I bought My favorite water bottle, Dr Alkaline Naturally Alkaline Water Brand

A lot of organic products at this store. It is a clean location and staff is always very attentive to the customer. Some of the products are overprice comparable to other markets around where you will find exactly same product a lot cheaper. Definitely I love their rotisserie chicken, gourmet Coleslaw salad, and seafood. I found out they do specials for the rotisserie chicken and some other products on Thursdays. And this specials are a big saving for your pocket.

Went to get rotisserie chicken was $5.00 today I brought 2..sushi was $5.00 a 12 in. Supreme pizza was $5.00 ..also banana nut bread was $5.00Other items was $5.00 also. People very friendly..My ticket was incorrect..when I got home and rechecked the cashier got an attitude.when I told her it was incorrect..She rechecked it by the items not the money I was charged..she owes me over $4.00.So beware check your receipts..However the gentleman went and got my water and took my food to the car and placed it in the truck..that was so nice of him..everyone was very helpful...until I got to the cashier.I guess all day are not great for her. My most recent experience at Jacksonvilles Brooklyn location was quite displeasing! First of all, I ordered curbside and had to get out of my car to notify the store of my arrival because my app wasnt working and the person responsible for answering phones was picking up only to hang up. This was no mistake as it happened 3 times! So unprofessional!!! Then, this store has TWO whole curbside spaces, one of which is ALWAYS taken up by a Porsche. Guess they figure theyre the only ones in Jacksonville who can afford a Porsche and those of us whove paid to temporarily use the space are less important than the ppl driving Porsches. Finally, the one space I was able to park in, the one the Porsche was not parked in, was full of buggies, so I had to alter my parking! WHERE IS THE MANAGER???

Fresh market has stepped down a class in the past couple of years. Last years Christmas prime rib roast was not up to par. I used to be able to buy edible flowers and their produce section, they no longer carry it, and when I ask about it they didn’t seem to know what I meant and asked me what I would be using it for they offered me artificial flowers from their small nursery. I am still able to find some specialty items there you can’t find other places. I still love the fresh market, but wish they were a bit more upscale like they used to be. Now they’re almost like any other grocery. The other day I wanted to buy celery, the four bunches they had in their refrigerated section all had bad places on them I was surprised. I think you need to go back to the upscale store you use to be. Don’t try to live up to what all the other stores are, because you guys are a step above that. Try to achieve that again and stay that way

Awesome place. Friday is there seafood days in salmon, not sure about what else o. Fridays, or the other days. They have good stuff for my grandson whom has allergies to lots of things. They have him covered... He loves fish Fridays. Keep up the good work. Great staff members!

Its clean, the ambience is nice and they have a great selection of prepared foods, baked goods and their Deli section is great. Their produce department is kind of sad. I would expect more in season organic produce than I encountered. I left Empty handed. Even as a small grocer down the road has a selection about 1/4 of the size, I found exactly what I needed there. Also, throw out the rotting pumpkins and squashes please. Its all I could look at

Love this store. Sunday lobster tails on sale. I know I can get premium produce and meat every time. Costs a little more but perfect to treat yourself. Or you can pick up a variety of prepared foods if you are short on time.

This place has the best steaks. The produce is awesome. The precooked pork tenderloin used to Be better. I think they changed the recipe. Same with the rotisserie chicken. So stick to the wine and herb.

Everything is excellent here. It is worth a little extra to get great quality and selection. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. Staff goes out of their way to get what you need, if possible. The quality of fresh meats, takeout food, and desserts are excellent. I like to treat the family and I regularly, and this is where I go.

Super clean and friendly staff. The prepared food staff was helpful when I was picking my dinner out! Definitely will visit this location more often.

I shop here all the time because it is close to my apartmen but also because it is so clean and well stocked. Love the fresh market!

A bit pricey, but we did items we were pleased it. Only one bad thing, with the snack pack we couldnt substitute the potato salad, we arent a big fan of it. I think if my husband and son were able to substitute it they would have really enjoyed their meals.

I love shopping at Fresh Market - but the deli and the butcher departments are really lacking in customer service. It would be the only place I’d ever shop if those two departments were helpful. I most often feel like I’m burdening them.The store is clean. The selections are good.

Huge selection, clean store, friendly staff. covid measures are good but not overly oppressive. the deli food was delicious! highly recommended on their desserts! the creme brulee is amazing and topped in store with caramelized sugar.

A haven for the it must be organic crowd. For me, its more about convenience and the roasted chicken salad, and the fresh olive bar. A good selection of wines adds to the appeal.

Large healthy grocery store somewhat reminiscent of Whole Foods. Its the anchor for this shopping plaza so it gets a lot of foot traffic. You wont find typical brands in here so dont come looking for that. They have a lot of interesting organic stuff and they make sushi in house.

The service is always great without being attentive. I appreciate the variety in the bakery section, and being able to get things I cant get elsewhere. Its a store Ive always felt safe in during COVID -- theyre taking precautions, and its wonderful to see.

From a Vegan point of view: I was in the midst of giving this place 3 stars because the produce is overpriced. I always look for gourmet mushrooms in healthy markets and they have King Trumphet, Maitake, and Black Truffle in jars which seem difficult to find in JAX and small towns. They also have yellow/grey oysters and traditional portabella varieties. Definitely overpriced but thats all supply and demand. What gave this place another star was the fact they have numerous vegan sauces, if grassroots dont have it check here. Just a suggestion get the larger King Trumphet mushrooms and dont cut them up😠😠😠. Coming from NY in Asian markets they give you the whole mushroom and its usually about 3 whole ones in a bag for half the price.

Love this place!!! Customer service is excellent and they have great deals on Thursday! I always get the $5 sushi that day. Yum!

Wonderfully displayed produce, elegantly designed, very friendly staff. I took the photo cause I thought it was funny that ground sausage was shaped into a pig.

Living in the neighborhood, TFM was a definitely a convenient spot to purchase a few items. Id stop in to grab coffee before work frequently. A clerk once just told me the coffee was on him for no other reason than kindness! Yes, certain things are just more costly here. However, the weekly/daily specials were a good value. Personally, Id always wait for the chocolate bar sale and stock up. All of the breads, cookies, and cheeses were great. The meats were definitely fresh and the store always clean. They have a beer and wine selection too, in case you need to grab something quickly.

Best fresh berries, soft cheeses and organic fruit and produce in Jax. Great wine selection, fresh seafood, coffee beans from all over the world and their desserts are to die for, especially the tiramasu and the fruit tart.

The staff is very friendly and always patient. I have never felt rushed and I can always take my time looking at the products. I have ADHD which makes grocery shopping a huge chore but I always feel calm and relaxed here.

Ok, the Fresh Market is my favorite spot in Jax. I wish they had more locations. The deli is on point with the chicken, pot roast, and pre made sandwiches. The bakery serves up the best deserts around and I am in love with the orange cranberry pound cake. The fruits are of a high quality and makes Publix fruit look like trash!

The fresh market is a great little grocery store and they have great $20 meal deals weekly.

They have the same great quality as other stores with their bakery, deli, and wine selections. I do appreciate their options such as my Michigan products and my favorite items from Maine. I do appreciate their bulk items such as their chia seeds. The prepacked/commercial items are very expensive (it doesnt matter of it came from Fresh market or another competitor). Welcome to the neighborhood! Take advantage of their discounts if you purchase any six wine bottles.

Shopped this location 10/19/202 around 330 pm, store wasnt crowded at all. Salad bags were not fresh, it always seems they cant keep guacamole stocked. the bakery loaves were close to expiration date as well. my main problem on that day I went to the salad section/deli, 2 women employees were just talking not even paying attention to me waiting for service, one caught my eye and did not even acknowledge me and continued to talk. People need to remember it is customer service that can decide if your going to have a job. I dont know if the color of my skin had anything to do with it but I surely can shop elsewhere . So needless to say I just left without any purchase.

My favorite produce market closed down recently so I visited the fresh market as it was close to home, I went to purchase some organic vegetables and I have to say I was highly impressed by the freshness and cleanliness of this department. There was a young man by the name of Noah If memory serves me right, he was very helpful and even went into the back to get something for me i had requested. Well, needless to say i wont be going anywhere else in the future for my organic produce. I am very pleased with the Fresh Market .😊🥦🥬🥕

For the most part there are very nice employees but there are some who are not willing to be helpful or nice in anyway. I do love the freshness of their fruits and veggies.

Convenient but expensive and not as healthy as they pretend to be. Only stop for the cheddar rolls - which they only make every few days? No wonder they are perpetually out.

This location has a wide range of specialty products. That being said; its not somewhere you can find all of your common brands. It can be hit or miss sometimes. Their food is wonderful not the less whether its something hot from the deli, frozen in the freezer section, or dried in grocery.

I really like fresh market. Lots of good food and good food ideas. Lots of other stuff too. Excellent help and service. In a big shopping center, easy to find, lots of parking, carts available. Yummy!

The cashier named Ashanti (I think it is), little thin young lady with curly hair. She is FANTASTIC, every time I have been in the store, she is quick, courteous and helpful. One time there was a line, and she literally RAN to open another register to help us customers. She deserves a raise and a promotion to management. I am older and you just dont see awesome customer service like hers anymore. Promote her to management, you will be missing out if you dont. Thank You again.

Total lack of preventive measures protecting workers and customers at The Fresh Market in Riverside: no gloves, no masks, no cleaning wipes and no respect of social distancing and we are in the middle of a pandemic!Update: Pleased to see they now ask of people to wear masks (although only half of the customers comply). Please do provide your employees with better masks!

I really enjoy shopping at The Fresh Market. I’ve shopped there for many years when I lived in Savannah, so when I moved to Jacksonville I was delighted to find that there are a few locations here.I have only been to the Riverside location in Jacksonville. This area is in a very nice location with other businesses near the store. Also, it very close to YMCA. It’s nice to workout then do a little grocery shopping.I enjoy finding unique items at Fresh Market. I would probably not consider this my first choice for everyday shopping, but it is nice for a few specialty items that I probably can’t find at my local grocery. I really enjoy their fresh meats and seafood.Last thing! I enjoy when they provide samples. It opens my eyes to things that I would never normally buy!

What is not to love about this place? A pure treat when I have the opportunity or time to go. The roasted brussel sprouts, chicken salad and seafood salad are some of my favorites. The fruits and vegetables look great always and are not bruised. I dont buy the flowers but, boy does it make you want to take some home because the aroma is just that nice. The staff is friendly and the check out lines are always moving. I cant remember a time I ever had to wait.
