Absolutely one of the best Iced Chai Lattes i’ve ever had. The egg, cheese and ham croissant sandwich is also amazing. The vibe here is super calm and comfortable- almost like a huge living room with couches, classy wood tables and chairs. With a warm tone of lighting. Most definitely if not the best cafes i’ve ever been to.

Seriously one of the best coffee shops in Jax. The seating area has an awesome hipster living room vibe, and one of the baristas was playing classical music on the grand piano. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool, quiet place to study/work. Also, my chai latte and jalapeño cheddar bagel were incredible.

My husband and I moved to Jacksonville a couple months ago. Weve been waiting for things to open back up as weve heard there are some incredible coffee shops and such around the area. Im so happy we got to try Good Chi Coffee today. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were incredible, and it was just a wonderful experience. Its been a while since Ive had a cappuccino that wasnt insanely sweet. It was perfect. Keep up the great work!!

As with any service industry location, I judge on simple factors; service, atmosphere, and quality of the menu. The ladies at the counter were polite and patient as I, a first timer, looked over the menu. They produced my order quickly and correctly, and brought my pastry out when it was done heating. The shop is split in two sections; the coffee bar and the dining room. The bar has lively music, but not too loud, and various coffee-themed decorations. The dining room has no speakers, no music. And the music from the bar doesnt carry over. Its a perfect place for a conversation over a cup of coffee. The art in the dining room also appears to be from local artists, which you can purchase of your fancy is tickled. Overall, top marks for the location. A lovely little shop with great coffee and an inviting environment.

My first time in today and had a honey lavender latte and the almond croissant. Everything was delicious and the barista was sweet! They have a cute living room type area with a piano and the barista (when there wasn’t anyone in line), sat and played the most beautiful classical music. Will definitely be back!

I saw this place while driving and am very happy I stopped by. I ordered a Cortado and it was absolutely amazing. Smooth flavors of espresso with rich highlights of farm fresh milk. While I was relaxing, I was greeted by the owners. They made good conversations. I also tried the Ham and Cheese Crossiant which was addictive! Buttery, flaky and delicious. If you ever want to try good coffee at a cheap place, please stop by!

The food was good and the people were nice but it was uncomfortably quiet and the coffee tasted like Starbucks. Not going to give 3 stars since its purely my weird bias that all my complaints come from

Great atmosphere, tons of drink options, tons of food options, comfortable seating, power outlets for laptops, fast wifi, yoga studio next door, and even sometimes a piano player who is amazing, performing beautiful classical music just for you.Chip is a great owner and his son Kenny runs things and does a great job. They are always friendly and will even bring your coffee to you if you sit down. Prices are decent as well (especially if youre staying for a while)Ive been to them all. Bold Bean, Twisted Compass, Southern Grounds, etc.Weve got a lot of great local coffee here in Jacksonville, but Good Chi feels different. Feels like family!

Delicious coffee from the most awesome owners in town! I love that this is a family owned business. The staff is always welcoming and eager to please. So personable and fun to be around. A friend recommended I come check this place out. The almond milk latte was delicious and Chip the owner was very welcoming. I’m excited to have a new work space. It’s warm, quiet, and comfortable to sit and work. Many coffee shops are industrial style so it’s loud and cold.

Service was great but drinks were disgusting. Think has potential but maybe either off day or baristas need more training for when we went.

Great coffee! I am still new to coffee in general so I cant tell you if it is the talent or the brands they use but I always order a double esspresso and sit in the lounge area if we have time. I like the atmosphere- you might see someone reading or a group of people having their weekly Saturday morning discussions. I imagine this place has a lot of neighboorhood regulars.

The staff was very friendly. I ordered a pour over coffee with cream and it was perfect. I like my coffee strong and they made sure that it was to my liking, they even had extra from the pour over so they gave that to me. There is a large sitting area if you would like to just hang out. I only ordered a coffee but they have baked goods too that looked delicious, will be going back to try those.

My favorites: hot lavender latte, Iced coconut latte, butter beer latte, Cortado, green matcha latte, and their fine artisan tea selection is also worth a shout-out. The service is superb. I love swinging in here for an Iced Chai Latte and Croissant! The gentleman running the storefront is very nice, friendly, and always striking conversation. My husband coming in and sit in their dinning area which is very cozy and homey to work on our business taxes 1-2xs monthly. We are going to miss coming in during the Stay Home shut down, but can’t wait to return.

This coffee shop has it ALL - great coffee/espresso drinks, fantastic menu items, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a very relaxing environment. Plus, they are conveniently located for easy access off of San Jose Blvd if you need to pick up a handcrafted espresso on the way to work if youre heading downtown from all points south of Baymeadows. So thankful they are in the neighborhood!

Good Chi makes GREAT chai! I got a hot chai latte with almond milk & hazelnut flavor. I couldnt put the cup down. I will say it was kinda hard to get to. It sneaks up on you & the parking lot was being re-paved so a lot of it was blocked off. But thats a temporary problem.

This shop is run by a father / son team, and they do a great job with their coffee. They also have locally baked pastries that are excellent. I ordered a dirty chai (chai with espresso), and it was awesome. I am definitely coming back!
