I had an awesome experience, as I needed some pants hemmed for work on Monday. She told that me she normally doesnt alter, as all of her work is custom made, but she made an exception for me and was able to work me in on the same day. She was very professional and I felt at ease to hear the customer prior to me rant and rave about how wonderful her work was. 5 stars all the way!!

I’ve worked with Pat over the course of many years to create and tailor custom clothing. Her knowledge of fabrics and sowing techniques is expansive and each time I feel blessed by her expertise and willingness to share her talent and knowledge with me. Pat is very patient, kind and professional and her services are worth every penny. I would wear clothing sourced and sown solely by her if I could!

Rude and unprofessional experience. Made a specific appointment with Patricia 5 days ago to meet and discuss a project. Sent her some pictures of the shirt I was trying to have made and requested a ballpark estimate. Received an email stating that she would need to see the pattern in order to give a quote. No problem, completely understand. I replied to the email and had the audacity to respectfully ask if her $85/hr rate might be negotiable. Didnt receive a reply. Three days later - an hour before our appointment - she called and left a voicemail saying that she was canceling our meeting and will not entertain my project. I tried calling several times (and sent an email) to apologize for any offense I had conveyed, but could only reach voicemail. She did not have the courtesy to return my call. I had rearranged my Sunday morning to meet with her and found it extremely frustrating to be summarily and unilaterally dismissed. Sorry that the prima donnas feelings were hurt, but she should have at least extended the courtesy of a brief meeting.
