Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited for service to be completed. I was told it would be an hour to hour and half and it was done in just over an hour. Nice waiting area with different areas to sit. Everyone was nice and everything was done to my satisfaction!

Anton Tusha greeted me outside. We went in and scanned my license. Test drove a Civic. Returned to do the haggling and he helped me get to a price on a lease that I could live with. Overall, a great experience for me (dont know if I can say the same for him though!).Id recommend him to anyone interested in a new Honda. 2 thumbs up. A++.Just dont ask to buy the Civic R-Type on the floor. Its not for sale. :-/

I bought my first car recently, a used BMW. When I received it there was a warning light on, so I took it to the shop. Apparently the car didnt pass emissions, which it is illegal to sell a car to someone in my state not passing. Ive been trying to get reimbursed the $1200 I had to spend the first week of having my car, but they keep not responding to me. They wont even tell me what the warranty will cover. What the hell is even that? Ive called many times and tried emailing someone, but still no response. Horrible customer service. Dont buy from them.

Guys standing around in service area pretending to not see you when the customer comes up. Pitiful customer service. They do not return calls. They seem to think its all about them. Time to find another place to spend my money

We have a 2019 Odyssey. The review mirror suddenly broke and is just hanging. My wife made an appointment and took the car in today. She waited for two hours and then they told her to leave because they need to order the part. This isnt the first time that service here has been bad. I had an old Accord that had AC issues. They looked at it 3 times and couldnt figure it out. I showed it to another mechanic and it was a loose wire that fixed the problem right up. Unfortunately we probably wont by a Honda again, and were definitely not going to this dealership for service. Well make the drive to Lucas Honda instead.

My Son had a transmission issue. We took the car up to the shop to make sure there were no serious problems. Was told no issues and after one day a leak started. After speaking with Bill the Service manager and after returning car, the shop discovered a problem and correct it, quickly. A day later, the issue returned, spoke with Bill again, advised us to return the car. My son returned it and discovered a more serious issue. Bill had the team repair the car at a fair price and got my son back on the road! Thanks Bill!

After a long day working, I went to go home only to find that I had a flat tire! Luckily, I was helped by a complete stranger and I was all set. I knew Honda of the Avenues service closed at 7pm and it was already after 6pm. I drove into the service garage and I could breathe a sigh of relief because my service guy was there - Scott Cavoores! He is always so nice and helpful! He jumped right on it and got to work. He always treats me with respect and goes above and beyond - exceeding my expectations every time. I know the service techs had to stay late to get me back on the road with confidence AND, despite the late hour, they washed my car - big shout out to that gentleman as well. I always know that I will be well taken care of when I have to bring my car in. Thanks!

I absolutely love this business. Honda of the Avenues is head and shoulders above the other Honda dealers in the area. I drive past 2 just to get to this one, and it is so worth it. They are wonderfully professional, pleasant to deal with, and there are no shenanigans as far as honesty is concerned.

The guys at Honda Avenues are great! I assume the women are as well. But me and my girlfriend had an absolutely wonderful experience there....keep up the good work! To the owners... get your writers desks out of the damn drive through.... very low class having your customers stand in the driveway to give you money... let alone make your hard working employees sit out in the heat.

It was great as usual. They were prompt and courteous as always. The work was done quickly. It is always pleasant to go there.

Took a long time before I was greeted every though I had an appointment, them too 3 hours for an oil change only to get my car back converted in water spots from a poor was job. But the service writer was nice.

This visit was great, as most of my visits here are. The battery I got from this dealer about two years ago died this morning but, luckily, it was still under full warranty. Hard to complain about that, and they took my car and replaced the battery while I waited without an appointment and quickly. It would have been nice if the battery hadnt failed, but thats a complaint against Honda, not the dealer.
