Too expensive and no mask enforcement so if you dont want to get covid with your groceries avoid this place. Employees are either not masked or have it pulled down. Customers about 20% masked.

Front end manager harassed my daughter after I ask him to leave her alone. I was trying to get what I needed from the pharmacy and he had my daughter in tears.

Went in for the two shot $20 dollar special! First experience in the pharmacy Dept, everyone was wonderful, well the two that helped us one employee had that thing wrapped around her head she wasn’t friendly & didn’t acknowledge Us, oh well can’t have it all! Clean store, well stocked

This is a wonderful Winn-Dixie and it is where I do most of my shopping. It is conveniently located to other places I frequent with ample room for parking. The service has always been above average from my experience and I am quite satisfied with the selections they offer.Whenever I go to the deli, bakery or product sections, I am almost always immediately greeted and asked, Can I help you? I especially like the clientele that come here because everyone seems to be so friendly and hospitable. Love the new remodel now that Im getting used to the changes. The do a great job with the displays of fruits and vegetables in season in their produce section. Check out all of the pumpkins and squash varieties for the fall! So pretty! :)

Thanks to Winn Dixies hours, my procrastinating butt made it just in time to shop. Nevaha and the young lady bagging the groceries were very sweet and gently bagged my ginger ale so not to make it explode when I opened at home. Thanks to the gentlemen stocking the shelves. Very helpful when I needed to locate the chicken boullians.....Win! Win!

Went in close to closing 9:45pm,, literally to grab 4 thingsand we were rolling to the register & the beyond rude & nasty security guard said yall realize we are closed ... Now, no Winn Dixie employee said a word to us & we were in our car & at the light by 10:08.Your security guard needs to be educated on Customer Service. I should have left my stuff & walked out, but I will go to Publix for now on‼️

Store still has customers service issues. Outside of store always dirty and you rarely find a basket at the entrance...have to walk over to self checkout to get one while employees are usually on their phones or joking with ea other

Its a clean store. Not someplace i purchase produce of meats. Dairy....and bread.. Yes. But mostly a store i purchase canned goods and snacks. The pharmacy is STELLAR & SPECTACULAR!!!

Store is very clean 👌 from what I 👀 seen and organized. The cashier in the self checkout was 🎬 acting like she had something else better to do then work that day! Thats not the attitude 😒 I had when I started working @ winn dixe! I brought my own car @ the age of 15.

It’s disappointing how Winn Dixie doesn’t remove rotten fruit from their area. I go there twice a week to buy fruit and pick through it. I have advised workers on several occasions but perhaps it’s not a priority. Presentation is everything. I’m hoping you all will take heed to this public rating.

Groceries.... tho selection could be better. I like it better than the store up the rd.

I go here quite often to buy my Pepsi products. This time they did not have my diet cherry Pepsi, Winn-Dixie missed the mark when they quit producing check diet Cherry cola. They told me there wasnt much of a demand for it, however they make peach soda and strawberry, I think the latter two would have less demand than the diet cherry cola. This is about all I buy from Winn-Dixie anymore due to them stopping production of their check diet Cherry cola.

Every time I frequent the pharmacy, they are the most helpful and caring people. Taking time to explain issues I may have with a mad and they maintain my meds. Making sure I dont run out.Then I shop while there and it is clean and workers help if I cant find something. Id say I have a very good experience shopping the one stop store.

Winn Dixie has become my go-to grocery since moving to this area. The number of bogo items constantly being offered brings the overall cost of food way below any other grocer. The selection choice is excellent and the quality of both meats and produce is second to none. Customer service has also always been excellent with a happy, knowledgeable staff.

Big enough and clean but staffs need to do better.

Decent. Visiting from out of town and found most of what I was looking for. No organic/natural chicken breast. No lean ground turkey. Other than that I was surprised that they had what I needed. Clean & spacious, very chilly.

Very clean place inside the doors on the bathroom have a step and pull which is very nice the bathrooms were very clean this place was really maintained I enjoyed my experience here would love to come back again just to be around the environment

I got the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, and a $10.00 coupon. I walked in with no appointment. Staff was friendly and professional. I got a gallon of milk, orange juice, and sliced cheese, all Winn Dixie brand for 27 cents!

I love the pharmacy. Adam is so good as 1 of 2 head pharmacists there at that location. I dont have insurance but he always seems to find me the best discounts last 2 months when filling my prescriptions I got almost half off the full price and thats all because Adam finds the best discounts for me

I always go to this winn dixie and I have never had problems but whenever I have to pay with the young JONATHAN it is a problem because he is always on the phone texting or talking and is not pending at the box and it takes me longer than it should stand waiting for that he ends up on the phone so he can process the bill or give me the receipt

Fresh food.i hate the do your check out..hate it.hate it...No more super customer service..no one was a the customer counter do to shortage of people coming to work..who fault is that?

I choose to shop here because this store is larger and has many many more items than the smaller store in my immediate area. I find shopping here to be an affordable, more upscale shopping experience!

One word describes this store. GHETTO!!!!!!!From the loud mouth cashiers to the sorry looking security guard. This isn’t a supermarket. It’s a housing project that sells food. I should’ve known better to go into a grocery store with a security guard in the first place. If they need security then the store is not safe. I’ll stick to Publix a little further up the road. They have a much better class of people working there.

After a little bit of a snarky response from the security guard who I had asked where the bathroom was too. Pointing out the obvious huge black and white sign directly in front of me it was a pleasure to shop here. The place was cleaned they opened another check out by in the line reached a few people and would definitely go back again. This Winn Dixie is pretty good. They have a dollar shop section and a self check out, I still prefer going through the actual check out line though. They are friendly and helpful. They do not do money orders at this particular location, but otherwise it meets all of our needs.

Well the Winn-Dixie that I visited Normandy and cassat they have a great pharmacy

Staff seems short and there were only two open lines.

Google said they do money orders, went on to purchase one and was told that store doesnt do it.

This store staff has gotten sorry. I was in the self check out line and had to keep waving for the girl to come help me while she was leaning against customer service counter talking to her friend. Plus her appearance was nasty and her attitude was a match.

Holly Poo, this has to be the worse Winn Dixie in Jacksonville. The store was in shambles with stock everywhere. I know you have to restock the shelves but dont do it at peak shopping hours.

Its easy to navigate in aisles & the store is always clean with friendly customer service. The shelves are always full & prices are great. Also no one hassle the customers anput wearing mask bcuz they constantly sanitize everything, germs dont stand a chance.

My experience at Winn-Dixie the place was nice and clean the cashiers Ware at select and I gave this one at 5 cuz it was clean in good standings with me
