Never leave reviews but couldn’t ignore this. Went in looking for a new down stem for a clean, UNSUED piece but was unsure of the size so, as I’ve done MANY times at other shops, we brought it in a bag to make sure cause if the no return bs. Don’t know if the miserable lady working there just got dumped or forgot to take her meds today but she was INCREDIBLY rude and said to leave now cause she “doesn’t support illegal things” like………BITCH DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE YOU WORK AND WHAT YOU SELL??? Most useless employee I’ve ever met anywhere and the dumbest at al.

Sooo rude! Threatened to kick me out of the shop for referring to a piece using the wrong terminology. If you’re new to medical marijuana or a seasoned user that wants to ask questions or not be judged take your business elsewhere. I will never go back. Unbelievably rude service. Wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews were sourced in-house.

I love this place, employees are so friendly. Love our small talk conversations and how they know exactly what I get. They have ordered what tobacco I prefer and smoke (anything mint). Prices are great, I recommend everyone going to buy from them. They have my business!!

The girl that works there is rude and high all the time. About time you fire her and get someone who appreciates their job. She’s the reason you are losing customers.

Apparently I’m not cool enough to shop in this place I took my son in there to look at some zippo lighter‘s and the girl was just totally not like she didn’t even want to help and no and raised her hand at me like to pause whenever I try to look at the zippo lighter‘s so I won’t be shopping there again,.

Amazing time at Venice smoke shop! I went in not too sure what i was looking for and the girl there was supper nice about it. (Alessandra was her name?) she helped me pick out products with extensive knowledge and even let me smell a bunch of the sample vape juices! Besides being able to professionally help me with my purchase It was clear the employee cared for me as a fellow human! Defiantly check this place out, they have a huge selection and good employees.

Ladies and gentlemen. I have found by far the greatest smoke shop onThe East Coast. I think that for a couple reasons. But the number one reason was by far the great woman that I met that was working there. I’m the worst with names. Angelica, Andrea, Angelina, I’m so sorry. She has a beautiful name that starts with an a. Either way she was extremely helpful! She helped me understand the laws a little bit better and she help me find what I was looking for so that I could enjoy my vacation a little bit more! I greatly appreciate your kindness and if you ever want an endorsement for a human being I fully endorse this human being for anything.

They’re quick and convenient! Store is well organized and visually appealing. I was greeted by a friendly professional and taken care of instantly. They are well stocked and have whatever you want. That’s much more than you usually get from a smoke shop!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Girl working there is always high and rude. I was sold a disposable vape that had already been opened and when I went to return it an hour later, I was told there was nothing that could be done. After asking for a mangers contact number, I was given a card with the store phone number and was hung up on three times. The girl, Alexandra or something similar, told me that she didnt know any other means of contact info or when a manager would be in. I am terribly disappointed with the service and the quality of the items sold at this location. Please check the packaging of your items prior to leaving this store and be sure to ask for a receipt, because of the MANY times that I have made a purchase I have never been given or offered one. Ive noticed response to positive reviews, Im interested to see if this will get anyones attention since there is no way of contacting management or owners. I will be taking my business across the street.

When all the negative reviews have one thing in common it may be time to look into the problem. The girl working there is so rude that I will never return to this place! She can get away with being nasty to the teenagers that she sells to and never cards, but I can go somewhere else.

Venice is a cozy, relaxing shop with very reasonable prices. I wish I could remember her name but the young lady helped me and was very easy with me because I can be over whelming. Overall it’s a great choice. Plus the had exactly what I wanted Haha 👌🏼

Just moved here and the last vape shop I came from if they sold anything that had a issue they would be more than glad to fix it but not this shop they sold me defective pods and when every I should them that the pods didn’t work didn’t say anything such as sorry or I can replace those pods for you told me I got no discount.....NEVER COMING BACK to this shop

Bought 8 Ooze vapes in last 43 days bc they quit working and they wont even assist as to why, and the girl there last time was rude and unwelcoming!
