Ive been coming to this facility for about 12 to 13 years and I still have to come here every time I go to a different head shop looking for something they never have it but this place does

They have business hours but just open whenever. Driven multiple times for them to be closed when online says open. Good selection.

Had an amazing experience here. The woman behind the counter, Carlita I think was her name, was a phenomenal employee. She was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will most certainly be returning for my other needs. Great place and prices for being brick and mortar!! Excellent service!

Great store. Well stocked smoke shop. Had what I needed. Got a price I was happy with. Owner, Gary, is a cool guy. Ima real customer. Went there yesterday. Actually visiting from out of town. Checked out a few others in the area. I would definitely check them out first.

I get all my vape juice here and every visit the lady that works there is beyond polite and helpful. Over all great store and I recommend it to anyone looking to get vape stuff or smoke stuff. They have a decent kratom selection as well.

Just started vaping. Met Gary, the owner I think. Gary was so helpful helping me decide which vape to start with, opened several vape juices to help me decide which I wanted to start with as well. He had a great selection of vapes and juices and carries plenty of coils etc for the products he sells. Its also a smoke shop and has a good variety of cigars, pipes, hookah pipes etc. Was extremely happy with his store and him being so very helpful. Definitely check his store out. They have great herbal supplements that I use for weight lifting pretty cool place little pricey but they have a great selection

First time there and the much older female with purple hair was very rude. I was attempting to simply purchase something for a dollar and she was all dramatic about it being under 5 dollars saying they dont take cards and etc then changed it to her not knowing how to charge the 50 cent or so fee businesses normally charge for purchases under 5 dollars when paying with a card and rudely said shes not going to call the manager to find out how to do it for something thats just a dollar (I never asked her to call them). Very rude. She treated me how she looks. Maybe if ur caucasian youll get a little more respect

Smokers Outlet is a by far the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. The store may be small but they have EVERYTHING u need at an affordable price. & if they dont have it, they will get it for u. The staff are so kind & knowledgable, they treat everyone with equal time & respect. Karla is one of a kind & such a cool lady to talk to.. & the owner too! Smokers outlet is truly a hidden Jacksonville gem !!

There was a different store at this location. Now its Smokers outlet. Different menagent. the store is very clean, well stocked with many products and the prices are very reasonable. large selection of cigars, pipes, hookah e cig,etc. check it out. you wont be disappointed.

Horrible shop with horrible selection with horrible employees. For a glass pipe that they pay $2-3 at cost, they have a non-negotiable sticker price of 15.99. That same exact pipe, at my store, is sold for $6-8!! When I asked about lowering the price and how expensive such a piece of crap China glass is, he sarcastically says welcome to ellusions
