Unprofessional staff. Especially on weekend. Only one employee (michelle) and barely does her job. Spends her time playing on phone more then work if you ask me. Even has people coming in to steal and doesnt say ANYTHING! thats BAD FOR BUSINESS COSMOPROF!!

The last time I was there the lady with the shaved head was so nasty to me for no reason and I have not been back sense.... She could have been nice but she wasnt !!!!!

Was accused of attempting to steal a $15 bottle of conditioner while over $100 worth of product was waiting for me at the register. The cashier had asked if she could take some product to the front for me while I continued to shop. The manager who without even saying hello to me the entire time I was in the store approached me about the conditioner saying that the conditioner was missing from the shelf. After I explained to her how insulted I was, she said she was just doing her job. I called Cosmoprof Corporate office to make a formal complaint and requested that a District Manager reach out to me. Its 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive a call. Im so disappointed in this company for its lack of training for its employees. I also experienced a similar situation a few years ago at Sallys (also owned by Cosmoprof). Both employees blamed it on a rise in theft. I will never visit Cosmoprof on San Jose again. Matter of fact I shop on Amazon or directly from product websites as much as possible. It costs more and isnt convenient but I refuse to continue to be subjected to such disrespect from a company that I have spent thousands of dollars with.
