We never would have expected a visit to a mattress store could be an enjoyable experience! As soon as we walked in, Sonny welcomed us to the store and proceeded to educate us on every aspect of selecting the one mattress that would give us a good nights sleep. Honestly, Sonny was the Encyclopedia of mattresses. His knowledge, skill and ability to make us feel confidence in him was truly amazing! Mattress Firm is fortunate to have this young man as an employee and he should be rewarded!

The staff was great. However, not fully informed maybe? We came in for a new icomfort but theyre only sold online now apparently. Well Id like to lay on it first. So they talked us into the iseries with free adjustable frame. We wanted the dual model. They only had them on clearance so we agreed. Unfortunately, this meant NON-RETURNABLE. We told them we had an existing bed with slats. No problem we were told. Nope. The adjustable bases do NOT fit a standard bed with slats. We removed the legs but still broke my new bed and had to have a friend come in and build a base for it under our bed so the whole thing didnt collapse.. Because we cant return it. Oh...and the Iseries is nothing compared to the Icomfort. We were supposed to have 2 pillows mailed to us and havent seen them. So were out $2500 and have sore backs still. Lesson learned the hard way that we have to live with for the next 10 years. Sorry..Not satisfied at all.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the outstanding customer service that I received. I purchased a high end mattress several years ago that I had to make a warranty claim. It was extremely easy to self inspect by uploading pictures. My warranty was approved all online. I was even more impressed by the staff in the store that assisted me. Joel who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, but clearly made it his priority to make sure we had exemplary customer service the entire process. Finally needed a box spring and one of the locations realized they had a box spring in the size we needed on sale at another location closer to us. We had something go wrong with a mattress we bought 10 years ago, and even though Sonny had nothing to do with it, he took ownership of the issue and made a tremendous effort to “make it right”. He offered creative discounts to make up for our previous disappointment and we also got an awesome Tempurpedic at 30% off since we were ok with it being refurbished. The mattress and base came in today and we absolutely love it. I have a bulging disk in my back so it’s always hurting. This hybrid mattress is comfortable from day one and does need a long breaking in period. Definitely go see Sonny.

Mike did everything he could to find the right bedding set for me at the best price possible, even helping me with bedding that is normally sold online only. I was getting the bedding for antique beds and Mike helped me realize that older beds were designed for bedding that isn’t as tall as we now use so I got a low profile foundation. Mike was so helpful in guiding and asking questions to help me figure out the best mattress type for me and extremely patient at allowing me to nap til I made my choice. I think he made two other sales while I laid around. I appreciated the low pressure and allowing me to take my time. I went to the MF store on San Jose but just didn’t feel at ease like I was made to feel here. I think I ended up splurging on a tempurpedic. Definitely spending more than I’d intended but now that I have it, I’m ok with that. Besides I’ll be spending a third of my life on it.

I recently visited the mattress firm off of Phillips highway near Greenland road. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and the nice guy there helped me make a decision with my certain needs. We were in and out within 30 minutes and I got a king sized mattress and boxsprings for under 900 dollars. I loved my visit and urge you to go in there if you are looking for a deal.
