The customer service was awful from this one young African American male with gold on his bottom teeth. Some people were never cut out for customer service and he will destroy business. I will never return to this establishment. I will let everyone know that they shouldn’t waste their time if they are use to being treated like respectable paying customers. Yes, it is true quality is where you go (in this case….not go)!

This is the best, most inviting place within the community. There are a variety of foods, some common staple items and others more rare like the infamous ox tail. Be sure to make a trip to Premier Meats for excellent customer service, good prices, and the supplies for your next meal!

I work alot so not much time for shopping. I decided to try one of their combo packs. It had chicken, turkey, pork ground beef and house sausage I was very pleased with the order. They are always very nice at this store.

Very nice staff, reasonable prices, lot of variety of food. The place came under new management and they have already made some amazing progress to the store since the last time Ive came here. Ive also heard that the new management is trying to incorporate international and even some halal meat!

Premier Meat, has been in Jacksonville, Fl many decades. I remember shopping here as a little girl with my Grandmother, and now shipping here as an adult. It has changed buildings at least three times, thatI can remember. I still believe in the quality of the meats. However there was a bad smell today as well as the building on the inside seemed run down a bit. I believe the management/owners can do better with the presentation of this store. The woman behind the meat counter was great!

I have been a customer for years. But this was my last purchase with them. I always buy a case of ox-tails. The original price was 69.99 to 79.99 now 120.00 dollars! That’s just ridiculous! We need to wake the hell up and know when our community is being played! They won’t get another dollar!

My neighbor needed a ride to get some groceries so he suggested this meat market. When you walk up to the door they have a big sign that says We will no longer accept money out of shoes and socks 😮 My question is why were you accepting it in the 1st place🤔Once you walk in it smells disgusting, you just feel immediately dirty. Its not clean at all!!! You find spoiled and outdated food...I mean its 5/11/2018 why do you have chips that are dated April 11th🤢🤢Once my neighbor finished shopping this is how it looked...I just walked out and waited for him outside in the car I couldnt take it anymore!!! I will never shop here and make sure to tell people to think twice before they shop there!!!!

It smelled bad and the service was even worse than the smell. .. . The meat looked dingy and most of it was frozen with white frost on it. I just got the GA sausages and split. Forgot my bacon but its gotta be a better way!! If I just HAD to say something positive Id have to say the cashiers were pretty friendly!!

All meats are frozen and on ice. Not a very well kept meat market. Butcher leaves at noon so no custom cuts and all steaks are pre-cut to like half an inch thick at most. I got 2 ribeyes and they were half frozen and had no good color or marbling. I put them down and left and went somewhere else.

My experience at this store was HORRIBLE...It was my first time in seafood store! The guy there took my order for my fish, placed it on the scale and all of a sudden ROACHES...came out of the scale. The guy didnt act surprised when I told him what I was seeing...his reply was dont worry I will clean the fish really good for you.....

I had been shopping at Premier for about a year & a half. With no issues, until today! I went into the seafood market for shrimp & crab. My order was bagged separately and I was not aware of that since its usually bagged together. The bag with the shrimp were left & I didnt realize it until I got home. I called back & they were closed. I called the next morning & spoke with the manager who agreed that I did leave the bag. I told him I would be back to pick it up, but got called into work and couldnt come. I called back and informed the store clerk who assured he would let the manager know that I would be by the next morning to get my items. Here it is Monday morning & the manager isnt here & the other store clerk knows nothing about what Im talking about. They will NOT give me my items Ive ALREADY paid for & no-one has a valid contact number for the manager to confirm.! Unorganized people.! Lousy customer service. Basically just folks standing around looking stupid & saying I DONT KNOW PREMIER WILL NOT GET ANYMORE OF MY SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!

Disgusting. WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE!! THEY SELL SPOILED MEATS. Bought 3lbs of FROZEN T-BONE STEAK GOT HOME THE STEAK WAS STILL FROZEN SO I PUT IT IN THE SINK TO THAW (STILL IN THE PACKAGE MIND YOU) UN PACKED THE GROCERIES THEN OPENED THE PACKAGE, IT SMELLED LIKE ROTTEN EGGS. Recently sent my husband to buy 1 pound of sliced cheese. THEY CUT THE CHEESE ON THE SAME SLICER THEY CUT THE MEATS WITH NEVER CLEANED. THE CHEESE HAD BLOOD ON EVERY SLICE! THE NASTIEST MEAT MARKET IN JACKSONVILLE.

Great cuts of meat, cut to however thickness you want! I got my 2in bone in ribeye for my sous vide machine. Best price in town, they cant be beat! I come from Jax beach just to shop here.

Cheap, smells weird, people were nice, looked kind of trashy. Place is equal parts nice and nasty, but the price can be worth it and the people are nice, which are the most important parts of a shopping experience for me.

Walked in and right back out. The place smelled like a combo of rotting fish and spoiled meats. About puked as soon as I walked in.
