They really know their tvs. They are quick. They are efficient. They are even fun to talk to. They are the best.

Never again!!!! It’s cheaper to buy a new television from the pawn shop or brand new. They required a 50 non refundable deposit, which we were okay with paying. They then called us back saying what the problem was and how much money it would be to fix. We agreed even though we could have purchase a new television with the price quoted. Then they call us back with, they can’t fix the tv and that we could keep the piece that they ordered and “THOUGHT” would fix the tv........how is that going to help us. I honestly believe they have no idea what they are doing and we paid someone 50 bucks to say your tv is broke. I see good reviews that’s why we chose this company thinking we would be treated fair. I was wrong and clearly they don’t care.

RUN AWAY!! DO NOT BRING YOUR TV HERE! They dont fix TVs...they STEAL TVs, and this is how they con you: They charge around $50 - $85 just to look at your TV. Then theyll call you and say its going to cost $250 - $500 just to replace a mysterious part. When you say no, then theyll offer to dispose of the TV for you. But if you happen to walk back in the following week, youll see your TV up there for sale for $225 - $300. Mind you, they said it would cost $500 to fix, right? They dont expect you to return, so youll never know that they stole your TV. Their CON JOB is to keep your TV and sell it for their profit. Theres no way it costs $500 to fix a $400 TV. Theyre not in the TV repair business, theyre in the TV THEFT business. *BE WARNED!! DO NOT BRING YOUR TV TO SAN JOSE TV THIEVES!! Keep reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau)!

These folks are terrific. I called to see if they had replacement mounting screws for connecting my 10 year old Sony LCD to its pedestal -- something I lost in my recent move. Debbie, checked and confirmed she had the proper screws, charged a reasonable price and shipped them the same day. They work perfectly. Great to know this customer-focused, knowledgeable Sony shop is a phone call away!

San Jose TV has 5 star customer service! I am a Jacksonville native and we have been doing business with San Jose TV for as long as I can remember...service remains top notch!!! When my mothers TV picture froze she called San Jose TV---Debbie was so sweet to mom. Mr. Crews patiently talked me through setting up good ole rabbit ears so mom would have coverage while her cable provider drop ships a new receiver.

They offer clear and valuable advise. They listen to what your needs are and show you the products that will fit your need. They have great setup and install service for complex work. Their work is neat and tidy and done correctly the first time. I highly recommend them.

Could have taken details over phone to determine if they could help me. Charged 85$ for 5 min visit only to later say sorry the part you need isn’t available. Won’t recommend

Awesome! After being told that my Plasma TV could not be repaired, I call San Jose TV, explained my problem and they told me to bring it in. They diagnosed the issue and repaired my set quickly and professionally. LOVE the friendly staff and quality of work. WILL recommend them to others 100%.

San Jose TV is very professional and fix it right the first time. I live in St. Augustine and travel that far because they are great. Well worth the drive. Why go anywhere else.

I went in and talked to Bryan who Im assuming is the owner. He could have just said ya Ill fix your tv pay me $$$$ but no.. He said well your TV is still under warranty and if you tell Sony this that and the other.. they will repair it for free (I wont bore you with the details) and they DID.. Hes clearly not in it for the money, hes here to serve the customer. You are safe with this guy.

Mr. Crews Stayed on the phone with me for several minutes and worked with me to get my TV back in order. He has done this before. He is a rare businessman because he gives away his time freely. I will buy all my TVs from San Jose TV.

We have known the good people at San Jose for a number of years. But recently they proved why we have always done business with them and will continue to do so.My Big Screen Samsung TV did not have sound coming through to my DVD.The sound on the TV was perfect but you couldnt hear it through my DVD player. My cable company had tried to fix it. My brother the electronics genius had tried to fix it and even my computer guy had taken a hand. Not to mention numerous friends and family.I finally decided to call San Jose.I talked with Brian and we decided it would be best if they came to my home and fixed it.We set the appointment. The four screws that mount our tv to its stand were lost during a move. I brought in the TV and stand and Johnny installed new screws. He was friendly, helpful, and fast. And there was no charge. I plan on using San Jose TV the next time I need a repair.

The person picking the TV up from my home was late by almost an hour he was scheduled between 3 and 4 and did not call until after 4 to let us know that he was running late he then then showed up an hour late, same thing happened when delivering the TV back to my house late again. I also called 4 days after they picked up my TV just to find out what was going on, the person told me that they had not even inspected the TV yet and that it would be a couple more days before they would be able to do the diagnostics on the TV.I would recommend them but dont expect anything to be quick or on time.

I paid $225 to fix my LG TV Led strips and 2 months shy of the 1 year repair it started doing same thing I took it there for called them they had audacity to say hey there only a 90 day warranty in repairs like seriously wasted $225 down the drain!!! They crooks!!!
