EDIT: Richard brought us another cart for this past weekend to make up for last weekend. The one he brought was in much better shape. We were able to use it all weekend with no problems. Their customer service seems to be pretty consistent.We rented a gas cart for the weekend. They delivered an electric cart, which quit working altogether. They brought a gas replacement later on, but it is in very poor shape. Speaking with the staff has been the only pleasant experience so far. The gas powered replacement is very loud, smoking, the seat gets VERY hot, and we smell like we’ve been cutting grass all day. You have to floor it to even get it to move and feels like it’s gonna blow up. I feel like for $165, we would have gotten a better machine. We will not rent from here again. Unfortunate because so many people recommended this place to us.

We went to see Richard on a referral from my dad being as he has always done business with him and has bought a couple of golf carts from him. We talked to Chris and told him what we wanted, the cart was built to our specs and was ready to be picked up in about a week. It was just what we wanted. Richard, Chris and Marsha were very helpful in helping us make decisions on the accessories we wanted. Have had to call back a couple of times since receiving the cart to ask questions and theyve been very helpful every time. We would do business again with them.

At first I purchased a cart from them and found it to have a rusted out frame . After taking it back for inspection, Richard exchanged it for another cart, an upgrade of coarse . Marsha is a great addition to the business, shes very helpful . I would recommend them . Just inspect the cart you are buying very well . After having the cart for a couple of weeks it developed a problem that affected the speed . After I contacted them they came out and pick it up and made the repairs and delivered it back to me. Great bunch of guys and gals. Thanks .

If I was you I wouldnt dare take your golf cart there to be worked on. I was told one price and charged 200.00 more than I was told which would have been okay but my golf cart runs way worse than when I dropped it off. I paid $600 for my gold cart to be returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off. If you dont wanna get ripped off I would take your business else where.

I took my EZ Go in to to wire my forward sylinoid that was damaged . They replaced the other sylinoid and put the damaged one back in my cart knowing it would fail . That was March and it failed . When I called him he told me he was 90% sure I needed a new $600 controller . I spent$350 + for nothing . They offered no recourse . So it’s backyard shady mechanizing that’s will still you blind and deceive you if it means making a few extra bucks . No customer service . I m feeling out my complaint form to the BBC .
I bought a 6-seater golf cart from this company. They had a good deal on a used one, and golf carts are pretty reliable. Upon delivery, I was given a charger that did not work. I had to drive to the shop to pick up another one. Next, the golf cart would not charge. They wired up the celliniod backwards and had to take the cart back to fix it. Next, the golf cart died while driving it. They replaced the battery wires, which had excessive corrosion. Next, the golf cart lost power and the reverse beep did not work. I was told there was no issue. Every time these guys take the cart back to fix it, it comes back to me filthy.Now I am having to have the cart fixed at another shop. Save your money and go to one of the other 50 golf cart dealers in this town. The staff is perfectly nice, but the owner seems to have no idea what he is doing.

DISHONEST BUSINESS!! I called them just to see how long it would take to look at my cart because it wasnt running right. I was told 2 to 3 days. I thought thats cool cause I needed it for the weekend. I called them on the 3rd day and was told it would be looked at on the following day which was Friday. I stop by there fri at 9am to go over everything with mechanic to refresh his memory on some things. he told me I was next in line and to call him at noon. I called at 1:30 and was told that he wasnt going to look at it until Monday. I was pretty mad and told them I was coming to pick it up and take it some where else. then the mechanic told me that he didnt know why I was told in the first place that it would only be 2 to 3 days because he was really back up.This is a dishonest business tactic where they lie to you to get you to bring it in and then they drag you along by telling you everyday your next if they was just honest, I would have called another place to see if they could have it done by the weekend. I work a lot and my time off is valuable this was a big waste of time.ps dont deal with XL golfcarts either because they screwed me a year ago on some engine repairs they are very expensive and are NOT EXPERTS IN REPAIRING GOLF CARTS

Do not buy a cart from here. The owner is cheap and the carts are rusted out yet have a premium pricetag. If you choose to buy a cart from this guy then have them put it on their lift and inspect it yourself. Youve been warned.
