68 year old widow. Took 22 weeks instead of 16/18 weeks contract showed and no one contacted me. I had to call and was told someone would call back in 24/48 hrs. Of course, no one called so I had to keep calling. Put in sliding glass door, picture window and six additional windows. I had to point out and insist they clean up all the broken glass around my house or they would have left it. Door and picture window appear fine, but 5 out of the 6 windows will not lock. Left word and of course, no response. Took installer’s word the windows were locked. They were, but locks didn’t work. Tears to my newly painted exterior and window frames that they say they don’t repair. Good thing I have left over paint and will have to have someone else repair it. I understand about manpower shortages and supply line issues at this time, but they certainly could have called. Recommend them? Only after I tell my story and they can decide if they want to deal with them, but make sure you watch them and double check everything. Finally got ahold of Installation Manager who came out and got windows locked. He also sent cre back to make necessary adjustments. Now only issue is they don’t do good cleanup. My yard guy found a lot more glass that he had to clean up before he could cut the grass.

We order two windows back in April because we were having issues with sound coming in from outside and wanted to test out the recommended window before committing to a whole house and so far it has been the worst experience and for only TWO windows. I can’t imagine using them for our whole house. First off their sales guy Mike messed up the measurements of the only two windows he had to measure and he measured them THREE times. They are both identical and in the same room next to each other then after 6 looong month of having to wait (due to Covid) when the windows showed up to get installed one window was 4 inches too big. The sales guy also told us to remove metal trim from around our windows and replace any wood if necessary, only to be told by the installers that it is completely unnecessary and would have added an additional day of work if we would have actually done it, luckily our intuition told us not to. The installers seemed fine but then after this mistake of incorrect size we never received a call from anyone at window world regarding the mistake, not an apology not and explanation on a replacement or when we would get a replacement. We have had to call them twice and still do not know when the incorrect window replacement is supposed to come in. I complained to the office staff about our experience and she said she would let management know and they would give me a call that was two weeks ago and still no call. We will not be using them for the rest of our windows and are debating to make them give us a refund and go with another company.

Would use again. Quality products and installation. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend.

Thanks to all the installers, diligent workers. Sales people were not pushy and recommended things we hadn’t thought of and everything turned out beautifully.

Update: I would give this company 0 stars if possible. They were very unprofessional. 2 times we made appointments for our windows and they did not have supplies in stock and had to come back. Our one window that had a chip was replaced and has since fogged and needs to be replaced again, another 6-8 weeks. I called to speak to the manager who started off stating he can only work on the problem now and was not concerned with previous complaints. He did not want to listen or to accommodate any problems. He just said I should wait to complete my other windows until the new one comes in. When I asked to speak to his manager he stated he was it and promptly got off the phone. At this point, we have been working on new windows for apx 1 yr with no end in site. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.The windows are of good quality, however, the installation was terrible. They took on the long side of the estimate to come in and were miss measured which took additional months to have the reorder come in. There was a lack of communication and multiple mishaps after the reorder. The windows finally came in and only one man was scheduled to install very tall windows which definitely seemed like a two person job. Once installed the windows look great and significantly reduced the heat in our house, however, the length of time this project took and difficultly getting installed makes me very unlikely to recommend this company to anyone.

The installers were on time, efficient, made sure everything was done correctly. One window was a little too small and could have just been filled in with a lot of caulk, but the installer ordered a new window so it would be “done right”. He knew that it would take a while to get that new window so he caulked it temporarily so the room could be used in the meantime. The new window has been installed now. No problem. No additional cost. Everything was left clean. The office staff (Macie) was wonderful and very helpful. The cost of the windows was far below all the other estimates we got. And the quality is great. They have a super replacement policy as well. The windows are very energy efficient! We are very happy!!

We called them out in January to get estimate.They didn’t order the new windows at that time.They did order the replacements for our previous windows done by them.We just finally just had our windows put in that we paid for months ago. It is almost june.My windows should have been ordered sooner since they knew it would take this long.Also they installation should have been scheduled sooner since we sat down with themover four months ago.They install guys were very nice but they left stucco dust on all our furniture and plants and the cut for the window messed up out stucco!!!I hope they come and fix that as it’s poor quality work.

Had three very large windows installed at a beachfront property. The installers did a phenomenal job, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process! Took a bit longer to get them due to Covid, but well worth the wait! Great price, in comparison to other quotes I received, and great customer service! Now with the new windows which includes security latches. Where I had 2 windows there is now one without all the window panes! They are beautiful and it has made my home look at least 15 years newer! Everything looks great. Would have liked it if the framing for the doors didnt go to the ground and was just a box around the doors. Came out with only screen for two sliding glass doors but the work and the people we dealt with are amazing!

Gave one star because none is not an option. Im not going to say they install a poor quality product, but the disrespectful kids they have doing the work need a lesson in professionalism. I went to clean my gutters a couple weeks after the job was completed and in the middle of the roof on my patio was an empty tube of window worlds caulk, thrown on my roof instead of the garbage can I had on the patio for them. I guess after their third try getting the right sliding glass patio door installed they figured lets go the extra mile on this job. If youre in the market for new windows, do yourself a favor, keep looking....

Asked to speak with management because my screens were delayed since August and I kept getting told they will come “next week” since they are on the truck . After months of calling I asked Mary or Maddy to have management call me since she wasn’t helping me and a manager has yet to call me ( it’s been 10 days) . This is truly unprofessional.

Try some other company. Waited 3 months to get our windows and sliding glass doors to get made. Then had to wait for the installation at least 3 weeks. Then one window was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered. 7 weeks later it finally arrived. After the inspection by the building department went okay we called the business to have them finish the installation of the screw covers. They made an appointment for 2pm on Friday which they are 2 hours late for.Customer service stinks! Customers should come first. These windows arent cheap. I am NOT happy.

Extremely fair pricing and pretty high quality windows. Installation team was very professional as well. In less than a day they had my new windows (14 of them) installed.

Nice windows but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over 20 weeks and the job is still not finished even though it was promised to be done in 12 weeks . Did not show up for installation appointments and also canceled several appointments. Installers scuffed up all the walls during installation. Mis-measured windows. Salesman said the warranty would cover any damage to the windows but you better read the fine print because there are a lot of exclusions. This company used to be highly recommended, such a disappointment.Update, after 1 year one of the windows no longer stays open and was barely used. Scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. Tech came out and said he couldn’t fix it, would have to order parts and it would take 2-3 weeks.Update, after 3 weeks of waiting, the appointment to fix the window was canceled because they said parts never came in. Will update

The quality of the windows are 5 stars and very energy efficient, but the production time is quite long at this time (about 12 weeks).

Call two separate occasions for a window representative to come to my residence and give a estimate on 20 window replacements evidently theyre extremely busy and I had to call back a third time for them to state that a representative couldnt come out to my house for 2 weeks they must have only one salesman working for them

What a joke!!! Scheduled a quote appointment for today and they never showed up. Called the company to find out where Mike was and whomever answered the phone said my appt was on Sept.12th. I called last Friday and the scheduler gave me 4 different times for yesterday and today. How did they get September 12th out of August 21st or 22nd. She said they are 4 weeks out on appts. Lost my CASH business...

Ordered a replacement window on 7/10 and today is 8/23. They broke 1 on the delivery truck and the 2nd one installing it. #3 SHOULD be installed on 8/28.
