He had extensive knowledge about my purchase, a Temper-Proadapt Hybrid mattress. Im very much looking forward to receiving my purchase and have high hopes that it will improve my sleeping difficulties.

My experience searching for a mattress was excellent, he was patient and very understanding to my desires for a mattress even when I was having a difficult time making a decision.

We came in all ready with an idea of what we wanted and our price range. They were great! They showed us things that were similar or better than what we were looking for while still staying in our price range and knowing wed like to be able to take a mattress home that day. We were in and out fairly quickly (about 30 minutes! ) Found a great mattress that was on sale and was less than the amount we were willing to pay for a great new mattress!

The employee Mr. H, helped me out, gave us an amazing price on a comfortable bed, and though our first choice of bed was not in stock, he quickly made arrangements and found us an even better one! Bought 2 headboards, the color didnt match the color when they arrived. Once we got through the exchange debacle my refund was sent. Mattress Firm can be a great company to get good quality furniture from. Just read everything and dont be afraid to reach out if something isnt right.

My experience was wonderful. I walked in and made an announcement that I wasnt making a purchase that day, and I just wanted to compare some Mattresses. The woman was very nice and simply asked how she could help. Not only did I find the mattress we wanted, but it ended up being almost half the price of what I anticipated. Therefore... I layed on a mattress that actually cooled me, it takes your heat and stays cool. I was impressed. Sonny found some discounts for me and I bought two queen sized mattresses, and protectors. I feel very satisfied with my purchase, and he gave me a teddy bear, I call him Sonny. 👍

It was a relaxing experience with an informative salesman, Michael who showed me different mattresses. He listened carefully and showed me exactly what I was looking for. We came here to get a mattress for father as he will recover from neck surgery. I first thought it was an ordinary mattress store, but when Stan stepped in, it was new to me. Wow. A much better experience than we had anticipated. We got a great bed for a good deal (it was Black Friday). Rick was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful when it came to sticking to our budget. We opted to pick up our mattress from the warehouse, and the men there were also very kind and helped us squeeze our mattress into our SUV! We would go there again.

Amazing service! Got an amazing deal on a purple mattress that was preowned. We were just going to order a mattress offline but we were able to lay on each Purple mattress and find the best one for us. This store even has the Purple Mattress protector and Purple sheets. She was extremely well spoken, well educated and knowledgeable of her products.I thought this was going to be a daunting task shopping for a new mattress, and it was the opposite !! Tiffany made it a painless, Pleasant and enjoyable experience.She knew all the right questions to ask, I can sometimes be indecisive, and she found me exactly what I wanted in about 15 minutes, and I was there may be a total of 25 minutes. A mattress can be a big purchase. If you were looking for someone who knows what they’re talking about, and who will help you and guide you to the right decision, Tiffany is your girl. I plan on purchasing a new house either in March or April 2020, and I already know that I’m going back to Tiffany for all my beds. I bought a mattress on Saturday and had the best salesperson. Rick was informative but not pushy, truly a great experience. He helped me find the best mattress for my sleeping position (side sleeper) and to help with some back/hip issues. My mattress was delivered promptly on Monday by friendly and efficient people and my sleep on Monday night was a DREAM! No tossing, no turning, no pain....so fabulous. Both the experience and the product are top-notch in my book.

This was my third stop at a place that sold mattresses. From the beginning, I could tell Rick was different than the others I had talked to. First of all, he LISTENED when I said I had a budget. I needed 2 queen sets and one king set and I had a certain amount I could spend. He understood exactly what I needed. Took his time explaining everything about box spring and mattresses in my price range. He was kind and very knowledgeable. I left there feeling like this company cared and appreciated my business, because of the way Rick treated me. I needed a mattress having just moved to Jacksonville, and went in to Mattress Firm. The salesman, Rick (I think), was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Delivery on the mattress I chose, Sleepys Firm Queen, was next day and they were very communicative about it both through email and automated phone calls. Delivery was within the estimated window, set-up was fast, and now I have a bed. I think the only downside is the price of mattresses but it beats sleeping on the sofa.

Very nice, helpful and courteous. They let me borrow their tape measure to check the size of my space in the truck. I bought an I comfort from them and its amazing. It would be good if they had the xl twin in stock so we could grab and go but it is what it is. All in all very pleased with my purchase.

When you think of a sales associate, the first thing you want after honesty is guest-centered (Mattress Firm term guest). This is Michael! I made three visits within two (2) days checking out the mattress as well as visiting two (2) other stores. By far Michael was truly vested in what was needed for me and my arthritic back. Michael was patient, well-versed, and professional. He took his time, answered my questions and provided me with a website to review mattress qualities. He worked magic on the price, which was the best I received from all the places I went. At the end of the day, I got more bed for the price (lumbar control, massager, wave, sheets and mattress protector). Thank you Michael and Mattress Firm for working with me and being focused on me and not a sale.
