Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff that takes their time to answer your questions and describe products. They also have a huge selection of vape&juices, pipes and hooka! And a rewards program! I will definitely be using this place for all of my vape supply needs!Bought an e-vape, employee also gave a brief walkthrough of warranty. I bought two puff bars here the other day and the first one we opened that day no issues, three days later My husband opened the second one and it was defective. I went back and even though I had my receipt and all original packaging they refused to replace it. He said I should have opened them both and tested them in the store. Well they were for my husband and I am pregnant and not about to open and puff on them both in store right then and there. Scammy and bad business. I will no longer shop here. I have never been told at any other location they wouldn’t replace it if it’s defective.

Bought a vape mod from here and it would fire without pushing the button....very dangerous. I tried to return it the very next day (with a receipt) and he said he wouldnt accept it because it was opened. This place is a terrible place to shop. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ive been coming here for the past 4 months or so and never had any problems until now. I bought a defective product and was told he couldnt help me. If youre a repeat customer here and youve never had any issues, dont expect any decent customer service when it happens to you. Wasted $20+ on devices that couldnt even be used. Never coming here again.

This is a very good shop you can usually find the things you are looking for at this place. The staff is very friendly and answers all questions that you have. And their prices are very reasonable here as well

Not very helpful I prefer customer service over everything and was told to watch a YouTube video when asked how to change my coil and if he could please help me after I purchased it this is the second time Ive been to this place and had them dismiss me so I definitely will not be giving them a third chance I would rather drive over New Leaf or one of the other 10 vape shops in the area, for such a competitive business you think they would go above and beyond for their customers not satisfied at all

Came in to get a Vape kit. Found the one I was interested in went to ring up and the owner decided to tell me they miss marked the price on the Vape kit and that it actually cost $15 more... I would avoid this place seems like a nice easy scammer .

Taxed beyond belief. Owner is a true businessman. He’s in the business because it’s “hot” right now, but he doesn’t genuinely know the products he’s selling and expect to pay at least 10-15% more than you would from another distributor. I’ve spent hundreds there for products that would cost half that online or elsewhere. Selection is vast, but not worth the cost.

Loved this place and have spent over 400 dollars there. We bought a new piece and it broke the day we bought it because it was made cheap. Did NOT even have the chance to use it. We went in and explained what happened and they wanted us to pay for a new one. Its ridiculous that we can spend so much money but they cant help us because they sold us a broken piece. Very sad to say we will never be back there again.

One of my favorite smoke shops, they always have what I need and I’d say their prices are about the same as other smoke shops if not better. The owner is always nice and polite!

Do not buy anything from this place. The owner of this shop doesnt care about his customers or back up his cheap products. I purchased a vaporizer from him and it didnt even last 30 days before it was leaking and would not hold a charge for 24 hours. When I brought the vaporizer in with the receipt, he told me that the top portion of the vaporizers generally start leaking after 30-60 days and he didnt have any anyway. I find it interesting that when he sold the item to me he failed to tell me that. He was quick to take my $35.00 but not quick to help resolve the issue when the product was not working properly. I would expect anything that I purchase to last more than 30 days. CHEAP QUALITY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They sold me a broken ecig I paid 50 dollars for and refused to refund me or even trade it out when it didnt work. The battery worked but the pen did not work at all. Its like a tv turning on, but the screen is all messed up. Then I bought a different pen and it worked but it kept falling apart to where the wires kept showing. This shop is a joke you can buy better and cheaper products off amazon or anywhere else if you want quality

Theyre not very helpful at all. I asked a question and the guy called the boss and the boss didnt even answer the phone. They dont know what theyre doing

Its ridiculous how much trouble they go through to NOT carry good brands.I bet they would win over half pipes customer base if they would carry quality papers and quality tobacco...
