The staff and employees are not only very knowledgeable about the products they sell, but they effortlessly shared their knowledge about the different hair brands and lengths with me and patiently answered all my questions. They were not hesitant or afraid to make recommendations to me based on the questions I was asking and they made it easy for me to make a well informed decision for my purchase. The individual attention they provide proves that they definitely belong in the beauty business because they were not just focusing on me having a beautiful crown, but they also treated me with respect and so I felt valued as a person. No question was a stupid question (and I know I asked a lot) 😂…Next important to me is the quality. They sell quality products well worth every dollar I spent and even the bag I left out of the store with is beautiful! They’ve thought of everything! The manager/owner even gave me a small gift after I made my purchase. I realize that different people value different things in a shopping experience but for me, it’s the customer service EVERY TIME that will keep me as a customer, followed by quality then price. I had a great experience at this hair store thanks to a beautiful young lady named Shawn! She was very professional, well mannered soft spoken and so patient and helpful & well dressed. Appearance is everything! Most places you go to people don’t be wanting to help you, but this young lady was unbothered. And she was very honest, if she didn’t know something she told me just that! I was really glad that this store was open till 7:30 on a Sunday. Went in to look for crochet hair, Muhammad told me where to find it and the type I was looking for wasn’t there. Upon leaving Muhammad asked if I found what I was looking for and I said you don’t have it so he came down ask me what style I was getting, took me to the crochet hair and help me with another type of hair and told me how many packs I needed. This store is amazing and they truly care about what their customer needs, I was looking for xpression hair with 3 different shades of blue and they were the only store that carried the product but was out. I explained I had a hair appointment next week for a trip and really wanted that color, I was told they will order the hair and to call back in a few days and ask for Mohammed. When you have a competitor down the street that is bigger, offers many sales, and customer service, makes it real hard when someone go to a store that lacks that. Ive personally ran a beauty supply store for a lady. I knew every product in the store where they were and what they did. I knew ever type of hair in the store and every texture we offered along with pricing and products when customer had budgets and the customer who loved high prices products. I talk to my customers I got suggestions on what products they like the most so we never run out and ones we didnt have. It is simple really thats how you make your store number one. I think I need to open a store forreal.

Went here to get my eyebrows “arched and tinted” and lashes put on. I would not recommend going here for either one because #1 she made my eyebrows wayyy too thin#2 the next day a lash came off and #3 the tint only lasted a day. The nail salon next to Walmart off of Collins tinted eyebrows lasts a little over a week so very disappointed to say the least. The store itself isn’t bad, second time coming here.
