Gerry is AMAZING! He’s so professional, and literally put my entire bedroom set together without anyone else helping him. He was on time, funny and wanted to make sure my bedroom set was put together well. I’m very grateful to him for this! I will be asking for him the next time I order something! Awesome job Gerry!

Gerry Disney Should be given a pay raise! My daughter needed a washing machine ASAP, Military housing has a 3 week waiting list for delivery but not rent a centre within 24 hours they delivered and hooked up with a smile on the face! Gerry was ON TIME!

I have had issues with the previous manager in this store, but since the new one has been there no problem! Yesterday I was having problems with my washer and Shanynia Williams solved the problem in less than an hour! She had 2 guys at my house with a loaner and took mine back to the store to be picked up for service later in the afternoon! All I can say is WOW! I’m from California and staying at my son’s house here in Jacksonville for a while. My son, a Naval Aviator, was stationed at Mayport and now relocated to California with all his household items. I have been going to rent a center for a few years now and i can honestly say I will always go back if I need anything. Jacob is one of the only reason I continue to go back. He is always willing to help you out and if he can’t he always find a way as long as you communicate with them. And if you ask for brand new he will make sure it was never used. Update: Shaniyai is still beyond awesome and should be next in line for store manager IMO. I was having trouble getting the receipts for the fridge rental so that I could get reimbursed. Several store managers promised to send it to me but nothing happened. I got Shaniyai on the phone and had the receipts in my inbox in 5 minutes. Shes a customer service star!My fridge is currently dead (for the second time!). Working through warranty repair takes weeks to get parts in and Im tired of trying to keep food cold in coolers with ice. I explained my situation to sales manager Shaniyai and she couldnt have been more helpful. Super fast. Super efficient. Shes a star in my book! Looking forward to the delivery of a working fridge soon.

Herb went above and beyond for us numerous times. My husband is extremely ill with a rare tumor that has spread. I work three jobs to support the two of us making it difficult to make payments on time. I will never go back into this place again. Stopped in the other day because they had some trash furniture they was selling out front. This rude young lady half heartedly helped me. After a few tips to the back after I made the offer. Yes informed me I would have to buy all the trash not just some of it. What really blew my mind was the whole time I was there, a gentleman that bI letter found out was the manager was on the phone Just going off on a customer. One of the most uncomfortable moments ever. THIS MAN SHOULD NEVER BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE

My daughter put in an order with this Rent-A-Center Mr. Jacob was fabulous very courteous unlike and totally opposite of the other associate who was very rude and unprofessional, hung up on me when questioning the delivery. Mr. Herb Bunton and Mr. KJ Fisher were the delivery men two times they showed up they were very very courteous professional and did outstanding set up and take down, remember people just because they are franchised out they still have to answer to corporate so if you have any complaints or concerns dont hesitate to call corporate office and hold them accountable. I look forward to seeing Herb and KJ this week with the new delivery.

I bought a galaxy S5 and I returned within 4 days because was damage and then I have to wait a month to received another phone that its not working any more blank screen, no warranty after you pay off the phone.
