Andres Posada did an excellent and efficient job setting up and explaining how to use my home security system. He went the extra mile and showed me how to use my central vacuum system. I’m very happy with the process of providing the full cost and breakdown of services prior to starting the install. Thanks, Andres, for the orientation and helping me understand how to operate my panel and the app.

John II has been an incredible resource throughout the entire process of building our new home. Five Smooth Stones/Atlantic Home Tech was contracted through our builder, and they have been helping us plan security, networking, lighting control, speakers, home theater, and automated shades, all controlled through a Control4 system. They have a very extensive product selection, and they have been very helpful with finding distributors for certain products that they don’t normally carry. Their prices are very competitive, even compared to stores like Amazon or Best Buy, and the service is so much more personal. John is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the build, and he has helped walk me through any areas that I don’t understand. He has worked with me to make changes and updates as we progress through construction, especially as new technology was released. The techs have done great work at the house, always taking the extra time to do everything right the first time. There were thousands of feet of cables run throughout the house, and they are all carefully run back to an AV closet and organized. We are nearly finished with the whole process, and we are so excited to see how everything comes together. We will definitely be using them for any projects in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice and installation on any size smart home or AV job.

Would never recommend anybody to work here in The Orlando branch management is very up and down. Huge lack of communication between higher-ups and staff. As well as going to jobsites and consistently never having the correct equipment because company cannot accurately order things nor have them shipped correctly. Often have seen customer is very upset in the Orlando area with this company with some of the technicians that I met at the Orlando office were very non-knowledge based on a lot of security and equipment company offered to Customers. Orlando office need some serious training on the amount of stuff they do is wrong the way they apply it. And John Kennedy seems to just hire anybody even with zero experience he does nothing more but just put the burden on the other technicians in the office to train and do everything else it’s quite upsetting that he lets this Orlando office fall apart so much and then keeps his Jacksonville office running great. Jacksonville is where this company needs to stay unfortunately I don’t see them being very successful in Orlando there are too many other bigger companies doing better and greater things.As well as Brandon Hall Individual thinks he runs the Orlando office and it’s pretty sad somebody with three months of security history has such a poor and lack of respect for technicians that work there as well as consistently trash talk them behind their back’s but these are the people that they want to continue to keep on board they will have very bad results with new hires in the future.

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive worked with them on countless projects and have never had a negative experience. Highly recommended!

MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE AND THEY DONT KNOW THEIR BUTT FROM THEIR FACE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT UP TO PAR. WORSE COMPANY EVER! THEY CLAIM TO BE A FAMILY OWNED, CHURCH GOING BUSINESS BUT THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE!!!! THEY DONT APPRECIATE GOOD HELP AT ALL.
