to spend on my truck. No one even looked in my direction, except for one man, and when he did I said hello and he just glared at me, and walked out the door. I left and I will never go back, and I will make sure I spread the word about this place. I guess because Im a woman I dont get any service.I am sitting in the parking lot at this business doing this review. I will go spend my money somewhere else.

Goodsell is a family business that is helpful and friendly. We stopped in to look at bed covers for our truck and Goodsell son showed us all the options and was patient with us while we thought about which one we should get. It took 30 minutes or less to install and when we paid we had a nice conversation with Goodsell mom. This is a nice family business and we are very happy with the service we received and the new bed cover on our truck.

Clean, organized, and very helpful staff! I went in with the idea of getting bed liner back in November and we have returned many times for mats, seat covers, rails and more! Oh to tell you how nice the staff is, I went in with two children (brave I know) and the staff members not only chatted with the children but they made sure I was getting the seat covers and everything for our truck. And I love they dont try to make you upgrade or add other items like some other stores!

I took my 2016 Colorado for some updates to the standard equipment. They had the bed rails and the receiver hitch in stock. I made an appointment to have them installed, they did them both the same day.They also ordered some custom Razorback seat covers for my very RED Colorado. They also installed them for me.Super service, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly folks. I will use them again and again..

Tommy who helped me...answered all my questions...went out to my truck several times to ensure the right fit....listened to what I wanted/needed...and his recommendations were not the highest priced item they had. I bought floor mats and a Sun shade today. When I decide on the seat covers I want....I will get them here.

We have been trying to get a roof rack for our Fiat for the last 2-3 weeks. The first place we went to was a dealership, they ordered the wrong part & never told us when the wrong part came in, so we waited around for several extra days before we even knew to look for other places. The people were extremely rude at the second place we went to. Goodsell Truck Accessories was the 3rd & last place we tried. They were extremely helpful. Grant stayed on top of our order & made sure it arrived in a timely manner. Theyve got a great sense of humor & made sure we were well taken care of.Thanks for the help Grant!

Got a cover put on my 2013 Ford F-150.I went in to look, but they had the one i was interested in in-stock so got put in at that time. It took about an hour. People were friendly, and very informative.

Any & everything you need! If they dont have it; theyll find it for you & order it if needed. They know their stuff! Very helpful with picking out the right seat covers & also attentive with my questions for installation.

I took my Dodge Ram to get the fender flares they ordered for me installed. They didn’t move theEmblems and the fit was so tight that it pushed one off the truck. I called and they said bring it in and they would fix it. The first trip when I got there they told me they couldn’t do it that day. The next trip they fixed it. I live 50 miles away so I drove a total of 200 miles and 4 hours driving time with noDiscount no refund just sorry and see you next time. I know their time is worth something but evidently the customers time is not. Gonna have to find a new place for my truck and Jeep accessories.

Great service, been to the store many times for many things and most things are same day or next day and I have an older less common truck. I work in the automotive repair business and all the parts I have seen installed by Goodsell are done well and with care. There is always that one guy that gives things one star on Google becuase he couldnt figure out how to put it together. The guys at Goodsell are grade A.

I was very displeased with the special ordered set covers by Seat Saver. Was told they were the best fit for my Suburban and werent. I called about a return they said it would be fine to return the items. When I returned to take them back, the store was closed. I was unhappy two ways. 1st they were closed and nothing was told to me about them closing early today. I have a tight schedule and have to take time to drive 48miles. I waisted not only my time but fuel as well for a wasted trip. It will have to be done a second time. There again taking more time and expenses on me to return a faulty product. I even said it would be the afternoon and that I would be by to return my items. Nothing was said about being closed at that time. When I arrived the store was closed for inventory. I would have to wait an additional 5 days to return to get my refund. I had been here just 2 days ago and nothing was posted on the door about being closed. I saw 10 other shopper that walked up to the doorway only to walk away. 2nd complaint was about the seat covers that i paid almost $200.00 for them. Thee fit was not good. The backs had no hold down just a slip over fit. It would rise up on the back of the seat. They fit loosely and caused bulky patterns and comfort. The bottom was unsecured on both back and sides. They were not the best for the cause. I complained on the manufacturer Web site as well about the faulty product. I will not be doing any futher business with this company. The advertisement is misleading.

Purchased vent visors and custom sunvisor they were a perfect fit. Freindly service will visit again.

Goodsell is one of those places I have to go about once a month to get my fix of truck stuff and see whats new in the market -- they are always adding things. Very friendly folks too -- just dont be in a big hurry cause they would like to visit with you too!

I bought a Retrax Pro Mx bed cover for my 2015 Silverado from Goodsell recently.Product: The Retrax Pro Mx is the aluminum version of their retractable bed covers. I got it in matte black with the wide rails. Its an amazing product. Id say the cover might outlive the 1-year-old truck I had it installed on. Itll hold up to sun and rain, and I use it to keep some expensive equipment secure and dry in the bed of my truck. The wide rails cover up the stake pocket holes on the bed rail itself, which further prevents water from entering the bed. Ive seen both versions, and if youre on the fence between the plastic Retrax One and the aluminum Retrax Pro, I would highly recommend making the jump up to the Pro version. Also, Retrax is running a special right now, so I got a free Bedrug Mat (worth about $150, I think) with my purchase. Should be a great match with my new cover.Service: I was pleasantly surprised to learn that when I ordered the cover, it would be in within a day or two. They called the minute it hit the door, and I drove over right then to have it installed. Installation took about an hour, and I waited and browsed the show room. It looks like they have a good selection of other products like light bars, brush guards, etc. There was initially a miscommunication about one of the details of the product I ordered, but Mark, the owner, personally worked above and beyond to make it right. I definitely plan to come to them for all of my truck accessory needs as long as Im in the area.

Very Disappointed. Was told that they carried and kept in stock the very common bed cover for my very common truck. Come in any time. Call ahead and get an appointment and it will only take 45 minutes. Two days later, wife takes off work and we swap vehicles so she can get bed cover installed. Call for an appointment and they are out of the bed cover I need. I leave for vacation on Saturday and need a cover. Obviously my fault for relying on what the sales guy told me over the phone.

They are very hard to contact, Ive called there a few times and they either dont answer, or put you on hold for too long a time, or dont answer, and dont have voicemail or an answering machine. If I can reach a sales person I cant buy anything.
