First let me starts by saying I have dealt with many dealerships before but never over an online purchase. Chris made it super easy and answered all my questions. Even helped me set up shipping at a really great rate. The whole team made the transaction very simple and I was able to find a very nice Mustang that was in very great condition. They also sent me a thank you letter in the mail, and with the letter, a check for a balance they I overpaid. That proves that they are a very honest place to do business with. Most other dealers would have kept the money, no matter the amount. It was a pleasure doing business with you all.

Nate in the service dept is always friendly and provides a great customer experience. The service dept over all has a awesome group of mechanics and technicians and Im confident my vehicle repairs are always done right and Im charged fairly when when leave. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I took my vehicle in for a repair and received it back with a sensor issue that it didnt have when I dropped it off. The vehicle is running great, however now I have to go to BMW to have the sensor turned off/ reset due to it going off the entire time Im driving.

Very smooth transaction. I live 35 miles away from the dealer so they made it easy to complete the transaction with only one stop. They also recommended a financing option that turned out to be the best deal I could hope for. The roof liner had an issue we discovered while test driving. They had a fix in mind but they decided it would be better to replace it, costing them $1000. Glad they didnt pass that on to me. There was a headlamp out message when I test drove it and they said it had been fixed but just hadnt re-set the message. After I picked it up I discovered the headlamp was still out. I didnt want to drive it all the way back to replace a bulb so I bought a set myself and asked them for reimbursement. It took a few calls but they reimbursed me. If I were looking for another high-end car I would definitely check with them again.

I found out about this amazing service department when I purchased an Infinity in 2014. I have a older 4rummer I love and I take it to World Imports for everything. Service Is Fast and the work is done properly. You get what you pay for, and the techs are all young geniuses, really. I like that there is a woman mechanic too! Rest In Peace Mr. Pat we love you. His replacement Nate has big shoes to fill, but so far “ pretty good” in my Larry David voice .

Kind and honest mechanics!! I had a very loud and confusing noise coming from my engine. The sound just kept getting louder and louder driving me insane. It only happened when my ac was on. I took it to Nathan to take a look at it. They took their time and was completely honest through out the process. Any other mechanic would suggest replacing parts they “think” would be the issue. Not these guys. They spent their time and located the issue. The issue was a bolt that got loose and was rattling. These guys saved me tons of money and headache. I will always bring my vehicles here for now on!

Be careful who you work with at this dealership. Some sales people will tell you whatever it takes to sell you a car. I believe this is the case with Anthony. Very disappointed today when Anthony was telling me lies about cars they recently sold to justify the price of another car for sale. Personally I believe it is ok for a dealer to ask whatever they want for a car, but lying about things to potential customers is just bad practice. If a dealer allows their sales people to be dishonest when talking about the details of vehicles, you need to wonder if they are telling you the truth about the car you might be interested in. I have had success at this dealership before, but today was a disappointment. Be careful who you work with here.

I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK from Igor here, and that experience was phenomenal enough. Then, after I had it for a few months and had taken it offroading a bit, I noticed a squeal under the hood. I took it to the guys there and they accurately diagnosed the issue and also noticed I had a leaking thermostat. They fixed everything, and even upgraded the belt I originally had to one that was better for durability in offroad performance. These guys know their stuff, and go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied.

I am exceedingly impressed with world imports. I called to schedule a viewing of what appeared to be a pristine 2001 Mercedes SL500 Roadster. Upon my arrival, my sales person, whom I spoke to on the phone was all ready for me. He had the keys out, records of the cars history pulled for my review and had obviously researched the vehicle himself prior to my arrival. The car itself was, if anything nicer then it was described online. I never once felt pressured to make a decision immediately. None of the typical sales tactics were ever attempted, a pleasant surprise when vehicle shopping. Christopher made everything pleasant and as easy as possible. I left exceedingly pleased with the experience. I would recommend this dealership to all. I suspect their sales team is all quite professional, but ask for Christopher. Aside from what I mentioned above, this guy is obviously a car enthusiast and speaks with passion (something I myself very much enjoy and appreciate).
