Great service experience. Easy to book appt online, and get an appointment quickly. Service advisor knowledgeable; able to easily identify issue and corrective action. No loaner cars available so they were able to take me home & pick me up. Great use of technology - easy to communicate back & forth via text, Online pay, etc…. Only downside is price - higher than other FL/GA Porsche dealers.

Terrible experience from day one with Mike from Finance. Told me one interest rate and when it came to signing the papers, the rate was higher. I was planning on paying off the vehicle early anyways so I went with it. Then I needed a refund back on GAP insurance Mike sold me, and here I am almost 5 months later and cannot get a ahold of Mike or his General Manager Aaron. They both ignore all my communications to them. I buy at least 2 to 3 vehicles a year from various dealerships and this one has the honor of the worst customer service and worst overall experience.Update: Its been a week since I wrote this review and still neither Mike or Aaron have reached out to me. No response to this review either. However, I reached out to Christian from Sales and he actually responded. He should be promoted to General Manager. Avoid Mike from Finance and Aaron, both of whom will probably avoid you too and you should be okay at this dealership.

Extremely disappointing that Porsche and this dealer are unwilling to stand behind their product. Went to dealer for free recall repair and 1 other problem. I was offered an estimate for $5220 in repairs. The car is 10mths over the warranty date, but has only 31k miles so I requested some assistance from Porsche with repairs. They refused to assist with repairs aside from 10% off of a $660 repair. This is my first and last Porsche after this experience. Perhaps if my car was a 911 turbo instead of Macan S, they would have assisted more. Buyer beware. Review rating is against the dealer and Porsche only. The service person, Marguerite, was polite and pleasant to work with and she tried to help.

An electrical issue on a classical car is never an easy solve this one more than most since the problem was intermittent but resulted in us not being able to drive the car. Fortunately, with the knowledge and persistence of both Charles and Nathan they were able to ultimately find and fix the problem. Most importantly for me was knowing that they took the time to understand the root cause and fix that correctly which gives us the confidence to now take the car anywhere choose. It took a month to get an appointment. It would have been longer if I waited for a loaner. The service was a regular 10,000 mile service but they kept my car for 12 days. I didn’t even hear from them until they had the car 5 days. They offered no apologies or discount for the poor service. They only said they would try to do better next time. I’m not sure there will be a next time. My husband and I both own Porsches and have been servicing them at this dealership for awhile but I’m not sure we will go back.

My resent visit to Porsche of Jacksonville is an example of why everyone should want to own a Porsche. I am from Jacksonville but resent moved to NC. I was driving back from NC in my 911 and hit a horrific bump on I95 in South Carolina. Shortly there after I received a check engine warning. The car drove fine but once in Jacksonville to start my vacation I contacted Marguerite in the service department. I explained I was worried about driving and causing damage it wasn’t to see if they had any openings. She insisted I bring it in that day and they could squeeze me in at 10am.Cody my service tech did and amazing job quickly identifying my issue. I had a small vacuum leak from a hose that have backed out when hitting the bump.I would personally recommend Porsche if Jacksonville to anyone. Also thank you to Edith Porsche of Jacksonville’s receptionist for the great conversation while my car was being repaired.

Chris is a scumbag sales man. My friend tried purchasing a Cayenne S SUV from him yesterday. He saw a price online and just wanted to confirm before going into the dealership. The vehicle is $110,000 (not cheap) long story short Chris decided he would raise the monthly price to $500 more than what the internet advertised price was 🤯!! When asked why he was doing that Chris got nasty with him. We ended up going to a dealership in South Florida and getting the exact same vehicle for the actual advertised price! Thankfully there are still some decent car salesman out there who dont want to lie and deceive by trying to use bait and switch tactics. Stay away from Chris and his nasty attitude!

Very dissatisfied with communication and follow up very unsatisfied. Came in due to my night vision on my 2018 Panamera had an error and my TPMS came on. I live in Tallahassee drove over two hours to get into a appointment due to my local dealer being full. Jeremy was courteous at first but didnt follow up property after being told my car was complete sent my wife on a two hour drive only to find out the TMPS part has been order and hasnt been installed after she been in route. She picks up the vehicle with smudges and something spilled in the back seat. Will definitely not be returning and will wait the time and spend money with my local dealer. In todays industry knowing how to properly treat clients and follow up is essential .Take your business elsewhere.

My first experience buying a car out of state. Christian and the finance manage Mike were very patience and explained everything that needed to happen for me. If my next car is a Porsche Im buying it from this dealership and I dont care about the locals

I had a 911 with transmission problems. At the worst, my 911 was drivable but sometimes it would only go into 3rd gear. I took it to Porsche Jacksonville to get it diagnosed. First, they put in a TSM and that did not solve the problem. They charged me for the $1200 TSM even though it was not needed. I understand this because they had to take it out of the box. Next, they said it would need a new transmission at a cost of $30,000. I told them I needed to save my pennies and i will get back to them. I attempted to drive my Porsche home from Jax Porsche and it would not move (It was drivable prior to taking it to Porsche Jax). So I had it towed to my local Porsche mechanic and he told me they put a bad TSM module back in after they removed my old good one. The newly installed TSM problem was verified through a Porche employed engineer and my mechanic. All TSM testing data was recorded. Evidently, Jax Porsche switched out the new TSM with a bad one after I decided to not get the transmission replaced at their location, or some other permutation. I will never know. Fortunately, Porsche Jax kept my old but still working TSM. I drove to Porsche Jax to pick it up and I delivered it to my mechanic. After installing my old TSM, my 911 was drivable again but it still needed a new transmission because the original transmission problems returned. A workable TSM is necessary to troubleshoot the PDK. Back to square one. My local mechanic said he could replace the PDK transmission for $22,000 but there is a $4500.00 core charge for the PDK which will be returned to me when the bad transmission is returned. I agreed to this charge; $26,500 paid out, but I get $4500 back. Meanwhile, I called Porsche Jax and asked the service person why I wasnt informed about the core charge. I didnt tell him I knew the amount of the core charge. He told me he didnt mention it because it is only $500 and most people that come in here dont care about it. Does anything stink at this point? There is more. When I asked about the bad TSM they installed in my 911, they told me to send over the documentation. I emailed it and then followed up a week later and the service rep stated the GM said they will not reimburse for the bad TSM that they somehow installed. This bad TSM is still sitting in my garage collecting dust. That will be the last time Jax Porsche ever sees me. Beware.
