They did some updating with management and you can see a difference in the shop, full of new products and products that hadn’t been restocked in a while. The girls in the shop actually seem like they love their job! I’m so glad I stopped in to give this shop another try. Go to smokers alley they have the best customer service and awesome prices.

Absolutely love Smokers Alley, each time I come to this store it’s always a fun positive experience plus they have everything I need including clothes. All staff members are very knowledgeable about all they’re products and they are all very kind & caring. Wish more people ran their businesses in the same manner.

I bought two vapes at this store at the same time, one had 3000 puffs and the other (Hyde) had 3300 puffs. The Hyde is faulty and stopped working after about 3 days with the other going strong even though Ive smoked the one with 3000 puffs more. I went to the store and they told me they would lose money if they replaced all the faulty vapes they sell, so they could do nothing about it. Nevermind that THEIR product was faulty as long as they got the money for it! Ive purchased the same type of Hyde before and it lasted about a month for me, and the faulty one was definitely not empty. I will not be buying anything else from a store that does not stand behind their products and you shouldnt either. There are to many other smoke shops to choose from. Ill go anywhere but here.

Just bought a cigar monticristo that was $12.00 last month is now $19.00! I also noticed that the prices has steadly going up as other cigar shops in town held their prices. Enjoy the $7.00 you wont see me buying cigars in smokers ally in 2021.....and on.

Ive been coming here since I was 18 (back when you could buy cigs at that age) and this is really the best smoke shop you could possibly come to on this side of town. The staff here is friendly and they have a great selection of vape juice, pipes, water pipes, and a bunch of cool trinkets as well. 10/10

Used to be one of my go to shops. Been dwindling over the past half a year or so. The girl in there was very rude, and unprofessional. Slamming boxes on the ground as I entered, and then screeched can I help you. Even on good days, she would misrepresent items, hover and nag as you try and browse, and there pricing isnt anything to write home about. She tries to be friendly, but is to pushy, and doesnt know about even half of what the store stocks. Ill Take my business elsewhere from now on.

Great customer service. Smaller but good collection of cigars which is what I typically get. They carry the acid C notes which is great and havent seen elsewhere in other smoke shops. Would recommend if you are in the area and smoke cigars go check this place out.

I like the lady with the glasses. Shes super friendly, and shes sweet. Knows her stuff and her glass, I dont know if shes already the manager, but she should be!

Staff is much better during the day. Best prices in town on most glass and accessories. Clientele is annoying though.

I would have given them no stars if I could jewel pods normally cost $17.99 to $20 give or take or you can order them online for $14.99 this place wants to charge $29.99 for a four pack that normally cost $17.99 at Circle K I understand they discontinued these flavors to most retail shops but you still are able to order them online and they are price gouging and treating people like Crackheads because they choose to smoke a certain flavor of oil

I used to stop in and grab a cigar now and then. Store actually is aimed at the hookah crowd. Attendants turned over so rapidly after a while i lost interest. Also you needed to know about cigars, they were friendly but not much help in that topic.

I had bought a smok fit on July 24 2018 and it all of the sudden quit working on me on September 20 2018. I have my receipt and take it back thinking they have to have a warranty. I am told anything of 30 days they do warranty. He then tells me I have to contact the smok company for a warranty. Now I understand in this day and age how things are but, with selling the electronic devices they sell, you would think they could at least be helpful enough to give me something to be able to find them on the internet. No, just dont warranty after 30 days even with the receipt. Well, I was purchasing juice and pods from here. Guess I need to find another smoke shop. Maybe one that wants to really be helpful and want my business.

This place isn’t really helpful at all the girl that i guess is a new worker there didn’t know what i was talking about apparently because she showed me a coil and not an RDA. If i worked i’d probably be helpful to all the customers and know what their talking about because i what people will be looking for in there when they ask. But other than that i don’t like the fact that you can’t test out the vape juice on your RDA, RTA, RDTA, or tank because tasting it on your finger isn’t gonna make a different than smoking it. I bought juice called “Monster Melons by Cuttwood” and it taste like a smoke shop and not what i expected because i had this flavor before at All Day Vape and also can say they are definitely the go to next time because they cost $10.50 not $14.89. So need to get y’all prices correct because y’all shouldn’t be taxing so much.

Buyers be Beware! This place is a rip off they are selling things for double then what you can really get it for. The staff has no knowledge of products what so ever and dont even know what they have in inventory. I asked the girl about a certain type of vap pen that she said they didnt have but they had an entire shelf of and she didnt even know the difference between a e-cigarette pen and a vap pen. Dont waste your time or money here!!!

Giving one star, as the door states they open at 9:00 am. its now 10:15 am, and store is still closed. ive seen at least 6 potential customers try to enter, but place is closed so they could not. will not return due to inconsistancy.
