Mark was amazing!! He explained all the differences with an exceptional display of knowledge, let my family and I try out all the beds and adjustable bases and found me a clearance base to take home that included all the bells and whistles! He asked questions that I never thought about and suggested only the best without being pushy. Overall it was a great experience made simple enough for a first time mattress buyer and I’m so excited to sleep on my bed for years to come!

I went into Mattress Firm with the intent of getting a very cheap mattress that was not going to be beneficial for myself and my spouse. Once in there we were greeted by an awesome sales rep, Ari. She assisted us in finding the most beneficial mattress for the both of us. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience!

I purchased an adjustable bed...no issues with the bed, but I had an issue with the delivery people. They scratched my headboard pretty bad. They were in such a hurry. I contacted the store and was told by Joel that they would find someone to either fix or replace it. For this first week he kept in touch. But in the last two months he has been silent. No contact at all. Be careful purchasing here. I am very disappointed in the customer service after the purchase.

The Temper Pedic King sized pillows are the most expensive ($200 each) and the most uncomfortable pillows in the world. Fortunately, after speaking with the store I was able to resolve the issues I had with the product. I do caution to be mindful that the Temper Pedic pillows specifically have a longer than average breaking in period, and they are stiff until broken in. I do however thoroughly enjoy the mattress, although pricey, it is definitely worth every penny and is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned...-This is an amended review-

More expensive than I thought.Comfortable. No pushing on sales Again, the salesman was great to work with. Knowledgeable and humorous.UPDATE: six months later and I stand by my first post, the people and service was great; however, I am very unhappy with the mattress. I have the remote foot and head mechanism for the bed. The mattress constantly shifts and has to be repositioned. This is from all angles.. the worst part is the side I sleep on, get in and out of, rapidly compresses where unless you get in the middle of the mattress you can almost roll out of the bed.If this is because of using the head up position, I don’t know, but the mattress shouldn’t crease and compress that badly. This goes on when the head position is down mainly.If you sit on the edge, you sit several inches below the rest of the mattress. And this was an expensive, king-size mattress.With all the shifting and creasing, this has become one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever had, regardless of the reason or the mechanism. It slides around very gradually up, down, constantly and side to side gradually.You can flip and turn your mattress all you want.. same story. I purchased a firm mattress, not soft and not hard.Take that into account when buying one of these beds.

The person at Mattress Firm was very helpful and the price was good. The instructions for the frame were badly written. The metal bed frame I bought appeared to be a return, chipped paint, hole in box, etc., but since it wasnt terrible, and wouldnt show, I set it up anyway.

Both team members we worked with were very polite and helpful. The only negative would be the conflicting information provided as to when the mattress we wished to purchase could be delivered. On day one the team member told us it would take 30 days. On day two when I actually made the purchase we were advised it would take a little over a week for delivery.

The bed and mattress arrived on time. The only problem was the mattress kept sliding off the platform metal bed. We followed up with mattress firm and our sales agent and he recommended a solution, using contact shelf liner to create a grip below the mattress on the metal frame. We bought a liner for eight dollars and it worked well. Thank you Joel

Great service. The service agent greeted us right away, didn’t waste single minute and straightaway went to our price range which was for a budget mattress for guest room. There were a few choices, he explained the difference in type of mattresses, was honest, not too pushy in selling a particular product.
