Best hair PERIOD!!! I have been shopping at Hair Bar since 2010 and have never had a bad experience. The hair literally lasts forever if you follow the care instructions which aren’t vigorous. I was sad when I found out they were closing the store front location bc I like to be able to get my hair the same day. But the service is EVEN BETTER now that they’re online only! I received my order in less than 12 hours, received several confirmations with photos informing me that my order was delivered, AND it came with a cute pink filtered face mask.My most recent purchase included an 18 inch closure, 1-24 inch and 2 - 26 inch bundles of the strawberry daiquiri hair. The bundles are all full throughout the entire length of the hair, they don’t thin out lot some other brands. In short, if you want quality hair that will give you more than your money’s worth and requires very little maintenance, BUY FROM HAIR BAR JAX!!!The only thing better than the hair is the excellent customer service! And that’s a fact!

I’m in loveeeee with this hair. This is my second time ordering from this company. I have nothing but great things to say! Fast and easy same day local delivery! My personal favorite is their Shirley temple hair. With my last purchase I was able to do 5 installs with that same hair! And I still have the hair. I highly recommend them!

Jay the manager was absolutely wonderful. Great service and great hair. Gave me a pair of free scissors and is just so helpful towards beginners. Very funny and friendly, 10 out 10 would def go there again and send more ppl there too.

The blonde hair is horrible! It does not last. The kinky curly hair is okay, if you take GREAT care of it. I kept it in because I paid so much but, youd do better buying online. Jacksonvilles hair market is sub par anyway. Buy at you own risk....

The store manager Jay was awesome! Not only did he assist with deciding on the perfect hair for a natural look but he was very knowledgeable and informative about the different types of hair. I purchase straight (2) 12 inch bundles and 1 closure at a reasonable price in which All 3 were color to an ombre honey blonde. The hair was color easily. There was not much shedding. I highly recommend it.

Was out shopping today and ran across this store in the Avenue Mall...WOW!! was not planning on buying a wig but ran across a real cute short curly style and well it was love at first fit. Jay the manager there was the bomb, his customers service was straight on point. Friendly, knowledgeable and he knew his products. Jay took time to give me the 411 on how to care for my purchase as well as he threw in a little something extra for my purchase. The hair sheds real bad real quick! For how much money you pay, the hair should last longer then a month, it does not. Will never come back. Even if I wanted to come back, My hair dresser told me she would not do my hair with this hair again!

I love my bundles I have been buying hair for 3 years from the hairbar and I love it all.

Im not sure what hair the other ladies purchased, but I have the tight curly hair and I love it. Im a licensed cosmetologist and very educated when it comes to hair extensions. 1. The hair is at fair market price. 2. The bundles were full enough I only used 1 1/2 packs. 3. Quality, great texture with minimal shedding and tangling. Word of advice: treat the hair as if it were your own! Purchased this hair Memorial Day weekend, still wearing it, and still looks the same.IMG_0568.JPG

I actually just left the Hair Bar the following is a true story. I came here last week, spoke to a stylist and made an appt to get an install today. I purchased $216.14 dollars (2 bundles of hair for the install from the hairbar.) I arrived on time for my appt. The stylist had a flat and would not be able to keep the appt. I own 2 businesses. Its not easy for me to just reschedule I politely asked for my money back for the hair,since the hair cannot be installed. The front desk receptionist was very condescending, and refused the refund. I bought the hair from them, to be installed by them, the service could not be done, they refuse to return the monies. Wow! Its about integrity, principle,morals, values, and just good customer common sense. Hello small claims court. Its not about the money. I will not allow this to happen to someone else! To be continued...... Update May 12, 2018. My credit card company went after them, they lost, I won, and they never even tried to make it right. Some brothers and sisters are the demise of their own businesses. With practices such as this no wonder they cant catch a break. Never again!

Great customer service, great quality hair!!

I purchased hair from them in May ‘18 and by July the shedding was horrible the hair kept tangling. I tried deep conditioning, and I tried to boil it but the shedding is just so bad. 4 bundles and a frontal... money wasted I am extremely disappointed and will never spend another dime with them.

I was walking through the mall i seen the young ladies passing out the fylers decided to stop look and try it out i havent had the hair 2 months and it is extremely nappy and nothing works in dont recommend thie hair company.

Overpriced for poor work inwould never recommend this place it’s not worth the moneyHairdo lasted less than a week and started falling apart
