I am so pleased with my experience here so far. I went to the store to look for my gown with my mom and sister and Evelyn was amazing! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and showed her a picture of a dress I found at another shop that I loved but was out of my budget and she started pulling dresses. The first dress she pulled, I was iffy about but it ended up being the one! She was very honest and not pushy at all. She was very helpful with helping me navigate my mom who wants me in a shiny ball gown (I want the opposite) and made sure those opinions weren’t influencing my choice. She also asked about which dress made me feel like a bride or if I just thought it was cute. She truly wanted to make sure I was choosing a dress that was for me, not what anyone else would think. She made the point of it being about how I felt and being comfortable, not trying to be someone Im not! I can’t wait to go back to order it!

I had an amazing experience at One Bridal! Evelyn was my stylist and I could not have asked for a better fit for me. I let her know I was running a little late which was no problem. Once I got there she offered my guests and I a drink, went over my interview questions and then took me through the store where we chose potential dresses. Amazing boutique, my consultant Claire was a literal angel. She showed me what I had overlooked and was so positive and accommodating, I never felt rushed or pressured into trying anything on or making a purchase. When we found the dress, she let me video call my friends to show them! The process felt so fun and simple, plus the dress was under budget! I said yes to the dress! One Bridal is an exceptional shop. Booking and communication were easy breezy. The shop is immaculate and their dresses are gorgeous. The team and One Bridal was amazing! My consultant Allia was so helpful and supportive and made the process memorable and fun! She pulled options for me I wouldn’t have thought to pick for myself, but the dress I chose is perfect and her intuition was totally spot on. One Bridal exceeded all expectations I had going into buying my wedding dress. I am the absolute worst shopper and rarely shop in stores (if at all) and I have trouble committing to fits and styles. I gave Olivia (my consultant) a general idea of what I wanted to look like, what I wanted to accentuate and hide, and venue information and she pulled the most stunning stresses for me to try on. My dress ended up being perfect for my day and I am still swooning. The dress came in with plenty of time for fittings, and the on site seamstress did a great job with my alterations. My experience could not have been more perfect and I would highly recommend this bridal salon to anyone looking for their dream wedding gown.

My experience at one bridal has been nothing but fabulous. The crazy thing is that was myfirst store I have been to looking for a wedding dress. The first dress I tried on I had to think to myself that there’s no way I can fall in love with the absolute first dress I try on. So after I went to another store I ended up returning back to one bridal and purchasing my wedding dress. The girls Aleiya and Evelyn were absolutely amazing, they listen to what I was going for they were also very accommodating with the appointments. I am super excited!! Let me start off by saying that this was my first bridal shop I went to in Jacksonville when I began my dress search. I believe I found them from an online search and then looked up their Instagram (which is adorable and up to date by the way). I made an appointment and as soon as I stepped in the salon I felt comfortable and welcomed. Claire was my consultant and I swear she is such an angel, she was kind, honest, and made me feel at ease. The owner, Danielle, was also in the store that day and she was very nice and would come over every so often to check on me. But Claire really did the d*mn thing! We tried on a handful of dresses, she was so patient and truly listened to what I liked or didnt like. I went back a second time recently and scrapped all the original dresses I thought were gonna make the cut (they werent the dress shape I truly wanted) so Claire pulled all the fit n flares within my budget and she ensured that the prices were accurate and that everything was just what I wanted. I ended up falling in love with an EddyK fit n flare but it was missing something... Claire to the rescue, she did some research and found out the dress I wanted was able to be customized to what I was looking for (unlined top, two-toned bottom). One thing i love about One Bridal is I never felt rushed, pressured, or as if I didnt matter. I felt like Claire was my best friend and she truly wanted me to find my perfect gown and feel beautiful in it as well as being comfortable. I felt supported, I received honest feedback, and assistance with making decisions (Im extremely indecisive). Thank you so much!!

Only downside is when its cloudy outside, the lighting in the room is dim, and can make it hard to really see the dresses in terms of color. But at the same time, it makes for a calm and romantic ambiance.

I LOVED shopping here! This was my first and only stop for my wedding dress and they made it a wonderful experience. Being someone who is not super girly, I wasnt sure what to expect with this part of the wedding process, but they made it fun and easy. I was helped by Alia who was very sweet and attentive the whole time. She listened to exactly what I liked (and didnt like) and made suggestions accordingly. If something had a feature I wasnt thrilled with, she made suggestions about possible alterations that are done in-house. I ended up finding the perfect dress which I probably never would have tried on if she hadnt been so helpful. Olivia was also incredible and happy to lend her expertise when needed. They let you try on as many dresses as you want, but help keep you on track time-wise. Now I have a dress that makes me feel like a fairy-tale princess and I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking to do some shopping.

I went to One Bridal with my best friend, Emily, who is getting married. We had the BEST experience! When we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and champagne. The owner, Danielle Currie, was her consultant and she went above and beyond to make sure Emily had the perfect experience. I highly recommend this bridal shop! The owner worked with me over Instagram to order 5 dresses from a new collection for the designer: Madilane that they weren’t getting in store so she ordered some sample gowns. Their customer service was above and beyond and they made it such a special day for me when I picked out my dress.

Absolutely love this place. I got my wedding gown from this beautiful boutique. The girls/employees were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable trying on gorgeous one of a kind gowns. I went to several stores One Bridal was the absolute BEST. From getting me on the schedule quickly, to listening to everything i wanted, there was no pressure to make a decision that day and because of that i ended up buying my dress same day! I recommend this store to every bride i know and will continue to do so!2 weeks before my wedding i couldn’t fit into my dress and you guys rush ordered extra material so the seamstress could make it work - and let me not forget to mention how AMAZING your seamstress is! Every single one of you ladies were a God send and made my experience the best it could possibly. Forever grateful!!!

One fine day was nothing but helpful with finding my wedding dress. I met the owner Danielle at a wedding expo she was so kind and answered questions about designers she carries in the store. Once at my consultation they pulled all the dresses that I would like and staying inside my price range. My dress arrived quickly and was just as beautiful as it was in the store. They even helped me find the perfect veil. I recommend this store to every bride that I know. Very professional and very helpful!

This is THE best bridal shop I’ve been too by far! This was the 4th and last place I had been to and was getting super discouraged because everywhere else just had pieces of what I wanted. Allia was my consultant and absolutely blew me away! I showed her my favorite picks from other shops and she had me tell her what I didn’t like about each piece so she could better gauge my style. She found MULTIPLE dresses that were stunning and that I loved, this didn’t happen for me anywhere else! Each dress I tried on checked off all of my boxes. My wedding is in June and we’re definitely on a time crunch but she made sure that all of the ones I tried would come in well before so there is still time for alternations if needed. She was so sweet and patient with me. Her customer service and knowledge made everything so easy and stress free. I even found the perfect veil and she respected my price range for my dress. If you’re struggling to find a dress, definitely go here and ask for Allia.

While I have not personally purchased a dress from one bridal ( I got married 9 years ago and I don’t think they were around) I’ve been a bridesmaid who shopped for a dress with the bride(s) on 2 separate occasions at One bridal. The salon staff is fantastic, the owner is such a sweetheart & their selection vs price is the best in town. They truly knew how to select gowns that made the brides feel special and I couldn’t recommend them more to all of my friends who are getting married soon. Thanks for your amazing hospitality!
