Went there to look at a used f150 (wouldn’t go into gear and had two flat tires) although I scheduled a test drive on arrival the tires were still flat. They tried to sell me a g6 with a massive oil leak then proceeded to tell me it would cost around $700 for tax, title and license on a car that was priced under $2000. They have the car listed on their website but they are using a stock photo (not the same car)I went over to Jacksonville auto mart and bought a car for the same price plus tax, title and license for $2300.Grant was the salesman and stated he just started working at the dealership at United which is an obvious lie since google has reviews dated 8 months ago mentioning his name.Will never buy a car from them!

I recently bought a vehicle at United Chevrolet in Jacksonville Il. I would like to take this time to tell you about the exceptional experience I had with my salesman Donivyn Hawk. I had totaled my previous car a few days before Memorial weekend so I reached out to Donivyn on Memorial Day for him to get back with me on some used vehicles that they had on there lot. Donivyn was back in touch with me in less than an hour. I drove to the lot and met with him he told me what they had and asked me what kind of money I was looking to spend. He preceded to tell me about a couple of cars I could possibly be interested in so he took me through the lot to show me. I checked a couple of them out and told him I wanted to drive one so he went into the dealership to get some plates so I could take it for a drive. I got back and asked several questions and he answered all of them in detail. I then asked him if there were any small pre-owned SUV vehicle’s he said that they did have some. He told me about a 2020 Buick Encore with very low mileage so I told him I was interested. He went out to the lot and drove it up front of the dealership grabbed some plates put them on and off I went for a little ride. I told Donivyn while I was gone to check on financing for me. I came back to the dealership he got with me and told me him and his boss had done some checking on financing with a couple places and he told me the best rate and what my monthly payments were going to be. They were in my price range I was willing to pay that amount. Donivyn then went to his boss done some more talking with him came back and told me his boss was going to take off several dollars for the low mileage that was on the car so with that being said that dropped my monthly payment significantly. So making a long story short I bought the 2020 Buick Encore. The great job Donivyn Hawk did along with his boss was very helpful and professionally done. I’m grateful that Donivyn took the time on a holiday to work with me to get me back on the road and the United family as well. So if anyone is interested in buying a vehicle I recommend Donivyn Hawk the salesman that I had to see about a used or new vehicle!
