Sabreé at has helped me twice now with selecting foundation that works with my skin type and tone. She was never once pushy, her product knowledge is vast, and her overall customer service and patience made the whole buying process so much less intimidating that it usually would feel.

This location is one of the best in the Jacksonville area. Not only do they have broader supply for most makeup brands but, their skincare section is great. I was helping by a lovely woman named Lisa. I explained I was looking for some mid priced skincare items, she was so helpful and she helped me save money.

Kasey was absolutely spectacular today. I love Sephora I drive 55 min to this location and I don’t mind it at all. I make a day of it. Today was special. Everyone was so helpful which they usually are but it was just good energy today…… got up to counter and Kasey was my handling my transaction of a return and I was also purchasing more items, it was spend $50 get 500 points I was like well there is a palette I like but looks like your sold out….. low and behold she grabbed me one and the. Told me all about the make up artist that came out with the palette. I thought it was a nice touch. She also helped my friend out with a sample she was interested in. GO KASEY ! She really went out of her way for us - much appreciated

Great location, big store. My wife got everything she needed. They have a good selection of clean beauty products. They didn’t have one item but they ordered it online on the spot for us. Very nice staff. Clean as well.

Highly pretentious and so fake!Go there without a LV bag or make up., You will never be treated right!They do ask you if you need helpbut hardly help.I’m better off shopping online!They literally make faces or roll eyes and I’ve to ask twice! (I don’t even have that heavy Indian accent) I find that too racial 😐sorry will definitely spend my $$$ somewhere else.

Yesterday was my first time seriously shopping for make-up and I felt extremely overwhelmed. It was very busy. There wasn’t anyone to help at first but they found someone quickly. I felt very rushed and didn’t get to try on stuff because of “COVID”. However, everyone else was in the mirror trying their make up on. The experience was okay, the lady was nice, but I didn’t spend a lot of money here because of these exact reasons. If you’re experienced in make-up then yes go here because they have a large selection and it’s clean. If you’re a beginner like myself, go somewhere else where they actually take the time to explain what you’re buying and let you try a few things on while staying in CDC guidelines.

Sephora is one of my favorite stores! I am a true girly girl! I love good skin care, makeup and perfume! To have several brands of all three is a wonder land! I love that you may request samples of products, your intrested in.

Its cute and in the middle of Town Center, but parking can be hard to find. That said, the associates are always friendly and willing to help as a store associate should be.

The ladies that work here are ALWAYS on top of things. Expert and knowledgeable service.

The moment I touched a product I was asked if I need help. I was asked over 8 times if I needed help. I understand they have to ask but the same employee asked me repeatedly. Im not the one for discrimination and yadda yadda, but seriously just let people shop and when they have questions theyll ask you. Some shoppers dont want to be marketed products. I understand making a recommendation. Yet, theres a difference between making a recommendation and being aggressive. Also, dont discuss your sales goals on the floor, its not classy.

Took awhile to be greeted, but once I was approached, the sales person was helpful in assisting with color matching foundation. Glad you can test products.

They have a great covid protocol and rewards system that my wife uses. Staff is friendly to us hovering husbands who are embarrassed to walk in.

Maybe I went on a bad day but these ladies talked all to one another instead of helping customers. They just looked, I never seem so many employee not want to make their sales for the afternoon

I never thought I’d say this but there was almost too much customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful but I really just wanted to browse by myself. It made me uncomfortable to have so many people come up to me asking if I needed help/trying to tell me what I need to buy. I’m not sure if they get commission for up selling items but it was too much for me I had to leave

Love this store. An overwhelming majority of the employees take the time to understand my skin and what Im looking for. They also provide education around that product, line, or topic. I’m sorry I’m late in posting this. I took my daughter for her 11th Birthday for a makeover/skin care advisory. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Amanda J was my daughter’s makeup artist and she was AMAZING! She taught my daughter about her skin and cleansing and showed her how to approach natural beauty.All the staff was so sweet and helpful, we bought everything Amanda J recommended! I was surprised at how inexpensive it was! You can spend more at Walgreens for garbage that hurts your skin!It was a Wonderful experience for my Daughter! Thank you so much, Amanda J!I’m actually going to book a makeover for me and my old skin😂These people are so customer service oriented and knowledgeable, and helpful.☘️❤️

I love Sephora! However, tonight I was followed around the store instead of being provided excellent customer service. I’d never thought in a million years I would experience discrimination at this location but, I was wrong. Perhaps the team could take a class on how to NOT be racist.

This was my first time shopping at Sephora. I came in not too certain as to which perfume that I was going to buy. I received assistance from a very helpful store associate Tanner. She asked if I needed assistance and was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions with a cheerful attitude that was very sincere. I didnt originally plan on making a purchase today but thanks to my encounter with this wonderful associate I found some fragrances that I love and we bought some for my mother as well.

A great selection of products! Lovely store. I like their selection of fragrances & am very glad to be able to sample before I buy.I must have visited during an employee meeting or inventory update as the customer service which is most always excellent was really missing this trip.

Was reading other reviews and its kinda surprising how its 50/50. I had a good experience last time I spoke more to associates, someone in the perfume area answered my questions to skincare products and the cosmetics lady stuck with me to the very end to find this deep red (that I know now is basically called vampire) even though I wasnt sure what I wanted.

The employees are always lovely and the store is always clean. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because almost everytime I go at least one product is out of stock I want. This is no particular brand, just overall have issues with stocking. So happy this is close to me!

I feel Gabrielle really loves her job, and I loved how well she and my girlfriend got along. Everyone at Sephora is always very helpful. I came in today looking for a specific item and the sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about and led me directly to the item. The woman who checked me out was also very nice, overall great experience. I will be back.

Being a boy from a small town, I have never even stepped foot in a makeup store. Let alone bought, or applied, makeup. From the moment I walked in they answered any questions I had. They taught me the basics of what the different products were and how to apply them, and set me up with a basic set of understanding and products to begin my makeup journey. I could never thank them enough for what theyve done for me.

I visited this location the other day for the first time and walked around aimlessly for a bit to eventually not find what I needed. One of the staff members named Henry approached me as I was leaving and asked me what he could do to help because he saw that I didn’t find what I was needed. I was looking for a certain lip shade and he directed me towards Sephora’s lip creams and spoke very highly of the brand. I wound up finding what I needed and left a very happy customer! Henry was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when I needed it most. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing service, endless products! Id always been an Ulta customer but Ill definitely be back to this store in particular. I asked questions, was placed in the proper hands (Im so sorry I cant remember her name), and left purchasing products that are actually perfect for me instead of some random stuff I seem to get stuck with that never looks the same once I get it home and I do it.

Sephora is the BEST place to go for skin care and makeup products. The beauty consultants are friendly and helpful. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO JULIET. She was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about the different types of makeup products. I came in looking for a new concealer and foundation that would minimize texture (small lines and pores), as well as wanting a product to help lighten up dark circles under the eyes. She first chose an under eye brightening corrector for the dark circles, then chose proper colors for a concealer and foundation. She applied and blended them perfectly to get the look I wanted, then showed me how to do the same. She went above and beyond. I have been a long time customer of Sephora, but this visit was the absolute best. THANK YOU JULIET!

My first time in this store, and my husband accompanied me. When we walked In we weren’t greeted by the 2 associates standing in the front, they stared at us and when I said hello they turned and walked away. The manager did seem concerned when she asked if we needed any help and we explained how we were treated, she instantly found someone to help us but it felt more like she was to watch us. I’m not sure if I would return

I went into Sephora wanting a full face makeup service for wedding photos. I wasnt aware it was by appointment, but since I got there early they were able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule. Wendy did a fabulous job on my makeup and was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a great first time experience at this Sephora location.

My wife had a ball here. She wasnt really satisfied with the regency location so when she found the town center one she had to go. From what I could tell she was bit dissapointed. We were asked if we needed help by almost every employee in the store, so customer service is good. Product selection is vast. It was pretty busy but it was still easy enough to get around.

Im an avid shopper of Sephora online as the store locations are always a hit or miss. They are either trying to convince me of purchasing something I have no interest in; or they do the complete opposite and provide little to no customer service. It would be nice if there was a middle of the road to the sales associates in store. Polite and happy to help while not pushy. I will say the selection of products at this location is by far the best.

I went in on a Wednesday night - very slow...and not one person asked if I needed any help and they weren’t friendly at all. No greeting or anything. Good customer service goes a long way. Won’t be spending any of my money here.

Sephora carries a lot of the prestige brands (but if you cant find what youre looking for there, they should have it online). There are always plenty of associates to help you find what you are looking for. They offer color/shade matching, makeovers and you can ask for a sample if you want to try it out at home 1st.The only complaint I have really isnt Sephoras fault, its where theyre located. Traffic is terrible and finding parking that isnt 2 miles away is always challenging.

I was there for 45 mins. I had numerous associates walk in front of me, multiple times. One lady asked me if I needed help. One associate was so fascinated with her own appearance that all I saw her do was keep walking by mirrors looking at herself. Finally I found the perfect lipstick, and turned around to pay. 20 people in line, 2 cashiers working. Meanwhile in corner, associate has personal life conversation, with a friend shopping in the store. I left with no purchase. This is why I dont frequent the store more often

I am a VIP member and I spend a lot of time and money here. I usually always have great things to say about this Sephora location; however, today some of the ladies were very rude.For this reason, I will be shopping at ulta. Clearly many other customers feel the same way. I would advise getting a new management team.

I am a connoisseur of all things beauty; so I am always disappointed when I meet people who work in a beauty store who are not passionate about the products they sell. They never seem to know about the products.

I live in Town Center so I clearly spend a lot of time/money in the shops here. I went into Sephora, intending on spending hundreds of dollars, as I hadnt bought any new makeup in a while. It wasnt a busy day as it was storming and I had the worst customer service ever. I walked around the entire store, and no one asked me if I needed help. Finally I found a girl to color match me, and she acted like I was a burden. SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HELP ME, THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Also, she talked down to me, like I didnt know anything about makeup. I was so turned off that I almost just got up out of her chair and walked away but I let her finish. I then approached a manager and told her that this girl told me she had to stand on the floor, she couldnt assist me. The manager did apologize and offer me another associate but why would you turn away a paying customer? I would have literally bought everything she offered to me and she acted like I wasnt worth her time. Go to Ulta where the girls are at least friendly.
