Michael was very helpful in helping me find a mattress in my budget. After my visit, I did my research on the mattress I was interested in and found that on the dealers website there was a sale happening on it. After seeing the price, I inquired with him if he could match the price and he was able to! It was one of those mattresses in a box, so after I purchased the mattress at his store, I was able to pick up my new mattress immediately after at their warehouse which was less then 20 minutes away from the store. I slept on the my new Tulo Liv mattress last night and it was heavenly! It was an easy process and Im glad I went and tried out my mattress before buying it.

I have visited many many other places to buy a mattress and everywhere I went, all the sales reps were like a pushy car salesperson. “I’d like to buy a mattress under a grand.” Response: “Here’s a good one for you which is $2k plus.” Really??? Plus, other places and other websites makes it too confusing to buy a mattress. I’d recommend this company and location (more specifically, Michael) to do your mattress shopping. My two cents. Went to the Town Center location in Jacksonville, Fl and the guy who worked there, Rod treated me immediately. He was very helpful during my mattress selection. Smooth process all around. Only wish I had say over the delivery process. Had no bargaining chips with that!

I’ve been very set in my thinking that a bed shouldn’t cost more than a couple hundred dollars, but I spent some time with Michael D’urso who quickly pointed out the benefits of investing in a quality mattress. He was patient and listened to my needs. He asked me questions about my sleeping habits to help guide me to the mattress best suited for me. He knew that my girlfriend and I had just moved to Jacksonville and were concerned about our finances. He set us up with some amazing discounts, and gave us multiple financing options all with no money out of pocket. Our mattress is even being delivered today, less than 24 hours after our visit. If you value your body, health, and sleep; do yourself a favor and give Michael a visit. You owe it to yourself.

Great customer service!!! When I first went to buy a bed Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended a bed for me taking into account the back issues that I have and how to pick a mattress that would be beneficial to both me and my wife. I DID NOT listen to him and chose what I thought would be good for me. It was not good for me so after 5 days of sleeping in it I went back and he gladly let me pick out another bed at no charge. I didnt listen the 2nd time and once again I picked the wrong bed and once again he GLADLY let me pick another bed...This time I took his initial recommendation and we are very happy with our purchase. I wouldnt shop anywhere else for a bed after this experience.I looked at beds at other places before I went there and all the other places were concerned with was putting me in the most expensive bed on the floor with no option of returning it if it didnt work out. Mark was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided GREAT customer service as well.

I walked into Matress Firm Having a handful of mattresses picked out as my husband has has 4 back surgeries with his last one considered failed and suffer from horrible back pain I was greeted right as I walked in the door and was introduced by Joel and he was amazing, his knowledge on the different beds that I had Brought in with me and I was looking for. I was in and out with a new Matress with in 30-45min and our bed will be delivered the next day. This is 3rd bed we have brought from Matress Firm as we relocated to Florida and didn’t bring any beds so we purchased a bed for down here.
