Im not sure of the gentlemans name I believe it was mr. James he was very thorough I gave him a part number from the Ford Company no one seemed to have it it look upside down but when he gave it to me it was the right part The Parts House had it he gave me a picture of it which I thought was very unique since most people who work for a company would not go the extra mile to do something like that, I ordered the part from The Parts House and the reason I did this is because of the special attention I was given and to make it right he showed me a picture of the part thank you I will use you in the future with my company and I really appreciate all the personalized attention I got this morning thank you

Bought a starter. Reasonable prices. Well stocked. Friendly staff.

I went in and 5 minutes later walked out with the right part for the job. Danielle took care of me, she was quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very likely to go back. Oh and the parts ended up costing half as much as autozone. I did call around and all the other parts stores were twice as much money for my upper ball joints. Im happy with my purchase.

Dont go around noon time only 1 cashier I had to wait 11 minutes before I got any service. OMG. They do have a big selection of auto parts.
