Almost killed my wife! Took my wifes 2020 suburu here for a routine oil change and tires rotation. My wife took the car on a road trip to pick up a beloved family member and long story short the front left tire came off. Come to find out every single tire was loose. The dealer failed to torque the wheels properly....all 4 of them... dont trust them

I had been to other dealerships in the area, and Subaru of Orange Park was leaps and bounds ahead of the others. Andrew followed up on an online request and contacted me consistently but not annoyingly. We set up an appointment for me to test drive the cars. He was able to explain the differences and the optional packages clearly and succinctly. And he knew these cars thoroughly. He made it easy for me to make my decision. The financing process went smoothly; my car came in on the next truck so I was able to complete the process and pick up my car in less than a week. The whole Subaru team was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Beautiful showroom. No pressure sales. And I have a spunky little Forester and I’m as happy as I can be. Service team is great. Technology and communication tremendous. Pricing, especially the 15% profit add on is a joke. 5 stars for service and tech….0 stars for pure money grab. Won’t use again due to blatant robbery.

Above and Beyond!!!!I bought a 2021 Forester from Hanania Subaru in June from Andrew. He was a pleasure to work with - helpful, responsive and trustworthy.Two weeks later, David reached out to offer an in-person tutorial on the plethora of features. He came to my home - talk about convenience! He spent almost an hour explaining everything (it is my first Subaru) and helped set up what I had not. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable.Two months later, my tire pressure alert came on. The right front tire was the culprit. Dan in Service was a rock star. He addressed that tire and then checked the rest by taking them off and submerging them in soapy water. So thorough! And of course he sent my car through the wash so it was returned to me squeaky clean.If you are going to buy a Subaru, I highly recommend Hanania!The receptionist and service intake personnel are friendly, accommodating and helpful too.

My first time going in was to inspect my vehicle for a safety recall. I called in and was able to schedule that service appointment right away. When I arrived, Adam greeted me and checked me in. This location has an interactive messaging system if you have questions during the visit, which was cool. The car was inspected and washed (oh yeah!) within the time that Adam quoted. They also looked into another issue I was having and updated my radio software so I don’t have that issue anymore. Adam did a great job and took good care of me throughout my visit. Will gladly go back!

I just bought a new Forester and it looks great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient, not pushy at all. I had to wait about 3 weeks to get the one I wanted (got my favorite color and the options that I wanted. I think the price was fair considering the craziness of not enough computer chips and the inflation we are undergoing right now. I am well pleased as of now.

Really nice sales team, everything was perfect but when they borrow a ribbon that I can give to my daughter the car and after that return..start the nightmare. I leave 30miles far from the dealer and was on Saturday, so Sunday, Monday and Tuesday the sales person called me several times that he need the ribbon back and that the Sales manager was pushing him to call me, this was so annoying calling because a weather damaged ribbon that doesnt worth $15.00....this is the negative point in my experience. Nice guys but blowed the credibility of a $35k sales because of $15.00 ribbon. Please dont get wrong, I returned the ribbon and never said that I would keep the ribbon, just took 2 days to return...

When we first got there the car we went after had sold after someone mistakenly told us it was available. We were visibly upset. But the management and staff bent over backwards for us and made it all work out for the best! I would purchase from this dealer again in the future and recommend them to friends.

Great service and very polite but they try to push you and dont give you enough details about the Family Plan that is not worth it and cost almost $2k. I know that I had to be more diligent reading everything but after hours of papers, information and details I got exhausted even when I asked about the add on but got sidetracked. I would have given 5 stars if I didnt felt rip off because of that package.

Jason our salesman was great to deal with. Very Knowledgeable and he communicates well. I wanted different tires and it was accommodated. I asked for a quick no hassle sale and that is what I got. Reaching an agreeable number was quick and easy. No pressure about extended warranties and 0% financing. Over several days as the tires I wanted showed up and my total dealership time about 3 hours from shopping to driving away in our new car. I would recommend and buy another car here. This review is for a routine service. Their App makes it very easy to make an appointment. They used texts to remind me. I was greeted by a friendly associate within minutes of arrival. The customer waiting area is comfortable and spacious. I was kept fully informed of the progress. Frankly, I can’t think of anyway the experience could have been better. Really nice salesman and management, and quick process (as quick as can be expected for a dealership purchase). The only thing that threw me through a bit of a loop was the Family Plan. It was offered to me as though it was an optional service when really it’s a non-negotiable dealer mark-up—which is totally fine! We all have to make money. But we could have saved 30 minutes in back-and-forth talking if the salesman was able to just tell me that’s what it was. Overall, good service and super happy with my purchase (2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited). :)

As far as sell of the car it was a easy process it went smooth and we got the car we came for.However I will never own another Subaru in my life. Second brand new car I ever purchased and this one I purchased because I just had a baby and wanted a reliable vehicle while my husband was on deployment.First 3 months the first tire blew out from the side. Then another blew out from the side and it ended up being all four of my tires which were 140 to replace each plus labor which ended up being 200+ every visit because tires are not under warranty.Then had a check engine light was in Subaru with a newborn at the time more times than I should have.I had to call Subaru customer care and they reimbursed me after talking to them each time about every time my tires went out.Here I am not even 2 years after I purchased the car and check engine light was on again and the car was lagging at accelerating bad.On my brand new Subaru Forester. And once again I’m so close to going into labor again with a new baby and my car is not reliable.Second buying brand new car experience and I will never do it again.I’ve waisted hours of my life in a dealership many times over stupid problems. That I shouldn’t be having with a brand new car.Anyways hormonal leaving this review.People who work here are great. The car itself is junk I can’t wait to get rid of it.

I bought a WRX yesterday and am so far very pleased with the buying experience. Dominic was accommodating, friendly, and available to set up the deal remotely. All that was required of us was a couple of hours of paperwork on the day of delivery. Price was fair and there was no high pressure salesmanship, even from the director of finance. I have bought at least a half dozen vehicles from dealerships and this was the best experience so far.
