Says opens at 8 15 minutes past and they were still closed bad business

Always friendly staff to assist you and help you find things that you need. if not they have either suggest a substitut. they can make a suggestion with or they can direct you to one of their other stores thats does have the product. this is business. I like people that put the customer first because thats what its all about. customers always right.

Never shop here . Was a customer since the day they opened . Recently sold me counterfeit coils . Brought them back for exchange or refund and threatened me and told me not to come back .

Fully stocked Raw paper shelf, Discount e juice clearance rack for hard times, and the best of the best devices for concentrates when you got baller status bread.

I had 2 different cartridges and could only access 1 with the battery I was using. The young lady, Justina I believe suggested a couple batteries that would work on both and the first one she tried worked on both perfectly. She also mentioned if I had a possible bad coil, she could sell me an empty cartridge to transfer the fluid to for cheap. This is what I call customer service, so I bought a spare battery. Ive been going here since they opened and never had a problem. I apologize if I got your name wrong, but Thank YOU very much.

Bought an item that night it broke the battery had a flip out mechanism flinging my cartridge across the street.They have a no return no refund policy... i wasn’t aware of.And the man with the cowboy hat “manager” is never in.TOLD ME IT WILL LAST AT LEAST A MONTH

Just bought their Lava E-hooka to have something to smoke while at work. When I finally opened it all the oil leaked out and the pen was flashing red. I came back to exchange it and was told no. Said they were doing exchanges up until today. This was $10 down the drain. I came here every weekends to buy my hooka products but not no more. When I asked when I can come in to speak with their manager the employee said Monday then Tuesday then she said she didnt know. I am never provided with a receipt when I come and when I do get one its not idomized. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any hooka shop. They can forget me spending any more money there

Very happy with the selection in this store. Clean and classy looking and the employees are always so helpful. Even told my grandfather about the place and its now his regular cigar shop. This side of town definitely needed a store like this around.

Amazing selection of vapes, mods and cigars. Their glassware has the best pricing I have seen on this side of town and they know their mods inside and out. Classy shop with nice wood floors. Huge walk in humidor at a constant 73 percent humidity.

I visited this business as a potential customer, and before I could finish speaking I was asked to leave. I don’t normally do this, but this extremly poor review is well deserved... Try not to jump to conclusions, and listen before you open your mouth-it’ll do your business better.

Terrible. The only person working there was extremely rude and has lost the store a whole lot of business from both me and all of the people I know. It would be nicer and cheaper to go to a real vape shop or a real cigar shop or a smoke shop. DO NOT GO HERE!

Rude employee/manager. I’m not sure what the older gentleman’s name is, but he has long orange hair that he wears in a ponytail. He wasn’t welcoming at the front desk. My boyfriend and I were asked to leave, due to a comment my boyfriend made about a specific product. He threw my card on the floor and refused to except our money. This place will NEVER get my business and I’ll be sure to let all of my neighbors in San Marco know about their poor service.

Easily located on San Marco Blvd. Employees have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ive had employees there fill my vape pen, check my Smok battery, and even exchanged coils I purchased from another business. The only complaint I could state is they never answer the phone.Update. This used to be a good store. The last 2-3 times Ive gone there, not so great.Staff does not know their products. Instead they sold me incompatible products. When I took the unopened product back, they didnt want to exchange it. The sales person immediately asked me if it was a certain sales person.Not knowledge about e liquids. This is the biggest reason Im for regulation of vapes and liquids. Update: July 2020. Employee sold me a SMOK product that was opened. Sold me the wrong coils. The wrong e-liquid, insisting it was correct. This used to be a good store. Now? Naw. Very big turnover in employees. Leads me to believe owner/manager treats employees just as bad as customers. If this wasnt close to my home, Id never go there again. Buyer beware. They dont follow warrantees of products they sell, even if you have receipts.

I changed over to vape from cigarettes. I purchased a Smok Fit. I have had nothing but problems with the refillable cartridges, leaking or not seating properly. Over all an unreliable product. The smoke-N-vape shop would not stand behind there products. They are nickel-and-diming me for new cartridges. Instead of just replacing the defected product.
