If I could leave review without even 1 star I would.HORRIBLE customer service. Thanks to the manager Rod. Purchased a box spring and frame. Was not sure I would need the frame, I mentioned this at the time of purchase to the amazing store manager, Rod. Went to return the frame, Rod told me no returns on frames. Hmmmm...you can return a mattress that someone has slept on but will not let me return a bed frame that is still in the box, unopened??? His words check your receipt Rod, you should have let me know there were no returns on bed frames when I told you I wasnt even sure Id need it. Would rather go ahead and have it than come back. I would have even taken a store credit since I am purchasing a new king size mattress set in the near future. And had planned to purchase at this location since it is only 2 miles from my home. Good job Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm, this location in particular on Hodges and Beach, knows what they are doing to help you get your best sleep. We walked into the store and were greeted by Rod, who took the time to simply ask us a few questions to narrow down what we would be looking for. Within a span of 10 minutes or so he directed us to exactly what we described, and we ended up buying the mattress he suggested! Top notch customer service, friendly attitude, and helpfulness come to mind after leaving the store - not the amount we spent. Highly suggest this location and Mattress Firm as a store!

I recently visited and purchased a mattress from the Jacksonville location. My experience was amazing, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by two very nice gentleman. Josh helped walk us through the selection of our mattress and offered great insights for each product. He pull out several beds, allowing us to try each mattress. We selected the perfect item for us and Josh went through the checkout/pick up process with us. He demonstrated excellent customer service and was very personable. Josh was the associate who helped us, but Kenyatta was helpful as well. The service was exceptional and I am very glad I stopped in at this store before shopping anywhere else. I don’t typically make a large purchase without visiting many stores to compare pricing and quality, but I was so pleased with the quality of both the bed and the customer service that I made my purchase at my first stop. I’ve met many sales associates who made me uncomfortable and I will not make a purchase, no matter how good the product, if I do not feel respected by the associate. Josh was phenomenal at showing exactly what I asked for, and did not make me feel like he was just trying to push a sale. As both a consumer and a person in marketing, I can genuinely say I was VERY pleased by the service all across the board.

I bought my Tempurpedic mattress back in May and returned today for a decent pillow. Kenyatta waited on me and could not have been nicer.
