I’ve been getting my Toyota serviced here since I purchased it 7 years ago. I’ve had the same service advisor that whole time but unfortunately he has left to pursue another career. As with any dealership service center, some of prices are higher but I’ve never felt pressured to accept a recommended service. You get a text message with all of the information. Also, during the pandemic, I feel like they are taking appropriate precautions.
My experience was exciting with my service person search a kind individuals I will truly miss him once he retire Gary is search a great person i hope the best for Gary for being search a caring person.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! This is the third time I have experienced receiving a car back with more problems than before. My dad had a simple oil change and back the same day for an oil leak; broken down on the side of the road. My mom needed to replace 2 tires and not only did they not rotate the tires, they put the 2 new ones only on the left side, and a different brand than expensive ones she had before and requested. On top of all this, I had my transmission and battery changed there recently. Upon picking up after the 700$ service, my radio no longer works and wont even charge my phone. This was improper procedure on replacing a battery and they are basically telling me to buy a $1,500 new one; even though it was perfect upon dropping it off. I was told it was a coincidence that my radio is no longer working in the time period that they had my car. Not only do I believe they messed my system up, but when I went to drop it off again the service representative was on the phone with someone experiencing the same issues that something was messed up that wasnt before. Dont waste your money here.

Purchase a used 2007 Camry with 108k for $9300 after dealer fees. Was told it was taken through the service center however within the first week tire sensor indicator light due to tires being under-inflated at 17psi when 35psi is standard. STILL had ORIGINAL spark plugs (should be changed at 100k miles). Alternator AND battery had to be replaced in the first month. Rocker mounts were already destroyed. One of the key fobs broke after only three weeks. There was a campaign recall on the 07 Camry engine for excessive oil consumption and nothing was said or offered about getting a replacement engine for free. I have started using Ernie Palmer Toyota off Cassat Ave for all my Toyota needs and have absolutely no complaints or concerns this far. Ernie Palmer will tell you everything and honestly. I learned of the engine campaign recall on my Camry through Ernie Palmer and am in the process of getting a NEW engine for $0. No thanks to Coggins for anything but a bow, scent satchels and license plate frame.

A week ago today....The best car experience ever. I was checked in by Chris G. (By the way you can select him through the appointment screen).He is so great at what he does! I came in for a routine new car inspection. Before I dropped off my vehicle, he confirmed my email and phone number.(to make sure I would receive the updates regarding my vehicle). He gave me some recommendations via email and text about 45-hour later. You can even pay for the service while inside the link (text or email). He placed the red stamp in my maintenance book! It was just that easy! All of our vehicles are purchased/serviced at COGGIN!!! Thanks a million CHRIS!!!!

This place is great. Staff is friendly. When you go in for service they have a nice waiting area, with a small cafe with decent prices. Water bottles are complimentary. They also have massage chairs that are pretty good for free!
They didnt have my part ready after I had requested it and asked me to come back. Then I still had to wait 2 hours when they said I would be pushed to the front of the line.
We prefer Coggin Toyota at the Avenues over some of the other Toyota Dealerships in the area. Their service bay is very easy to maneuver, which is important; and youre asked your name and guided right up to you Service Manager as soon as you park your vehicle. There is a nice Cafe for prepared (paid) food, free coffee, cold water, wifi, a TV and comfy chairs. What else do you really need? Staff is knowledgeable, service is quickly but done well and they offer you service updates via text while you wait. Weve been very happy with them do far the last few years.
I love it here! Ive been serviced here since 2013 and I have another Toyota dealership closer to my house but I cant beat the quality here

Called after work one evening to get an appointment for Saturday and they said I could make the Saturday appointment or come right on in, it was a little after 6PM and they were finished in less than 30 min. Watched tech thru their view window did a oil change, rotate and balance with full inspection. Did a thorough job.
BOTCHED JOB!! Would not recommend. My car was dropped off with Christopher Garcia, who is the service adviser at the Toyota at the avenues on Tuesday 12/3 for a timing belt service and cam gear replacement. The car was scheduled to be ready on 12/4 and the OTD service estimate we agreed on was $544.49. On Wednesday I received a text message for additional service needed which included Engine Repair : replace engine with used engine due to internal damage. I immediately called Christopher and was advised that there are bent valves and it will need immediate attention and quoted me $4,401.69 for the repair. The car was dropped off with no prior engine damage and I am being told the valves were damaged prior to the work done by the Toyota technician. I asked to speak to the manager and was greeted by Jonathan, who stated the engine was damaged and needed repair. The engine damage is the result of the technicians negligence to property time the timing components (Crankshaft gear/Camshaft gear) which resulted in valves being bent. Ive been without a vehicle for over 4 days now and have no other means of transportation and Toyota at the Avenues is not cooperating or taking responsibility for their actions. I have not received a call or email with a resolution on this matter since 12/5. I am currently seeking legal advice regarding this matter since the service department is not willing to take responsibility for their mistake.and provide a solution.

I dont always have a good experience when I come to this specific location. Dont get me wrong, the advisors are great. Its always about the car service. You get told one thing and then its something else. I have a personal mechanic who used to work here for 15yrs and I get tickled when I get the recommendation text which I always forward to him. Make sure you read the warranty on any work done. The Service Manager had to pull the call when I was told the service was still under warranty which is why I made the appointment in the 1st place. It was honored I guess after listening to call so service was completed. Never was told that I was right or that the car was being serviced til I asked. Not complaining but I feel it couldve been handled differently. Oh and I received a complimentary car wash. 😉

Came in from out of town and they got me in the next day! Much shorter wait time than most for service.
Diagnosed the issue promptly and fixed it. I had taken my truck to tires plus in middleburg previously but the problem was misdiagnosed and I ended up paying for something that wasn’t the issue. The technician at Coggin found the problem and even was able to keep me from buying more parts by being honest about everything. The only thing that I don’t like is how much it cost. Labor was high but then again, it’s a dealership so it’s to be expected.

Amazing Place to buy a car! Yazan Qaqish was very helpful answering all my questions about financing a car honestly. He took his time to walk through the lot with me, making sure I knew what each car had and didnt have. It was helpful to have someone respectfully and confidently help me navigate through the process. It was a smooth ride to purchasing my car, leaving me with no second thoughts or buyers remorse. Purchased a suv from this place and had to take the suv back to have a panel replaced over the fifth light...waited for the part to be ordered and was never called back to get the piece installed until I reached back out to the service manager. A month later the piece is STILL not installed correctly

I took my tundra 2016 to change its leather seat because my truck has damage factory and it is under warranty, I had the Tundra 1794 leather seats. They didnt change my seats for the 1794 package. They put in an ugly orange bright color nothing look like that I had before. Now, they talked to me like I am an employee from Toyota. They told me that close my mouth and I have to accept what Toyota sent. They were the service manager and an assistant agent service. I talked with John Clark and told a bunch of lies like Toyota dont work with the Port and they dont have my 1794 leather seats package. He showed a 1794 Tundra 2019 and they continue make it. He called in this week and he conti ues looking for my leather seats color look like that I had. I told him that he doesnt need to look for it. Only, he has to do is a request order for Toyota. He answered me you dont listen to me. I told him my leather seats are under warranty and I want 1794 Leather seats package. I dont have any calls for them anymore. I want to mke true my warranty.
