First time I carried it to them I felt like it was a decent priceand even though the low coolant light doesnt appear every so often and I just had it fixed by them for that problem the truck has not ran hot they had it ready the next day but the next time that I carried it to them I feel like I was overcharged and when I caught up there and question him and let him know that I thought I was overcharged he laugh and he said he figured I would feel that way and hung up on me. I will not take my vehicle there again. They have two mechanics one was helpful and friendly the other was neither of those things

Save money paying for a diagnostic here... theyll just take 80 bucks and tell you to take it to Abbots. Owner himself said my 2006 Kia Rio was a thing of the past. Then why did you take money to diagnose my engine? Thanks so much Carlos very white of you!

Ladies don’t go in by yourself, these are some crooked white business men who prey on young women. Charged me $95 for a part that was never put on my car (one told me he had to order the part). and then $50 for labor that literally only took 5 minutes to do in one day. Totaling $167.00. Never pulled out any tools. How I know ? I took it to someone else to make sure. Just a woman who needed her car fixed to get back and forth to work and this is the service I received. Never again #BadBusiness

EXTREMELY Fair & Honest. They advised me against spending $$$ on a job that wasnt worth it. Hard to find that TRUSTWORTHINESS in a mechanic. I recommend them for EVERYONE.

You should take your car to West Main Auto in Jacksonville AR. They are so fast and reasonable. You can just drive up and someone is usually there to help. I have used them for several years and wont take my care anywhere else. The employees are the best.

Took my car to have AC fixed. Told me it would take couple of days. So I brought car back next day to leave. Big guy told me, we cant fix AC unless its 80 degrees. Duh!!When I took my car somewhere else I got a funny look when I told them what that big guy said.Also got AC fixed for a LOT cheaper price.Stay away from West Main Auto.

Never took my car there because we couldn’t get past a phone conversation. Super rude!! Asked questions about an easy replacement but the person (never introduce himself, just place) was telling me that I should do it myself. Not going to lie, I just don’t have the equipment and time, that is why I wanted a shop. Well if you have attitude (which he did) I just won’t give you my business and I will not recommend anyone to this place that is that unprofessional. I could only imagine how the work would have came out.

Not great .

The guy that worked in the front, a heavy set older man, was a very crooked businessman. My automatic window had broken and they took the door panel off and propped something into it to keep it from opening. The guy who took the panel off did a lot of damage to my door in the process. I requested for this to be done to try to save some money since the car was older. The job took about 20 minutes and the guy in the front came up with the price, $75. Needless to say, the board that was propped under eventually fell and I took the panel off myself the other day and put something sturdier in there myself. Do not become another victim of West Main Auto Repair!

About a year ago I couldnt get my Kia to start. They towed and figured out the gear shift was between gears. Only charged me for the tow. I took my Volvo in and within a day they had diagnosed and repaired the issue. They will always get my business.

Car was stalling, gauges were going crazy, I thought I was going to need major repairs. They just cleaned off my battery terminals with a wire brush and sent me on my way, no charge, was 5 minutes and back to new.
