Great store, like Christmas, shopping in Jacksonville. New store stocked well, not crowed with people, you can browse around and shop til your heart is content. Love it. Easy access in and out to the major highways. Handicapped friendly with easy accessibility. We will be going back.

I adore Home Goods! I have found so many amazing treasures here at unbelievable prices! I especially love their pillow and throw selection. The staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Workers were super helpful and knowledgeable of store items. They helped with decor and color selections. I have been here at least 4 times and each time, I have had a wonderful experience. Aisles are kinda tight but they have a wonderful selection of everything you need for home.

As much as I love shopping around for the perfect item, sometimes I need it to be at the RIGHT price as well. HOMEGOODS is one of my favorite locations to stop, look and usually shop to my hearts content. BUT even though they have beautiful 1 of a kind, hard to find pieces at this great store, sometimes thier asking prices can be hard to swallow. So if you want it because its an AMAZING piece, but not sure of the price... remember... chances are you WONT find it anywhere else or if you leave it will be gone when you come back! I enjoy going to HomeGoods stores. I have only been to one other in my home town area. This store was nice, organized and clean. We were able to find lots of things we wanted. Great selection, friendly staff. I highly recommend shopping here.

Wasnt looking for anything there but ended up buying a set of glasses and a table before I got out the door. Economy level quality products at best I would say. It is what it is. Dont expect premium quality and if your good with that, you will probably find something to buy.

Disregard the 4 stars 🌟 this places is a 5 and more just i go here so much. Mrs loves it and when I think I dont want anything Boom 💥💣. The employee that I had asked a few questions to seemed more annoyed then helpful. The items in the store are always a great find however the store was in disarray and not in an organized manner like other Home Goods. However, it could be just a one time visit thing and definitely will give it another try.

I find it hard to leave this store once Im in, and resist spending my money. Beautiful items at great prices. Staff is awesome. Looking for impressive gifts at great prices? This is the place.

They have lots of good stuff. You have to get it when you see it cuz if you wait 15 minutes to think it over someone else may grab it. High volume turnover. Awesome thing is you can purchase it and they will hold it for you to pick up later.

I often come to Home Goods and have enjoyed visiting many stores up north and out west. Unfortunately, after what I witnessed yesterday at this particular Home Goods store, I will not be back. I was shopping near the bath area, and heard commotion and cussing from what I assumed to be the employee break room. I heard a loud slam from the door and witnessed a store manager (blonde hair with a short stature) belittling and speaking to an associate in a condescending manner VERY LOUDLY. Mind you, this door was left wide open for every customer to hear. I’m not sure what was going on, but the employee was visibly upset. This is very concerning, especially after reading other reviews on here about how the store manager treats her associates. I’ll take my business elsewhere after the unprofessionalism I was subjected to! The employees here have always been kind to the customers and appear to work diligently. Clearly, the store management needs to go!

Found MUCH more then we went in for!!!!Have to return one thing BUT will probably come home with MUCH More!!!!

Most items were/are reasonably priced, with broad variety of styles and products; as well as, customer service were above expectations!

Great place and prices too

My wife and I love Home Goods and have been coming here since the store opened. Unfortunately, the other day made it our last. We were in the toy section and heard what sounded like a door go through a wall followed by yelling and very profane language. This flared up my boot camp PTSD (not really, but laugh a little!). I know other customers were aware of what was unfolding, and there were children in the store who did not need to hear this. My wife and I were startled and disturbed. We tried to continue our shopping and noticed a stocky, overweight woman with short blonde hair screaming at an employee. Needless to say, we ended up leaving the store. From now on, my wife and I will drive the extra 45 minutes to the New Bern HG. This aint it, and no one wants to hear that unprofessionalism while shopping! She went into the wrong career if she believes that talking down to employees in that manner is okay to do, especially in front of a store filled with customers! Id give the workers 5 stars, but management would definitely get 0 stars!

I accidentally spent 10 minutes after they closed and they were super nice 🙂. If I need anything to decorate my home im going back there!

This place is awesome!!! It has amazing prices!!! I could fill up 3 carts everytime I shop. Actually, the last time i was in there i filled up 2 carts! So serious. I enjoyed shopping here very much during the holidays. So many wonderful decorations to choose from. This last visit was all about glass pieces. The associates are wonderful!! So many interesting pieces.

I wish I could give more stars. The store when organized is beautiful and has a wonderful selection of items to choose from. I have enjoyed shopping at Homegoods for many many years in other states. Unfortunately I do not believe this store will thrive. Although full of wonderful employees, eager to learn and grow, the morale of the store is greatly lacking. Leadership is nonexistent within the management here. The way employees are treated is shocking. Their turnover rate is directly related to management and it’s very sad to see. I have been gone for over 6 months and continue to hear stories about the work environment. Hopefully for the sake of the brand and the wonderful employees that Homegoods will help train it’s management more throughly.

Always find more than I need!

Love that they finally have this in the city. Although I feel they should have made this a bit bigger, considering the location, they do a great job to keep as much as they can. That being said, the store is packed with EVERYTHING. But as much as you can see, I feel like there is just a lot of the same thing. Maybe change things up a bit. I like their Kitchen selections, but again need more. Keep up the good work guys!

Associates are the best but management only cares about securing the 26% interest rate credit cards. Management is strangling the possibilities of this store.

This particular location just opened about 5-6 weeks ago so its stocked really well and customer service was excellent! Always love Home Goods and their products! So happy they opened one here!

Nice store but didnt have a very large variety of lampshades and that is where Google told me to go.

Great selections for everyones taste. However, the store is too cluttered. Only one person & a shopping cart can be in an aisle at a time. If youre decorating your new home & have a budget, you need to make an important decision. Otherwise, its going in a yard sale in a month for 75 cents.

Beautiful store! Friendly staff.I am just so confused. I asked an associate if they were pet friendly. She said only if they are service dogs. Then as I turned the isle the same associate was petting a customers puppy in a puppy stroller. This little 8week old fluffy pup did not have a service vest on. Hmmm.*When I find out if they are truly pet friendly or not I will change my rating based on the store itself and the service.

A family favorite for accessorizing the home.

I was excited to shop here for the first time after finding out how affordable the merchandise is, but then very disappointed in the customer service I witnessed as I waited to pay for my goods. The customer ahead of me was trying to purchase 2 identical blankets, one was priced 15$ (clearance) and the other was priced 24$ (not clearance). The cashier refused to charge the clearance price for both items because the clearance item was only cheaper due to how long it had been in the inventory. These blankets were IDENTICAL SIZE COLOR AND BRAND and she did not show any sympathy whatsoever about the situation. I can understand a policy is a policy, but in a moment like this a little empathy would have helped you keep your customers. If you have clearance items because they havent sold fast enough, why are you ordering more of the exact same item and selling them next to each other at different prices? Now you still have that item taking up your space when you could have sold 2 and made a satisfied customer.

The store manager is a horrible leader, and doesn’t know how to speak with respect to her employees. Many have left due to her unprofessionalism, I being one of them. It’s poorly ran, and unorganized. The staff itself is a great group of people. Extremely hard working and unique. If not for the poor management by the store manager, this store would greatly succeed; however, if she’s kept in that role the store will be trash just like her attitude.

This store is packed with home goods, so much that you cannot move around the store comfortably. Stuff on top of stuff. Unorganized. Cute pieces of furniture.

They have so many things that you didnt know you needed!

My first Home Goods experience was good ! They have a good selection of different things. If you like what youre looking at, buy it. There is a good chance it will be gone if you wait. Some things are pricey, but other things are reasonable. All in all I like Home Goods. Michaels, Ulta and Publix are in the same shopping area. Easy to get in and out of. Ill definitely go back.

And the new store in Jacksonville checks all the boxes! The store is amazing in its wide selections and unique, beautiful offerings. If youre looking for something that stands out in your home, this is the store where you will find it. Fabulous bedding and linens, elegant furniture and unusual kitchen and dining decor. The prices are unbeatable and the turnover in selection is just another reason to go there weekly to see whats new! The staff is knowledgable, friendly and quick to help with any questions you may have. Im so very glad that HomeGoods is here!!

A basic girls Sears, but not too overpriced

This is the first HomeGoods Ive ever been in and it will be the last. It was nice stuff mostly, but over priced. Go to Marshalls or Burlington and you will be MUCH better off.
