The young lady who helped us on this Saturday morning was very friendly and very helpful, she didnt mind going back and seeing if certain waves were in certain colors and we really appreciate her professionalism would definitely go to this hair spot again, bought some other things because the customer service was very good

I bought a wig I wasnt happy with, still had all the tags attached and I literally had purchased it a day before and they would not even let me change the color they were rude and illost likely NEVER shop there again. They just lost a customer and Im new to the area and thought this might be a good store but no its not. Customers always come first.

THEY WILL SHORT CHANGE YOUR RETURN AND NOT GIVE YOU FULL PAYMENT WITH THE TAX!!! WILL NEVER RETURN AGIAN!!!!I went to this store for the first time to purchase braid hair. The brand I went in for only had one color which was black so I substituted the brand for another. The packs of hair was 5.99 a pack and I purchased 5 along with 5 additional 1.99 colored hair. I ONLY USED TWO PACKS OF 5.99 hair and 4 of the 1.99. I was lefted with 3 5.99 and 1 1.99. My return was well over 20$ with tax. WHOEVER THE MAN WAS SNATCHED THE BAG AND RECIEPT FROM ME AND TOLD ME TO GO GET WHAT I WANTED. I Get The ITEMS HE TELLS ME I ONLY HAD 17$ dollars to spend. I bought 6 packs 1.99 each beads some lashes which was 3 dollars. BUT I STILL HAVE MONEY THAT I AM OWED. I PAID YOUR PRICE FOR YOUR ITEMS WITH TAX. WHEN SOMEONE BRINGS THE ITEMS BACK YOU GVE THEM THE PRICE YOU HAVE IT LABELED FOR ALONG WITH THE TAX THEY PAID OUT WHEN THEY PURCHASED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this place since I was a child before they moved tho this larger building. Always had a good experience and spend more than $100 each time. But today the guy wasn’t there and I’m all of a sudden being accused of stealing a 3.99 concealer! Because I was comparing color for a friend.I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

The woman at the front desk was very rude and nasty toward my presence when I asked her simple questions where certain items were at then when I get to the front counter she rolls her eyes blows her breath so I left all the pre purchase items on the counter and walked out the door never to return again I refused to step foot in an establishment where the employees do not speak or acknowledge my presence when I walk into the door about to spend money
