Comfortable vibe here, interior is a mixture of 80s diner and cabin-woodsy. Croissant Egg Sandwich is quite good. Iced Americano was very strong and couldn’t have asked for anything better here. V. satisfied.

Coffee was great. Pumpkin coffee actually tasted like pumpkin and not pumpkin spice.Cute little shop. Has a drive thru. Good for a small business meeting but Id skip the food. The fresh baked goods might be good- they smelled good. I thought the chocolate croissant was fresh and the source of the great scent... I was wrong.It was cold and tasted old BUT not stale. So it was edible.Husband got the breakfast sandwich and wasnt impressed. He described it as tasted like a frozen crossaint sandwich but the bread was betterWell go back and try the fresh baked goods. Bought a cute Togo cup too.

This small cafe is so quaint and nostalgic, their plates and cups were the same as my grandparents first wedding set! Their food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. We had theyre Acai Bowl (a smoothie bowl), a Cinnamon Roll (I liked the icing, the cinnamon roll was good but a little tough to get through at the end), a Croissant Breakfast Sandwich (a croissant with egg, cheese, and we paid extra for turkey sausage), a Caramel Latte (my sister loved it and though we ordered a medium since we ate there I think they gave as a large), and a London Fog (the best one Ive had in Jacksonville so far, have them add honey!). They do have alternative milks, we ordered both drinks with almond milk. I would definitely go here again; it would be my regular spot if I lived a bit closer. All of the staff were nice and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxing.

Cant say enough good things about this place❤️ Lovely staff, good drinks, and the cinnamon rolls are magic- best Ive had around here! The icing even has cinnamon in it👀❤️ The rest of the baked goods are also fresh and made in-house.They play old movies, nice music, and create a friendly, quiet atmosphere. They also have drive-thru, but its worth coming in and relaxing, even if just for a bit.

Got an iced coffee that was very very watery. Approached the counter; apologized for the inconvenience- explained the coffee tasted like water- the owner flat out said-what do you want me toDo about it?- usually; if i have a customer complaint I look to rectify the issue with compassion & try to make the customer happy- she did not care. Made me another cup whilst telling me she’s been making coffee for 18yrs- basically that I must be crazy- and then handed me another horribly watery cup of coffee. I said I’m sorry it’s the same ; it’s watery I can’t drink this. She ignored me- I left without a refund & a horrible taste in my mouth. I will never go back to this shop again. The kids behind the counter were kind and attentive this older women who I’m assuming was the owner or manager was nasty, unpleasant and confrontational.

Everyone is friendly. Love the owners. I get the nitro cold brew and a cinnamon roll with icing. Special treat before work. And bonus: they have a drive thru!

Awful! I got a bagel sandwich and a coffee. I took one bite of the sandwich and a few sips of the coffee and had to throw them out. It was gross! I was so looking forward to a breakfast sandwich and a decent cup of coffee for my road trip. This was extremely disappointing! There’s nothing worse than coffee you can’t drink.

Trading Starbucks for Sippers is like trading scrolling Instagram for a soulful conversation at your favorite aunts kitchen table. Everything on the menu is fantastic and there are si many unique options. The atmosphere is one of a kind. Go with a good book or a good friend and be ready to linger awhile.

So nice to go to a local small business that has a drive thru! Game changer. Delicious coffee and sandwiches! I had the tuna salad on a croissant. So good! Definitely coming back when Im on that side of town.

Ive visited Sippers many times over the years and each experience has been wonderful. Today I tried the nitro cold brew with cream and the house made lavender vanilla syrup. Exactly what I wanted even if I didnt know it 😃The cozy atmosphere, the friendly staff and delicious coffee options really makes this coffeehouse stand out. Marcy, the owner, has a way of making her guests feel special everytime (she remembers my name even if I havent visited in months). You can tell that the staff like working here which is important to me. If youre a student or need a spot to the side for privacy, theres a cubby area that is perfect. Absolutely delicious! My mom and I went in on Saturday morning and all I can say is, I hate myself for not visiting sooner. It was honestly the best dirty chai latte I have EVER had. My turkey sausage croissant was buttery, flaky, and just so yummy. We met the owner was SO kind and sweet. All of the girls there were so nice. I have been dreaming about that chai and croissant ever since. I cant wait to go back!

I come to Florida 3 or 4 times a year and when I come up from Miami when I can get to Jacksonville I always stop here for my coffee the people are honorable and they keep the coffee shop as though you were in their home very peaceful. Ive had coffee everywhere in the country and in the aisle but no place is more comfortable than this

Great service, great food, and amazing coffee. The muffin my 7 year old cousin ordered had real banana chunks in it, the cinnamon rolls were far from chalky. The icing was light and fluffy with no harsh aftertaste. They sold out of the cinnamon rolls while we were there. I will definitely recommend this place.

Marcy was very nice and personable. The cinnamon roll was delicious. Love the shop small, cute, and quiet. A must stop if you are in the area.

Coffee was weak tasting. Employees were nice but coffee was horrible. I got a mocha and it tasted like chocolate milk even though I had them add 4 extra shots(if they even did that).

The coffee and food was decent. Not overwhelmingly impressive or bad. However what does stay in my mind is that during the middle of a pandemic, I received the wrong order. I got someone else’s sandwich. When I brought it up to the front to inform the staff, the woman at the front was about to give my order to a drive through customer. She asked if I had touched it, and I mentioned my thumb hand grazed it while unwrapping. She then proceeded to continue wrapping the touched sandwich and gave it to the drive through customer. While the staff was pleasant, I would not be coming back. To see the lack of effort in basic sanitation during a pandemic is concerning for such an establishment. Hopefully this will not be a problem in the future.

I am in love with Pura bean coffee so today, I gave Sippers a try since it was on my way. I had a cappuccino with oat milk and it tasted nothing like what I usually get at the actual Pura Bean store on beach Boulevard. I took my time to call them back and let them know that my cappuccino tasted watery and lacked any flavor. The lady, who I think was the owner didn’t offer to remake it and I just feel that is bad business. I told her that it tasted nothing like the cappuccinos that I’ve gotten to Pura Bean and she again just said thank you for your feedback. As a business owner myself, I feel the superior customer service we all strive to do is just not here.

I love sippers! Its a super relaxed and friendly atmosphere. My friends and I consider it the best coffee in Jacksonville as well as our favorite place to study and do homework. Today I got the London Fog and it was delicious as usual! Thanks to Matt who made the drink and to our super friendly and helpful barista Blake! I had a vegan muffin and it was great. Definitely give Sippers a try :)

I love stopping in at Sippers when Im on that side of town! Their cold brew is so rich and smooth. I love getting it with almond milk and honey! Oh, and dont forget to grab a muffin while youre there. The muffins are so soft and fluffy, they can even offer gluten free.The staff are friendly and inviting and I love the eclectic decor.

The place is a very chill and relaxing coffeehouse environment. You can come here to read the morning paper, grab lunch with friends, even set up for an important job interview! The baristas are smart and efficient. The prices wont crush your checking account either; unlike some other coffee chains we all know

It was a nice, not too warm day when I stumbled upon this cute coffee shop Sippers. I was unsure about what I wanted, but luckily the Barista Blake helped me feel out what I was in the mood for. Then Matt made me a wonderful iced hazelnut latte! This shop is very eclectic and inviting! I have left having a nice cup of coffee and a great, funny conversation. If you’re feeling in the mood for any drinks or snacks, like a chocolate chip muffin, stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

I love this sweet coffee shop. Great variety of drink options including yummy chai lattes and iced coffees. I love their bakery items including the gluten free ones! They even have a loyalty punch card and I sure love when I fill it up to get a free coffee :) I definitely recommend a visit!

I relocated to Jacksonville 1 year ago. At first I frequented Sippers one a weekly basis. I make a conscious effort to support local business and had originally given a 5 star review. However, the owner has been incredibly rude to me on multiple occasions. I understand the stress that comes with running a business, but I can no longer support the business of a total shmole.

We stopped by this warm, inviting coffee house while vacationing in Florida and loved it! I so wish it were closer to our hometown, because I would definitely be a frequent customer! They serve quality coffee and treats with a smile! It is such a cute and eclectic environment to unwind in. You wont be disappointed!

Great London Fog. Both owners, Marcey and Matt are super friendly. It has kid friendly items. It is a good place to catch up with friends. It a great place to support a mom and pop business.

I discovered Sippers Coffeehouse a couple years ago while trying to find somewhere to have lunch on my break. I was charmed by Sippers Coffeehouse. It felt like I was walking into a coffeehouse straight out of a movie. It’s exactly what you want a coffeehouse to look like and it makes you feel at home. Since then I have come back multiple times to drink their hazelnut iced coffee (served in a glass mason jar — which I loved) and to eat a sandwich. I enjoy my experience here from the decor to the coffee. Truly a unique spot.

I used Yelp to find this cute little coffee shop with some breakfast options, My mom and I went before a day of shopping - it was well worth it.Not a place to come if you are in a rush though, be prepared to wait a bit for your freshly made coffee and breakfast. Really liked it here and hope to be back soon!
