From the owners to the shop team to the ladies in the office, everyone did an amazing job in communicating with me, making me feel comfortable and welcome while helping me understand what I wanted in my van build, how everything works, etc. They were kind enough to squeeze me in to their already busy schedule and install some windows, ceiling vent/fan, solar panels, battery/electrical system. And they did a stellar job! I was in the van during a couple of thunderstorms as well, and NOT one drop of water squeaked in where they installed everything, not even a hint of water. They were fast and efficient, with a clean, finished product. True professionals and worth every penny! I would definitely return to them if/when I get more work done on her. My pup loves riding in the van and we cant wait for our first big road trip!

Wish I could share the positive feedback experience everyone else has reported, but thats a hard no here... Purchased their molle system for my sprinter: was already a stretch at over $500 for four simple computer cut slabs of aluminum, but I figured Id take the plunge:1. Came with zero instructions.2. Missing hardware3. YouTube installation video from their channel leaves out key important build demonstrations.4. You need a $55 rivet nut setting tool to perform the install, and using that tool require some skill or you can mess up the threads - its not just a simple plier variant.5. On top of all of this, while they told me I could install it over my stock panels, in fact the hardware provided does not fit that scenario. Thankfully its all standard metric, and I could easily find the correct sizes, but at over $500, thats DEFINITELY not my job.Ultimately, after all the hardship surrounding this buy and build, it was not at all worth the blown up price. Zero responsibility taken by the company. So I strongly DO NOT recommend this company, but if you feel like you need to do business with them, make sure you FULLY understand what youre buying, and the skills, tools, and time it will take to perform the job because product marketing is poor and incomplete, and any help you may get is unreliable.

On time on budget and good clean work as promised. The front winch on my Promaster van looks like it was installed at the factory and not an add on. Very impressed.

We rented a 2020 Winnebago Revel for a weekend and had a great time! The team at FreedomVanGo was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. The rental process was simple. They have a listing on outdoorsy (2020 Winnebago Revel Class B Adventure Van in Jacksonville). It has a bathroom, shower, cooktop, generator and plenty of room for a family of three. We cant wait to rent it again!

Chad and Grant at FreedomVanGo are awesome, I highly recommend them!!! They recently did a wonderful job converting my Sprinter cargo van into a camper, and it was truly a pleasure to work with them throughout this process. I love the way my van looks, and it functions exactly as needed…. as a van I can travel comfortably in at any time. Had the best experience with these guys! I had the electrical build with Yeti 3000, Maxxfan, LED pucks and strips, shore power and a new Dometic. It was a 7 hr drive to get to them and well worth the drive. They started working on my van the minute I was in their garage. They even shuttled me to and from the car rental. Their garage is big and they had a huge Sprinter in the other bay and a few more in the parking lot. They are getting busy! I would recommend these guys any day! The estimate was right on and was done on time. Thank you Grant and Chad!!! Hope to see you guys again!!
