I said yes to the dress at White Couture. This beautiful boutique is small and personal. You deal with Kim, the owner directly. The inventory is varied and you can expect to find a range of styles. I chose a form fitting romantic gown with a flowing train. Kim is great about fitting your schedule and coordinating any alterations you might need. You can also find an amazing Thai restaurant next door for a quick bite after your appointment.

Kim, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 💕 She took her time with me, took lots of pictures. Was very helpful and attentive. LOVE, LOVE LOVE her !I couldnt of done this without her 😍😍😘😘

I have never experienced someone as rude as Kim. I was sick at the way she treated me and my step-daughter. I had an appointment but she only let me try on 5 dresses. My step daughter found 1 last dress for me to try on (while I still had 30 mins left of my appointment), Kim snatched the dress out of my step daughter’s hand and said “no more” and waved her finger. I honestly don’t know why/how someone would be so rude. I’m confused as to how there are some good reviews for this store and Kim….did we see Kim on a bad day…? I’m not one to write reviews but after my experience I have to strongly suggest to take your business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.(In reference to the store’s response: I did not have a same day call in. I also did not have any issues with the prices of the gowns. Must be confusing me with another customer.)

We are so glad we chose White Couture. Kim was so helpful and supportive throughout the process- even the alterations. Her dresses and boutique are well taken care, clean, new, and stylish. We are one month out :) and we couldnt be happier. I cannot wait to wear to my dress!

White Couture Bridal is the best dress store I have ever been to as they have the most beautiful, elegant dress selection. I went to all the popular dress shops in the area and the gown I chose from White Couture far exceeded the others I tried on. The owner Kim really cares about her brides and is so honest and helpful. I am so thankful I found her store.

Absolutely loved shopping for my wedding dress here! The owner is really sweet and makes it all about the bride. She literally would get down on her hands and knees to help me step into the dresses, put on my shoes like I was Cinderella, and would give me her honest opinion of which dresses flattered my body style and which did not. The set up is also nice. During your appointment you, your guests and the owner are the only ones in the shop. She locks the front door so that you can relax, set purses down and shop. I also really liked the dressing area. High ceilings, a nice step up area with a large mirror, draw curtain and chairs set up around the opposition side of the room. She also is very happy to let you try on veils, tiaras, and jewelry she has for sale with your dress so you can see the whole ensemble. I’m still undecided on my dress but love love love her and her shop!

Totally unorganized and talked about the budget way to excessively in front of everyone. We couldn’t even enjoy the moment of trying on dresses bc Kim kept being rude about my budget. I called her ahead of time to ask if she had dresses in my price range and she said she did then when I come she makes it seem like it’s so hard to find them. She wanted me to change directly in front of her which I thought was really inappropriate. Please don’t waste your time.

Absolutely fantastic service, she gave me an appointment last minute on a whim and I’m so glad that Kim did. They have a very beautiful selection and she helped me find the gown that ended up being the one. Overall, very grateful and happy with my experience here. I had a very nice experience with White Couture! Kim is very sweet and she was understandable about my price range. She helped fix some of the beading herself free of charge. I was able to get alterations for a very reasonable price through someone she referred.

Wedding dress shopping is a unique experience - quite a few emotions present (hope and excitement and a little bit of stress ) with getting to choose this special dress. This was my 3rd appointment wedding dress shopping and up until this appointment I was beginning to lose hope in finding that dress.... Then I walked into White Couture. White Couture is the only boutique that carries a large Pronovias wedding dress profile ( a designer I had fallen in love with, but couldnt find anywhere else). Kim, the owner, keeps an exceptionally beautiful collection and was incredible throughout the appointment. The dresses at white Couture are stunning - I tried on 35 dresses before I found White Couture. I could walk down the aisle in any of the 9 dresses I tried on that day and be very happy.If youre looking for a wonderful selection with an amazingly attendant and kind boutique owner, look no further.

I went to multiple boutiques looking for my wedding gown and my experience at white couture was definitely the best! Everything from staff to their selection was wonderful. I am in the alteration stage right now and I can’t wait to wear my dress in January.

Kim is awesome! I came in after going to many bridal shops and I felt right at home. She has a wonderful selection of dresses to choose from, all different styles. Her shop is well kept and she takes her time to give you everything you need. She made my dress shopping experience an awesome one and I would highly recommend her.

I randomly found them online after a poor experience elsewhere and was able to make a same day appointment. They were amazing! They were eager to put me into any dress I wished, were respectful of my budget and honest with their professional opinions. I tried a few more shops (to confirm that my choice in dress wasnt based solely on them/the salon environment, which is extremely elegant), but even after deciding on the dress, I wanted to return to them because the shopping experience had been so pleasant. Theyve assisted with everything including the alterations and storing my dress so that it looks amazing on my wedding day. Honestly, they bent over backwards to get me in the dress I fell in love with and gave me great advice regarding the appropriate accessories for me, my dress and the theme of my wedding- without ever trying to up-sell me. Highly recommend to anyone in Jacksonville or the surrounding area!!

My daughter was married in October. Our family cannot say enough good things about White Couture Bridal and Kim the owner. Kim went above and beyond to make sure Erins wedding was exactly how she had dreamed. The dress we ordered was beautiful and high quality. Erin wanted a little extra lace added to the dress, a jeweled belt and a few other alterations. Kim suggested Sylvia Milan to do the work and what a talented seamstress she is. We feel like both of these ladies are now a part of our family and we will never forget their kindness and all they did for us even on wedding day. We were so happy to have them be a part of the big day. We visited quite a few wedding shops around town and immediately knew White Couture was the shop for us. Not only did we buy the wedding dress from Kim, we bought all of the bridesmaids (9 plus 2 flower girls) dresses from Kim also through her dress shop in the Avenues Mall. They were absolutely beautiful. Erin wanted her wedding theme to be enchanted and that is exactly what the dresses looked like. I have never done an online review but this shop is worth a wonderful review.

First impressions are everlasting.Last month, I randomly drove over to the boutique with my mother-in-law who insisted we do a little gown shopping since we rarely see each other. Unfortunately, it was closed. Thats often expected for appointment only boutiques, so I wasnt troubled by this at all.What did ruin my experience? I called the boutique just to see if there was any chance we might get lucky with a same-day appointment. If not, it wasnt a big deal. The woman I spoke to asked me when my wedding date was. I told her April 2018. She responded by explaining that I shouldnt be looking for dresses this early on. I was puzzled and very stunned. I felt my business was unwanted merely because I wasnt an easy shoe-in for a purchase with my wedding date so far in the future. Im not really sure. But the situation could have been handled far better on their part. I wasnt even offered an alternative day for a possible appointment.I wasnt determined to find a dress that day, I admit. But Bridal Shops must face the potential reality that not every bride will walk out of their store with a gown anyway.I wish I had the chance to actually step into the boutique and experience the full White Couture Bridal experience. It was on the top of local boutiques I wanted to visit. But my encounter didnt go beyond the very puzzling phone call.

Beautiful selection of dresses, worst experience.I was told that my dress would be here in 15-21 days after paying $300 for rush order shipping on top of a couture dress. Just to find out that it wouldn’t be here until 8 weeks later after 60% was paid. Over promising what the tailor can do (without knowing) just to make money on a Pronovias dress. I had to end up taking the dress off the rack so it can be done in time. PAID for a new dress, and PAID for rush order shipping just to get an off the rack dress. Any brides nightmare experience sums this up. We are now less than five days from the time I leave for my wedding and the dress is not done and cost me thousands of dollars in tailoring fees. The seamstress has been working diligently because of their mistakes and I am very thankful for her. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you are looking for a good experience. I wouldn’t want any other bride to be in the same situation.

Kim has a beaaauuttiiful selection of designer dresses. I love this boutique so much. They have a great location, pretty and welcoming, and Kim knows. She suggested a dress that I didnt even want to try on but once she zipped it up - I KNEW. I needed this dress, plus no one had ever tried it on and it fit me basically like a glove. I only needed to hem it. I cant wait to get married mostly because I cant wait to show off my dress. Thank you Kim. :)

I would give a ZERO if I could. I bought a dress, a veil and had my dress altered here. My wedding dress was $2500. Kim recommended to me that I have Estela their seamstress alter my dress and praised her for her experience and professional work. So I had Estela Alter my dress and I explained to her exactly how I wanted my dress altered. She charged me $400 for the alterations. A month and a half later I come to pick up my dress, it’s completely off on the alter, didn’t fit my body right at all. It looked distorted. The cups area was raised way higher then where my chest was and where extra material was supposed to be added professionally to suit the rest of my dress, a piece of fabric was placed that absolutely did not match the dress. Estela said she was done with my unfinished wedding dress. When I reminded her of what she promised my dress would look like, and that it looks absolutely unprofessional she told me I “offended” her. Offended her? Really? From what I remember I am the bride here and the customer. She starting pulling on my dress and being physically and verbally abusive as she was yelling in my face that she no longer wants my business and told me she will tear her alterations work done on my dress that I already paid for. I felt completely and absolutely violated and Shaken at how poorly I was treated. As I kept myself togather from bursting into tears I asked if there is a solution we could meet on half way. Estela responded rudely that there is no solution and she will no longer work on my dress. I asked to take the dress politely and she only refunded me $20 for the ruin. I ended up spending more money Fixing my dress at a different alternations shop where the seamstress struggled to alter my ruined dress back to normal. I’m still contemplating with my family if I should sue this business and the seamstress for how I was mistreated. I hope no bride ever has to go through what I went through. It was a complete night mare!!

Beautiful shop with one of the biggest selection of high end dresses in jacksonville. Had the whole shop to ourselves and so much fun trying on dresses. Kim was so sweet and let me take my time deciding, I found my dress at white couture bridal where they recommended alterations and will have my dress ready in my very short time frame! I cant wait to see the finished dress! Highly recommend Kim at white couture bridal!

I went to a couple of bridal stores to select my wedding dress, and White Couture definitely has THE BEST selection in Jacksonville. They carry some top designer brands which I have never seen one from other shops. The price of their dresses may be higher, but the quality and design will prove what you are paying for. I am extremely happy with my shopping experience here, and I would also like to recommend White Couture to all my friends.

She really didnt know how to do a customer service. I was looking for a dress and i didnt have a specific type of dress and she was mad at me cause i said i am not picky since my wedding is very soon so i will just go with whatever fits me! But she was like this is America people plan stuff a year before, and i was like why r u explaning all this to me when u can just show me whatever u have in the store am not ordering anything online am just gonna pick anything fit me in ur store. It was just a waste of time stopping there, she just didnt know how to communicate.

Great experience trying on dresses. Boutique was pretty and lovely - one of the most charming yet. Young Kim helped me try on dresses and she made me feel like a princess. She has great customer service and was very knowledgeable.

After having a bad experience at another store we called White Couture last minute while my mom was still in town to see if they could fit us in that weekend. They even let us come in the day we called to see their selection of dresses between appointments! I cannot tell you how grateful I am that they managed to squeeze us in for an appointment. Kim was absolutely wonderful and sweet. She immediately got a feel for the style that I was looking for and pulled great dresses for me. You can tell Kim really knows her stuff! The dresses at White Couture are unique, well curated, and really beautiful. Did I mention this was my 5th wedding dress appointment? I might be a bit (REALLY) picky but I found my dress at White Couture!

After visiting two other bridal shops in the area, I went here as a last resort while my mother and one of my bridesmaids were in town. They have so many beautiful dresses that can work with a wide range of budgets. After trying on a few dresses, I found my dream dress--a gorgeous Sottero and Midgely gown. Kim was so helpful and explained different ways I could alter the gown to be exactly what I wanted. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and I cant wait to show off my dress at my wedding this Fall! Thank you, White Couture!!

Nice fitting area but limited selection and not the most price competitive. By appt only. The associate did not even introduce herself and most of their sample dresses are in very small sizes(gowns already run about 4sizes small) so it was difficult to even find dresses that were possible to try on and I normally wear a size 8 if that gives u an idea how small they were. The associate barely spoke English and had a difficult time answering our questions. Not my first choice.

Kim is amazing. She has great designs and knows what she is doing. It is a small shop, but there are numerous quality dresses in various designs. Dont let the size of the shop fool you!

I recently had a very disappointing experince with this shop. To begin with, when I made the appointment to take a look at dresses, the woman on the phone did not ask for any information what so ever, not even my name. When I arrived at the shop, I was required to sign in including my name, email and wedding date. I haven’t set a wedding date because my fiancé comes from a military family and four people that are included in the wedding party are military personnel. With that being said, finding a date that accommodates for everyone’s schedule so soon is impossible at this moment. I explained this to the woman at the desk and she refused to allow me to look or even try on dresses. I felt as if she wasn’t understanding nor that she cared about my slight issue at all. I definitely would not recommend this bridal shop because clearly the staff is careless and rude.

Definitely deserves a ZERO. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Completely unprofessional. Sad thing because they had beautiful dresses, but I would never give them my money. Not sure how they are still in business.

Terrible! Went online and saw that they were open went there and called the number on the door since the door was locked. Talked to the lady on the phone and she hung up on me as I saw her through the window. Needless to say I wont be back.
